It seems to me that 'Group Roleplays' and 'Open Roleplay' are the same. What is the difference? I have read the rules for both of these roleplay sections and I can't figure it out :huh:

They are indeed different.
Open does NOT require invitations by the RP creator whereas Groups does. That is the difference. There's also typically more structure to Group and usually more of grand scale plot base (not always, but usually).

Also, to help in clarifying, though there is a description on the main page, I added a blurb in the actual rule thread for the Open RP section. Figured it made sense to do so. So, thanks for bringing this up. See, goes to show that no questions are stupid or silly.
