When Kairi left, the real work began. She began to replicate the events that caused the lab explosion which defied science. Now that she was able to recall the events of the explosion two weeks ago, Aela would perfect the process. She only had sparse supply of the ingredient that made it all possible; a do-it-all compound named Chemical X. Optimists said it was a result of human brilliance. Conspiracy theorists preach it's an alien compound from Area 51. All that was known about it were it's scarcity and versatility in any field of science, for people who knew about it at all. Under strict restrictions and distributed very rarely, Chemical X was only given to her after authorization by a corporation. In return, she would develop a method to mass produce silksteel. All that Aela had now was left over from the lab incident, but it would be enough.
As part of a break, the spider crawled up to visit Kim, but only to relieve the growing lust inside of her. The futanari made it quick, forcing herself on the woman in her sleep and fucking her quickly until she reached her limit, painting the woman's insides once more with her mutant cream. Then Aela was gone as quick as she had arrived, practically ignoring anything the woman had to say. The eggs were fertile, and Kim not forgotten, but she still had work to do.
Aela did not send Kairi any message, but a breakthrough was made. When the human arrived the next day, Aela was nowhere to be seen. The workplace was empty, but a few specimens were missing. Specifically; the fly and the ants, their jars empty.
