I love to cook and eat my Italian Noms: Angel hair pasta, hamburger/lamb with fresh onions, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes in a garlic, basil, butter sauce served with crispy garlic bread. I adore cooking <3
I wouldn't consider it uniquely my own because I'm sure some other specimen of the same genus as I could do it, but I sure do love seeing people's reaction when I make my fingers dance in a wave when pressed together. Their faces could be the equivalent of people from days of yore when they were first introduced to sliced bread. Okay, maybe not as intense, but still.
What is your favorite Chinese-oriented delicacy? Why that particular question? Because I'm currently contemplating whether or not I should eat this cup of ramen before me...which is actually Japanese-oriented.
From where I live, there are only two seasons: dry and wet. I favor the wet season because I am gloomy I find it easier to get warm rather than to cool down. The only downside is the mud on my shoes when I go out.
