Sasha was relieved when Azura finally broke the hold on her neck and pulled away a little bit, allowing her room to breathe, lower her guard, and for some of the heat to dissipate between them. She didn't know how much more of this she could've taken. Even though she respected Azura as a friend, and was well grounded in the fact that the other woman was already promised to someone else and she had absolutely no chance with an Alpha, it still didn't stop her from wanting things that she should not want. She suddenly grew worried about their sleeping arrangements. Were they to share a tent together every night for their entire trip? Was she to be subject to cuddling the Alpha on cold nights with nothing between them but the thin night garments they wore now? Would Sasha truly have no privacy to relieve her sexual urges for an entire month?!?!?! "Goddess...I'm going to die." She was young, she had a healthy appetite for pleasure that she wasn't ashamed of, though had no outlet for it other than her own knowing fingers. But without even that to vent her sexual frustrations, what was going to happen to her sanity?!?! Week...just one week...then we'll be at the inn and get separate rooms and then-- huh?"
Sasha blinked in surprise as Azura dipped her head back down and suddenly nipped at her neck. It hadn't hurt, not really. Instead it had sent shivers through her body and left her mind more confused than it had been moments before when she was trying to figure out secretive ways for some release! The way Azura had nipped at her...it wasn't the same way that her comrades had done in order to end a sparring match. And then a memory flashed through her mind from when she had been very young. One of parents, of her mother nipping at her father's neck before he would leave them to go to work. Of bites that left marks that showed ownership rather than dominance... Perhaps she was just reading too much into it. Azura was no warrior, maybe she just didn't know how to correctly leave a bite mark of dominance.
But still, she brought a hand up to her neck, running fingertips lightly over the red mark that would probably turn purple within a few hours and stay upon her neck for a couple of days. Still rather confused about the whole thing, she tried to brush it off entirely than to let it bother her. There were much more important things to worry about now, such as dinner! Her stomach growled, reminding her how hungry she was. She quickly curled herself upwards and then got to her feet so that she could move over towards the fire with Azura. She took her own meat off the fire and moved it off to the side. It was now mostly dry and charred on the one side, but it would make a fine jerky for them to snack on for the next few days.
She took one of the skewers of fox meat from Azura with some thanks before sitting down before the fire to stay warm while she ate. "It's good, very good. I'm impressed." Sasha said, smiling over to Azura after she had taken her first bite of fox. Then she settled in and was quiet, content to eat, because it gave a good excuse for a little silence so that she could sort through some of her thoughts.
