How many rules to go between group RP and system style RP?

I have a very simple homebrew system for a group roleplay, addressing one aspect of the game. The rest of it is soft RP resolution, including combat. Would this be more suited to the Group RP forum or the System Style RP forum?

Also, more generally, how many rules should a system have before it stops being a "Group RP" and starts being a "System Style RP"?

Basically, if you plan on having any kind of system mechanics and/or dice rolling and/or stats for your group play then it belongs in systems. Groups (the basic subforum, that is) is for freeform text-base only. So, it would be similar to any typical 1x1, just with 3 or more people. I hope that explains things for you. Also, in the Systems section you are free to use any established system already out there or one of your own creation.
