Sammy nodded with a giggle as she putted back her panties, her shorts, her tank-top and her knee-high socks as she went to Tiffy's room to wake her up. "Hey...cutie pie...we are going to have some ice-cream. Want to come?" she asked, trying to wake her up. Her tail was tickling Tiffy's nose.
 
Tiffy moaned grunted cutely when Sammy first tried waking her up but she woke up feeling Sammy's tail tickling her nose and she woke up with a smile. She turned her head though when she woke up and sneezed cutely "Yes I like ice cream" she said cutely "But can I ask you a question Sammy?"


Stevie finished getting dressed and put his car keys in his pocket before walking downstairs "Oh ladies are we ready to go?"
 
Sammy smiled once little Tiffy woke up, but she nodded when she asked if she could ask her something. "Just a minute, Stevie!" she called out for Stevie and looked at Tiffy. "What do you want to ask me, my cutie pie?" she asked cutely.
 
"Women I swear" Steven called up teasingly saying it loud enough though that Sammy's ears would pick it up.


"Well you know I love you right. Like you are the coolest person ever born in the entire WORLD" Tiffy said cutely she waited for Sammy's answer though "Okay well is there anyway that... I could become a neko like you I think it'd be so cool" she said blinking cutely.
 
Sammy shook her head at Stevie's comment, but then what Tiffy said made her look really sad. "I...wish there was a way...I know that nekos...have a wierd hormone inside them that make them act like a cat and have all their features, but I don't know if you can put into a cute little girl like you. You must ask Stevie if he would be alright and then we should talk to a friendly doctor, ok?"
 
"Alright let's go talk to Stevie now" Tiffy said literally jumping off of the bed and grabbed Sammy's hand pulling her along with her as they got in front of Stevie "I wanna be a neko and Sammy said we need to go to a doctor to make me one."


Stevie was stunned by what Tiffany said and he crouched down getting face to face with her and said "Listen sis you can't become a neko not because we don't want you too but because it is impossible because you are either born a human or born a neko" Stevie said hating that he had to destroy her dreams.

"Oh...Okay" Tiffy said sadly her lower lip puffed out "Let's go get ice cream" she said walking out to the car.

Stevie took Sammy's hand in his and walked out to the car slowly.
 
Sammy knew there was a way, and she really found it crude for him to say that so badly as he said it. For some reason, it just angered Sammy a bit. When he took her hand, she just released it a few moments later and she sat in the back seat with Tiffy, then laid her head on Tiffy's little legs.
 
Tiffy began petting Sammy's ears and smiled at Sammy.


Stevie looked at Sammy as she acted angry with him it hurt him deeply but he couldn't let her get the operation because he wasn't her legal guardian and he was thinking of a way to make her dreams come true without pissing off his parents. As they got to the ice cream shop he parked in a parking space and handed Sammy money to get her and Tiffy an ice cream "I'll be bak soon" he said walking down the street to a store an began looking at everything he found a cat outfit with a stuffed tail and he had an idea. So he grabbed the cat outfit a that would fit Tiff, a sewing kit and a hair band that had cat ears that matched the tail. He bought all of them and walked back to the car and began sewing the cat ears to the costume making it look less like a cat and more like a neko slowly he walked inside and said "Tiffy whenever you're done I want you to come out here I have a surprise."
 
Sammy smiled at Tiffany as he parked the car. Both girls walked inside the ice-cream shop with the money Stevie gave them. "Umm...I want a straberry ice cream and a vanilla one for her," she told the employee who was working there. Needless to say, he was quite angry at the neko, but nevertheless he gave her the ice creams. She gave Tiffy her vanilla ice cream and she licked hers.
 
Tiffy licked her ice cream but was curious as to what Stevie wanted to talk to her about so while licking her ice cream she walked outside to look at her brother still mad because of earlier but she knew she should hear him out.

"Listen Tiffy I want you to know right now under no circumstance am I trying to stop you from becoming a neko because for all I care you can be whatever you want to be but. I am not your legal guardian so mom and dad would have to agree and you know they wouldn't want you to become a neko because they don't like neko's. But I am gonna try to get custody of you and at that time if you'd like you can become a neko buuuuut....As for now darling until you can become a full fledged neko like our lovely Sammy I created you a neko costume complete with a tail and ears and I hope this'll work until we can actually make you a neko."
 
Sammy couldn't believe it. He actually made a neko costume. She just felt...hurt. It was like if normal humans could imitate the pain and suffering nekos felt. Not only that, but it wasn't a complete transformation, only a stetical one. Sammy pulled Stevie's arm, making the costume fall on Tiffy's arms and she looked at him angry. "You really think you can imitate us using that? It's really insulting, you know. We actually work a lot on our lives, and seeing someone trying to be like us just hurts us. Just leave her like a human and let's go...it's been quite a day already." She now was about to cry in humiliation, so she just started to walk down the street, trying to clear her mind.
 
Tiffy looked at Sammy as she got mad and walked away and he ran after her "Hey Sammy wait... Listen Stevie only did that because he wanted to make he happy until he can get custody of me. He said when he get's custody of me he's going to let me become a real neko but he said his hands were tied until he could get custody please don't be mad at him" Tiffy said hopping up onto her back holding her lovingly.
 
Sammy couldn't for the sake of God get angry at such a gift Tiffany was. She was like the voice of reason and the cutest girl she had ever seen. "Ok sweetie...Let's go..." she said and kissed her cheek lovely, then walked back to Steve's car and sat with her nephew on the back seat. She wasn't too happy to be with Stevie, but it was more of a temporal anger.
 
Stevie got inside of the car and waited for Sammy to put Tiffy in the car before getting inside the car herself once both ladies were inside of the car he drove off toward their house knowing that Sammy was still angry at him by the way she was walking but he truly didn't care he did what he had to do. The problem with being a parental figure was sometimes making decisions that would make other's mad at him.


Tiffy sat on Sammy's lap and began singing one hundred bottles of root beer on the wall planning on going all the way down to no bottles of root beer on the wall.
 
Sammy kept her sanity to the point where Tiffy started to count "One Hundred Bottles of Root Beer on the Wall." Then, she started to hear the numbers drop. "99...83....34... When is ths going to end?" she thought as she really couldn't take it anymore and she was about to jump out of the car.
 
Finally after a little while Tiffy smiled "Take one down pass it around zero bottles of beer on the wall" she said giggling as she snuggled up to Sammy's chest "You're the best most beautiful and awesomest sissy in the world" she said this tiredly and soon was asleep using Sammy's as her pillow.


Stevie looked in the rear view mirror seeing Tiffy asleep and smiled his baby sister was one of the two people he loved most in the world the other was Sammy who at this point was probably pissed off at him but his hands were tied and he did what he thought was right at the time since he had no other control of the situation.
 
And at last...Sammy released a sigh of satisfaction when Tiffy stopped singing. "Thanks, you are the best sister for me," she told her and then scratched her belly with a smile once Tiffy was asleep. Sammy sighed and looked at Stevie once he was looking at her and blew him a kiss, then whispered a really soft "Sorry."
 
"Don't worry about it Sammy I understand how it would seem with me doing what I did but it's not because I'm embarrassed or anything of your kind it's just because I don't have any right's as of now to allow Tiffy to become a neko. I hope you know that I love you, your kind and the babies you're carrying more than anything on the face of this planet."
 
Sammy sighed and moved forward to kiss his gorgeous lips and smiled, always trying to keep Tiffy resting against her belly. "I love you too...but just leave her the way she is until you get the way to do the surgery, ok? I don't want her dressed in a freaking neko costume!"
 
"Well I understand but I was just thinking she could wear it until she could get the change so where she in her own mind could be just like the woman she loves and idolizes" Stevie said honestly as he pulled up to the house with a smile "So how was your ice cream darling?"
 
"I know what you mean. But...in our society it is seen as a really rude insult towards those who are nekos, so I found it offensive," she added with a smile, hoping he would understand. Once they arrived home, she picked Tiffy in her arms and smiled. "It was delicious!"
 
"Listen I understand completely that you feel like you're being offended but I promise darling I wasn't trying to be offensive I was just trying to temporarily help Tiffy be just like you until we could find a permanently fix it and make her a neko" Stevie said smiling at her.
