The New Kid-Hareem/Moon

"Well...it's not really something I do by trying...it just...kinda happens I guess. People just prefer to ignore me for whatever reason..." Reno sighed slightly. Sure it was a 'talent' that had uses....but most of the time he really hated it. Being ignored and overlooked by everyone like that? It sure didn't do his self esteem any favours that was for sure. Until Alexei came along Reno was quite sure he was never going to have a single friend....but yet here they were, sat together like this in class...it was probably the greatest time Reno had ever had in his life. He couldn't help but smile lightly to himself, having to hold back a hum since they were in class. The reality was finally setting in...the reality of having a friend, a friend who liked him, genuinely liked him....

When Reno glanced over towards Alexei as they took notes, blinking at the other boys handwriting. Wow...it was so....old fashioned, practiced....though it was somewhat out of place with that kind of pen.
As the day went on, Reno began to feel even more comfortable. Alexei was making it more and more clear that he wasn't to be pulled around and treated like an object. Not that Reno expected most of the students to take all that much notice but...well...needless to say he was surprised when they actually did, and somehow the two managed to leave the school without too many people following, and the few that there were seemed to be quickly shoo'd away.

"Well....that's just how high school people are, especially high school girls....when they see someone or something they want....they pretty much go nuts" He chuckled slightly, shaking his head and blinking at the bruises. "Wow....they really were grabbing you hard....well...at least it's kind of flattering in a way right?" He smiled softly. "Ah...me? Well...I guess I'm just....maybe being ignored all the time just made me appreciate someone real all the more...y'know?"

he made a face and shook his head as he followed Reno. "that really sucks then, not being able to turn it on and off. i guess i just assumed you didn't want to be bothered... well at least you won't be picked on for being my freind right? and maybe we can figure out what it is that is making it happen. if we can do that then maybe we can find out how to turn it off so people won't ignore you all the time." he mused with a smile. he focused on the classwork as he used his fancy handwriting and snickered as the Teacher gave him an almost baffled look as he turned in his homework. "nuts. that's a massive understatement!" he complained, sighing a little before smiling at Reno. "i suppose that's true. i guess it makes sense, being that you've been so alone for so long, i don't affect you like i do other people." he mused. "do your parents overlook you as well?" he asked, feeling a little worried about that. was Reno completely alone? how had he developed this strange talent? and why? was it a survival technique gone wrong? he wasn't sure what to do, how to help... but he would try.

he headed up into his apartment and groaned as he was hit in the face with a random drop of water from a leak and he glared up at his ceiling and went into the kitchen, coming back out with a bowl, which he slid under the drips and shook his head a little. "annoying. so annoying." he grumbled before grinning at Reno. "sorry. things are still a bit damp." he admitted with a small shrug of his shoulders. "come on, the couch is dry at least." he admitted with a stretch, his shirt riding up over his belly, showing the well muscled expanse before he headed into the kitchen and pulled out two sodas and tossed one to Reno. "so, should we do Homework first?" he asked, scowling a little at his backpack where he had some math homework to work on. annoying little bastards, teachers where. almost as bad as the students. he sighed and dragged his stuff over and settled onto the floor in front of the TV and drug out his work and examined the questions before dragging out a notebook and started working out the math long hand. "you know... school back at home was a lot harder..." he admitted suddenly. "i already learned most of this stuff. i'm almost bored." he admitted, making a face at his finished math homework. "Do you need help with anything? i'm told i'm a pretty decent tutor..." he admitted with a small smile.

"i'm going to have to pick up some games or something." he muttered suddenly. "now that i don't have any homework... i don't have any two person activities..." he admitted, frowning a little. "all i have is books..." he admitted with a small chuckle. "i need board games or something... wanna go into town and see if we can't find something to entertain ourselves with? i have a few hundred stashed up, i could get one of those portable TV's and a DVD player and a few movies or something." he mused. "or maybe some board games... what do you think?" he asked with a small smile.

"Yeah it does suck....so many times I wished I could...turn it off...just so I could have some friends.....a friend....but you...you saw through it when nobody else did....I don't know how...and I don't really care either, I'm just glad to have someone who finally acknowledges me" Reno smiled softly. It felt so good to have someone he could open up to...someone to talk with. He was still getting used to it really, so sometimes he wasn't sure what to say, or sometimes he had to stop himself just blurting things out.

"Homework first sounds good....get it out of the way you know? I really wish they wouldn't give us so much....ugh...what good does it do anyway?" Reno sighed and pulled out his books in order to get to work. Fortunately, given that he didn't have much else to do in school, Reno had made extensive notes during class, and out of class studying was about the only thing he had to do in school, so the homework wasn't too much of a problem for him. "You learned all this already? The school you went to before was that far ahead? Wow....was it like a special school for the gifted or something? Maybe you should see if you can skip a grade or something" He smiled, though secretly Reno wished he hadn't mentioned the idea. If Alexei skipped a grade, then Reno would be alone in class once again. "Ah, no I think I've got it actually....I might not be a tutor, but I don't have much to do during break and lunch besides studying so..."

"Games? Ah...well...if you have that money stashed up you should use it to fix these leaks before buying games. I'd rather you were warm and comfortable rather than us just having some games" Reno smiled lightly. "Maybe we can think of something else to do?" Reno leaned back slightly, looking up at some of the leaks. "Yeah....definitely need to get those fixed sooner rather than later, otherwise your floor could get ruined and the ceiling could get even worse"

he smiled a little. "we'll work on it!" he promised happily. "although, i have to admit, i do kind of like having you all to myself." he admitted sheepishly. "it's nice to know i'm not taking up your time with other freinds or something." he admitted with a shake of his head. "it feels nice to be able to talk to someone who just sees me for me, you know? you don't look at me like the next 'prince' or the new kid, or the hunky hot stuff." here he smirked. "not my words, some junior said it... you just see Alexei, the freaked out kid who hasn't quite figure out America yet... by the way... what's Football?" he asked, looking rather baffled. "i mean, i was pretty sure football was a sport with the two nets and a goalie and the black and white football but the football team asked me if i played and they held out this... weird shaped... thing! it was brown and pointed on both ends and just plain weird!" he admitted. "they looked at me like i was crazy when i told them that wasn't a football..." he admitted, looking utterly baffled. "and they give us homework to make sure that we honestly understand the things that they're teaching us. and to give us practical applications to that knowledge. after all, just because you heard a teacher say two plus two equals four, doesn't mean you understand WHY it does so." he pointed out, looking amused.

"yeah, my school only had to deal with a small amount of people, so they accelerated the learning a bit i think. it's a lot more hands on, teacher to student basis." he admitted. "there's only about twenty kids that go to the same school as me, and it's split up into groups of three to five, so we learn at our own pace usually, instead of the pace of the rest of the students. it's kind of nice." he admitted with a shrug. "i'll just keep working at my own pace. i'll do the homework and do independent study on my own. i'd rather not skip grades, i stick out enough as it is. besides, this way i can help you with anything you don't understand... or we can do independent study together or something." he offered with a grin. "besides, it's not MY job to fix the leaks. it's my landlords job. i'm already working on who to call to complain about the living situation. i just need to find the right numbers. i might be poor, and a student, but i AM a diplomat... of a sort. Foreign Exchange students are supposed to have specific rights and regulations and crap i didn't pay attention to. i was promised a very high end apartment, and i got this crap. while i'm not rich, i AM the future leader of my people. it would be like sending the presidents daughter to my house, filled with rats and cockroaches and other nasty things." he admitted with a shrug. "it will be dealt with soon enough. and i do have a job now, i won't have to worry about saving up enough money to eat and stuff then, so a few games won't set me back too much." he promised. "i actually have to leave tonight at eight to work." he admitted with a nod. he didn't mention what he was doing though, or when he intended to sleep.

"Heh..." Reno couldn't help blushing at the 'all to myself' comment...and then he felt a familiar twitch between his legs, memories of yesterday flooding back to him. Oh dear....it had started and he knew that if things kept up it wouldn't stop again, especially not when the phrase 'hunk hot stuff' was thrown in the mix. "H-huh? Oh...um...football?" Reno did a terrible job of hiding the fact he had been distracted, though he was thankful for the change of subject. "Well....what you're thinking of...that's what the English call football. Kinda makes more sense when you think about it...since they kick the ball and everything whereas we carry it around and barely kick it at all.....but....y'know, jocks will be jocks. I think they just call it something different to be stubborn and awkward....it'd suit them right?" He looked up and smiled lightly, then blinked in amazement at how Alexei's school had worked. How could a school even function with so few pupils? Still, it seemed to have had its advantages that was for sure....clearly Alexei was educated to a much higher standard than he would've been had he spent his entire life in this town.

"Your school sounds pretty nice....no jocks or cheerleaders ruining class for everyone else....heh....wish our school was more like that..." The boy sighed softly, then shook his head. "But I can deal with it. Just a little while longer and then it's college....I can go anywhere...do anything....get away from this place. Though....I do hope wherever I go, maybe you'll be there too. I get the feeling college would be a lot more fun with you around" Reno blushed lightly again, quickly looking away. How could he have said something so...so...sappy?! Oh damnit...he could feel his pants getting tight again...at this rate Alexei would be seeing the bulge in no time. He could ask for the sweater again to cover up but....well that would just be like telling Alexei what was happening to him, which would be even worse than him noticing. "I um....ah...you work on a night? What is it that you do....? You sure found a part time job quickly huh?" Reno laughed nervously, trying to distract himself, though much like yesterday the more he tried, the less it worked.

Alexei smiled a little at the blush and caught a whiff of arousal. maybe this time he could... lend a hand, as it where. oh well. "yes, Football." he stated, blinking at the other. "oh, so... Football with the white ball, and Football with the oval brown ball are called the same, but are two separate sports... alright, i guess that makes some sense at least. so what do you call Football here?" he asked, looking baffled. "i think men in particular just like to find reasons to fight and argue." he admitted with a small chuckle before he grimaced. "oh, we still had the 'popular' kids in my school... only it was divided into the separate 'levels' of the clan. the 'popular' kids. the ones who had all the money, the 'rich' kids who could afford to splurge on things that weren't necessity. like candy and soda... and then there where the 'working class'. the kids who worked for their food, instead of spending mummy and daddies money. they usually did heavy lifting... and then there where the Counsel Kids. they weren't rich, but they didn't have to work either. most of them had mothers or fathers on the Council and could make rules in the clan and stuff. the rich kids and the council kids where always fighting. both where always picking on the working kids... it was a serious pain in the ass." he admitted with a sigh. "being the 'toe in' for Head of the Clan, every last student wanted to be in my 'good graces' so they where always bothering me no matter where i was. they'd sometimes follow me into my room!"

he paused and blinked at the other, looking startled. "collage? yes i do plan on going on to collage actually." he admitted with a smile. "i'm going to go into Law School actually. being a leader, or a future leader, i have to know my way around the law. plus it's just amazing! i'm going to major in law, and minor in psychology!" he admitted with a nod. "both subjects are great fascination to me, so i can't wait to learn everything i can about them. i started precursors about them back home, but this school doesn't have anything like that, so i have to wait for collage to take actual classes. i'm studying them on my own right now." he admitted with a nod. "it would be pretty awesome if we could go to collage in the same location though! or at least in the same town. then we could rent an apartment together or something! or share a dorm room or something! that would be fun!" he admitted with a grin. "we'll have to plan on moving in together at some point!" he decided with a nod before he paused and blinked at the other. "i'm a stripper." he stated, ever so calmly before he started to snicker. "no no, i'm joking. i'm not old enough for that." he admitted with a grin. "i'm actually working at the bar. i'm a bouncer of sorts. i make sure everyone is happy and aren't fighting. if a fight breaks out, i break it up." he admitted with a shrug. "i'm good at it." he admitted with a grin. "and i make GREAT tips!"
