Chills. That’s all she felt at the end. While the entire piece was brilliant through and through, the end was where Esther felt the most. A hand came up to press against her chest, over her heart, as her body sank back into the velvety smooth and soft exteriors of the seat once more. What could she say? The music literally had her at the edge of her seat. She couldn’t sit still. She was so pulled in and most everyone else was sitting comfortably. She couldn’t hold it back. The musical part of her, couldn’t. She wanted to stand, applaud, hoot, cheer, give them all that they deserved but she refrained.
Oh no, now she wanted to dance. Was it allowed to dance to such a lively and upbeat song that had her jaw on plastered on the ground even as her foot was tapping? She wasn’t sure she’d be able to pick it up. She may be in her early twenties, just a baby compared to everyone else here—though she certainly hoped Caughlin didn’t think so, otherwise that’d just be plain weird and awkward and not the good kinds either—but she appreciated music, and good music to boot. That being said, she was nearly bouncing in her seat.
Her arms moved so she could encircle them around his neck loosely before their lips met. Hmm, his lips were still so soft and she felt her body relax and melt in his embrace, thankful for him holding her. Soon, she was seated in his lap where she was happily arranged to be straddling him, all the while her body heated immensely. As heated as that kiss was, her body was on fire and they had hardly started. That was just the effect he had on her. Parting her lips from his, her hands came to remove his jacket from him altogether and her lips hungrily found his neck, all the while her hips pushed into his own. She could so multitask. She wanted clothes off of him now and at the same time, he tasted as good as he smelled, as good as he could kiss, as good as he could fu—.
