Where in this world did that come from? And the award for the most embarrassing moment goes to Ewyn Conal, who apparently forgot the function of her brain enough that she was clearly talking like she had become suddenly possessed! With a deep sigh, her eyes fluttered closed to the feel of his lips against her forehead. Well that gave the answer away rather quickly and clearly before he even spoke. She resolved with just a simple smile and nodded her head before expectantly leaning up for that kiss goodbye, thankfully one he was willing to give. After he left, Ewyn sat back and took a moment to compose herself and let her energy bubble up so she was vibrating at a high enough frequency, to block out that little stab of disappointment. She wasn’t one of those girls. No, she was a mage-in-training. She didn’t get all sad or nostalgic over a…man. Even if it was Faryn.
After a small huff, she stood and collected her things before walking out of the Inn altogether and stopped by to pick up the package that she had been sent to the village for in the first place. It was ready, thankfully and she thanked the merchant before setting off on her way. She had almost begun to start actually walk out of the village when she remembered she hadn’t walked there in the first place. So where was that lovely horse with the blue-fire for a mane and tail?
