"He works for the company it was the same male that well whispered those thing to me I don't yet know his name but I am sure I gave him a black eye" she said to him as she took the tea "thank you" she said and took a sip
 
He listened and smiled when she said she might have given him a black eye, this not only meant she hurt him but also it would make it easier to narrow him down.

"I understand, I know this will sound odd but I swear it is an honourable request. Will you stay the night here, I would feel better knowing you are safe, I have a spare room you can even lock it from within, also I think you should maybe not go into work tomorrow" he said letting his words weight in the air for Ava to consider.
 
She blinked a bit and nodded a bit "I understand your concern heath but I do have to go to my place for my dog does worry when I do not return" she said to him she looked at him chaiging the subject "so um can I get my id heath thank you for picking it up"
 
Heath looked at her and nodded, the dog was probably just an excuse but he realized what he was offering was a threat to her, she didn't know him.

"Of course, here is your pass, may I walk you to your car?" he asked her.
 
She finished the last of the tea in the cup and nodded "Could you please am still shaken a bit" she sai setting the cup on the table then took her ID back and placed it in her wallet after she got it out of her purse. She then placed the wallet back n her purse.
 
He nodded and walked her to her car, he ensured she had her pass this time and watched as she drove off. He knew that the next day at work he would be watching the men for signs of black eyes or other facial injuries that would imply that they were the attackers. He filled with rage and yet did not know what he would or could do exactly. He just knew he wanted Ava to be safe.
 
Ava gave heath a small hug before she got in her car and another "thank you" before shedrove off. Oddly enough she felt a bit comfortable around him like she could talk to him and he would not judge her but at the same time she barley knew the guy. She sighed as she turned onto the road at her house and pulled into the garage as she triggered the sensor that slowly brought the garage door up/ As she got out and made sure her car was safely inside the garage she pressed the button by the door that joined into her house to make the garage door close and she walked inside. She was greeted by her two dogs in her mist of everything she forgot to mention her newest member of her family, both dogs where Doberman Pinscher the older A Male named Bronco he was a black and tan Doberman the recent attention was a 1 and a 1/2 year old Red Doberman that was called Scarlett. She smiled as both dogs wiggled there stump of tail at her and greeted her with soft licks on her hands as she made her way to the back door to open the doggy door for them to get outside.
 
Heath managed to fall asleep after worrying about Ava for a while, he wished he had of requested that she call him once she was home and safe but once again he realized he was treading a fine line here with being helpful and supportive and appearing stalkerish and menacing.

He woke up the next day and went to work, he stayed vigilant watching the guys for signs of abuse, he wondered if Ava had turned up, he didn't want to stalk her desk so he stayed back and watched from the corner of the large main office while he pretended to do some work on his lap top.
 
Ava sighed as she walked into work the next day wearing a pair of jeans, flat shoes and a shirt. Her hair was pulled up into a tail, she bit her bottom lip. As she sat down at her desk turning on her computer and checking her emails first. She read several that she had and responded to them.
 
Heath had spent more time than usual in the open areas of the office, he usually hid away in his studio, he feared that people might be starting to talk so he retreated back there and sent Ava an email.

"Hi Ava, Not sure if you are at work today, haven't seen you yet, I really hope you are ok"
 
Her computer beeped and she saw it was from heath she read the email quickly and a smile came to her red lips. She began typing.

"Yeah I am here at my desk keeping a eye out for the guy actually I am going through the employee ID right now to file a from on him, hopefully it could do something but I doubt it. I f you wish when those pics develop come see me at my desk" she sent the email after that and got back to looking at the employee ID directory
 
He receives an email from her telling him that she is at work and going through the personnel ID's, and that when the pics are ready to come and see her.

He decides to stay cool and then gets up to go to the men's room, when in the stall two men come in and start talking about a buddy who also works for the company "Yeah Roger said he was attacked in the car park last night, he has a black eye" says one man to the other who responds with the usual shock when hearing these things.

Heathcliff waits for them to leave and then goes back to his studio and runs another search this time for men called Roger, he comes up with 3, Roger Dalton, Roger Daniels and Roger Styles, he sits back and thinks.
 
Ava stumbles upon the familiar looking face and bit her lip "asshole" she muttered. She started typing a up a report and sent it to the HR as well as the camera that got the whole entire situation. She sighed a bit and sent up a email to heath saying she ran across the guy in the directory and fortunate enough the camera got what happened last night.
 
Heath looked at the email that Ava had sent him, it was in fact one of the Roger's, Roger Dalton in fact. He sat back and grew in anger as he thought about this man and what he tried to do to his precious Ava.

He answered her email, "What are you planning to do about it?" he asked.
 
"I am sending the info the HR now, this time I don't think he will get away with it with video footage and honestly if they don't do anything im going to file a lawsuit" she send typing up the email quickly and sending it as well as sending the complaint and file to HR
 
Reading her email he sat back and hoped HR would do something this time, he however had his doubts and so decided to start planning for worst case scenarios, Roger seemed like the sort of guy who would try and intimidate Ava into giving up. Could he do some of the things he was thinking though? Heath was incensed and yes, it did seem that he might just have to take some action and soon. He sat back and thought his dark thoughts some more.
 
Ava sighed seeing the email was sent to HR. She finally got to work after that but it was not long till she heard the usual bullshit as some guys walked by. She just rolled her eyes 'men, all full of themselves' she thought to herself as she started tying up a couple reports that were on paper.
 
Heath went by Ava'a desk and gave her a disc with all the photos on it. "How you been coping?" he asked discreetly, he would let it play out with HR first but if she continued being threatened he knew he would have to act.
 
"I am kind of ok the usual cat calls when guys walk by but none has come forward and harassed me directly" she said to him then placed the disc in her purse wanting to look at them later. She looked at him and gave him a smile on her bottom lips was a visible cut from last night that had not shown up. "How has your day been?"
 
He was really starting to hurt for her now and and he promised himself that he would find the courage to put his thoughts into action. He asked if she would like to get some lunch together.
 
She smiled at him when he had asked her, "sure I would love that Heath" She said to him "but I got to finish up this report before I go ok" she said to hi mas she looked at the report and the computer screen and realized, lunch maybe a little late even at the rate she typed it would take a good chunk of her time today.
 
He smiled and said no problems, he could see she was busy and wasn't sure if it was also an excuse to blow him off, he had other things on his mind, he told her to text him when she was done. He looked up this Roger and searched his personal records through his client files, Heath also did the photos for the staff ID's and had all their information so it was quite easy. Perhaps something should happen to Roger and soon to make him feel what it was like to be scared.
 
Ava nodded "will do heath" she said smiling at him before he walked off. the smile faded as she realized she was at her desk again with no one around. She set forth on typing up the report to keep her mind at ease and to calm her nerves.
