The students looked over at Kei, "You heard that Kei... he doesn't even want you on his team. You made him quit."

Kei's eyes twitched. "No wonder you never have a boyfriend, you scare them all away, newbie included."

Kei's hands balled into fists and shook slightly.

"It's alright though. It's not like you're an absolutely ugly chick. You just need to grow out your hair or something, drop the cursing and maybe implants."

Kei then delivered a fast and ferocious left hook onto the student, before grabbing her things and running away.

The nurse's office wasn't too far away. If he really did think he had a broken nose, it would be a good place to go before things got worse.

Cyrus could still hear the commotion going on between the students and Kei. He turned around to yell at them again, but instead observed the girl punching out another guy for running his mouth too much. He let out a small sigh and wondered if maybe the students were right. Perhaps if she looked and acted a little more feminine, he might have actually asked her out. But for him, that was asking a bit too much. There was no need to get a person to change their nature to be able to like them. She was fine just as she was, after all.

After a brief walk, the young man made his way back into the halls. Classes were still in session, making things eerily quiet. Inoki, however, was all too quick to change that. "I remember this one time, we were playing Baseball and Kei was the pitcher. I went up to bat and hit a line drive that went right over her head. She was so pissed off at me that the next time I came up, she plunked me right in the nuts and then chewed me out about how much I sucked at hitting. Good thing I was wearing a cup that day..."

The conversation continued until the two men got to the door of the nurses office. As soon as they got there, Inoki turned and began to walk away. "Well, this is as far as I can take you," he said, waving his hand casually. "You take care of yourself, and remember, if you need a good pair of tits to snuggle up with, look me up and i'll get you a good deal." Though the pompadour wearing student thought he had another sucker in the bag to bilch out of some lunch money, Cyrus didn't really seem to care all that much and simply shrugged him off before opening the door and entering the nurses office.

The first thing he noticed when he walked in was the smell. It had one of those sterile scents to it that let people know it was a squeaky clean place meant only for the medical treatment of the injured. He gazed around for another few seconds before taking a seat on the bench in front of the reception looking desk in front of him. There was a woman behind the counter, but it seemed she was too busy chatting on the phone to even noticed that there was a possibly injured student who just walked in. The only thing he could do was wait her out until she or someone else came to check on him.

A girlwalked out from the office, she was wearing a nurse's uniform, but looked about his age. "Um... I'm... sorry sir... did you need some help with something?" She mumbled at him nervously, she too was in the class from before, along with Asuna, the silent mean girl, and Kei. What was she doing here however. "Um... excuse me..." She looked nervous, her glasses covered her eyes sometimes.

After a moment, the sound of footsteps could be heard coming into the reception area. "Finally," Cyrus muttered to himself as he glanced over to see who was coming out. To his suprise, it was a student, or at least that's what he believed her to be concidering the way she was dressed. Perhaps, she was an assistant who was earning school credit for helping out in the nurses office. Either way, the young man decided to get down to the business at hand. "Yeah, I had a little mishap during Phys. Ed. It seems taking a soccer ball to the face isn't really the best way to impress people..." A small chuckle left his mouth then, hoping this girl would get the joke. "Anyhow, I think my nose got busted up pretty good. I don't think it's broken, but I don't wanna take any chances. Do you think you could take a look at it?"

She smiled... sort of... when he told the joke, but didn't really laugh. She immediately reached over and grabbed his nose with impressive (probably not to him at the time) pressure. It hurt. If it would have hurt badly, his nose was broken, if it just hurt, and he managed to scream, cringe, or even push her away, he was fine. If he gave into the pain, possibly passing out, she'd need to inspect him further.

Before that moment, Cyrus was relaxed. He expected this girl to calmly ask him what happened or if he felt any pain or not. That was until he suddenly felt a pinch on his nose. It wasn't hard enough to cause him any real pain, but the unexpectedness of it and the sudden pinching feeling was enough to make him back his head up and away from her hand. "Woah, woah! What was that?" he yelped suddenly. "I thought you were just gonna ask questions, not try and aggravate the problem" He rubbed his nose just then to get rid of the tingly sensation he felt. However, this girl's scent wether it was natural or artificial was irritating his sense of smell and just as he was about to speak again, he turned to one side and let out a big sneeze while he covered his mouth. "Ugh. Sorry about that," the young man said again. "I guess since i'm not screaming out in pain right now, it means my nose is just fine then, huh?"

"Yes..." She said with a timid smile. "Especially if you sneezed ok. I'd say you are doing just fine." She placed her hands on her knees and bent over slightly to try and check him. "If that was all, I guess you are clear to go." She said, standing up straight, walking back into the office slowly. She kept her eyes on him and until her neck would crack if she did, and eventually returned to where she was.

It was probably time to return to class, the day was almost over anyway.

Just a couple more subjects before the day was over. A pretty adventurous and painful first day already.

Cyrus gave a light and somewhat nervous chuckle as the girl continued to examine him despite knowing that he was okay already. He didn't mind it too much, but it was one of those 'I wanna see every inch of your face' kinda look which he felt was just a tad creepy. With nothing else do discuss and being given the okay to go, Cyrus stood up and stretched out a bit before leaving the nurses office. As he did, he couldn't help but get the feeling that he was still being watched and he peeked his head back into the nurses office just in time to see that girl's head dart back into the room.

Thinking that maybe it was just his imagination, the young man made his way back to change just in time for the lunch bell. "Finally," Cyrus muttered to himself. "I've been starving since I got here." And with that, he began to look for a nice quiet place to eat which was easier said than done. There was no real designated lunch eating area around which left alot of the students sitting about the halls and out on the steps to eat their lunches. Most of them sat in groups and though he contemplated going over to one and saying hi, he decided he would rather wait for a few days before making such a bold move.

Instead, he looked up to the roof of one of the buildings. He liked high places and enjoyed looking down at the people wandering around like a pack of ants, not to mention that it was nice and quiet. But how to get there? Suprisingly, the steps that led up to the roof were unguarded and unlocked. Perhaps the roof was in fact open to the students during lunch time and Cyrus was just mulling over the policies of the last schools he went to. Slowly, he opened the door and looked around to see that no one else had the same idea as he did. When it appeared that it was empty enough, the young man took a seat near the fence and removed his lunch.

"Hey, you're up here too?" Asked someone from the doorway to the roof. "I noticed you downstairs and you didn't really sit. I sometimes come up here too." Said Asuna, peeking in and smiling. She took a few steps towards him and tried to peek at what he was doing before it became obvious he was just having his lunch. "You know, we can get into a ton of trouble being up here..." She smiled at him, sitting beside him, but not close enough to distrub him. "How are you liking the schoo-AH!" She yelled, "Your face! What happened to your face?" She asked, looking over, obviously Kei's kick still had a bit of a marking on him. "It looks like you got punched in the face, your whole face, at one time. You okay?"

Just as he began to eat his lunch, Cyrus heard a voice in the direction where he came up. Initially, he feared that a school enforcer had found him and he was going to be disciplined but once he recognized the voice, his fears quickly went away. Coming towards him was a familiar face and concidering all the other faces he met today, it was a welcome one. There was Asuna, sitting next to him and warning him that they could, in fact, get in trouble for sitting up here. Before he could ask her why she would spend her time up here if that was true though, he was startled by the girl's concern for his injuries he sustained during Phys. Ed.

He didn't really think much of it since it happened a while ago, but the ammount of concern Asuna appeared to be showing gave him this feeling like she thought he was about to drop dead or something. Some quick reassurance was in order. "Oh, this?" he asked, his eyes looking like they were gazing at his face though it was impossible. "Yeah, i'm fine. I just ran into a girl with one hell of a kicking leg. It's nothing serious though."

Asuna sighed. "Oh... well... that's good... I thought you got beaten up, it wouldn't have been very nice if you did..." She looked at him and smiled. Asuna's eyes narrowed as she looked behind him. There was something below them, something that wasn't supposed to be there, not yet anyway. Her eyes widened as she noticed something spawning from below the earth. She immediately turned towards him, smiling. "We need to go back inside. Now." She said with a nervous smile. "I think someone saw us up here, and he's a taddle tale." She said, snatching his arm, causing him to drop his lunch.

The serious chick from his first class was down below, right outside school grounds. She turned towards her right, seeing Kei beside her. "You're late."

Kei frowned, "There was some asshole kid who blocked my shot."

The girl didn't really care much about it, "So, who get's him?"

Kei frowned and shrugged, "Match you for him?"

The serious chick nodded, both girls brought their fist to their ear and threw down either rock, paper or scissors.

Kei's hand was paper.

The girl's hand was also paper. She turned away and started walking away as Kei smiled.

Kei picked up a stone and looked around, "This school's so fucking clueless..." She said, chuckling. She tossed the stone up, jumped, spun and kicked the rock into the creature's head, then started fucking running.

Once Asuna calmed down upon his explanation as to what happened, Cyrus went back to eating his lunch quietly and for a moment, things seemed peaceful. After such an up and down day, the young man was happy to have some peace and quiet with another person, especially the one sitting near him. All was right with the world and nothing needed to be changed...that was until the girl suddenly grabbed him by the arm and told him that they needed to leave now. It was so sudden that he dropped what he was eating and didn't even have time to look behind him as he was pulled through the door. He would have complained about it then, but the look on Asuna's face was serious enough to make him trust her judgement. After all, she had been here much longer than him and probably knew the students better.

When they got to the bottom of the stairs, Cyrus finally decided enough was enough and pulled his hand away from the girl and rubbed it gently. For someone as girly as her, she had quite a grip. "Okay, okay, I think this is far enough. Though you probably could have let me finish my lunch first. Oh well." He let out a small sigh and set his hands at his sides before continuing. "So, now what? You still wanna hang out or something?"

"I... um... well... I'll buy you lunch... next time I see you... okay? I know you dropped it because of me... it looked tasty too." She said, seeing one of the demons walk through the door, pushing it open and slamming it against the wall. Asuna was internally panicking. She couldn't let him see anything. The serious black haired girl grabbed the demon's shoulder and pulled him back, slamming the door shut.

This would probably get Cyrus' attention and quickly. She immediately lunged at him, trying to kiss him, and putting his arms around her waist. It was actually an ideal spot for making out if a school ever made one...

Cyrus was getting a bit annoyed with Asuna. She seemed to like him, but whenever he would ask her to hang out, she would always claim to be busy or tell him that they would do it another time. To him, she must have been playing a serious game of hard-to-get with him or something, and he didn't really like playing games of that nature. If she was going to do something, she might as well do it now rather than later.

Just then though, something interupted the young man's train of thought. It was a loud, slamming noise behind him, probably a door or something. It was loud enough to get him to turn around to investigate what it was. If it weren't for the pretty girl next to him, he might have spotted whatever it was that popped out and freaked rather quickly. Instead, he suddenly found his head turned, his lips locked with Asuna and his hands forced around her waist as if she wanted to get some from him.

"Now this is more like it!" Cyrus thought to himself as he felt the warm lips of the girl on his own. It was almost as if she read his mind or something, and the best part was that he was all alone with her as well. Maybe he really was going to get some right here in the empty hallway. But just to make sure, the young man's hands made their way slowly down from her waist to her rear where he lifted her skirt slightly to get a feel for her ass.

Asuna cursed under her breath, silently of course as the male reached over to touch her rear. Unfortunately, she couldn't do much but let him, however, she wouldn't allow him to get too much further than a healthy grope. Her inner desires needed the grab in all honesty, and it was good that it happened when it did. He didn't expect the kiss, but adapted well to the situation, and although he didn't know if she had some weird mouth disease, he kissed her willingly. The passionate idiocracy that was the male student body, simple-minded and easy to manipulate. Of course, you needed to pay a hefty price and usually that price was paid off once semen got splattered somewhere on or in you.

Cyrus waited and waited while they basically exchanged spit for the next few minutes. He was waiting whether or not Asuna was going to react at all to when he took hold of her ass with his hands and when it appeared that she didn't do anything, he broke the kiss immidetley. This left him in a sort of awkward position. In all honesty, he still couldn't tell if she wanted him or not. He looked around for a moment in a sort of curious fashion before coughing slightly and breaking the silence. "So...what now?" he started, wondering where this situation would take him. Though everything seemed at a standstill for the moment, Asuna should probably concider herself lucky that he couldn't turn around faster. Better to have an awkward makeout session than have to explain what the hell that creature was that popped out from the door for a split second.

Asuna sighed in relief afterwards, she tried to make it as enamored a sigh as she could. "Well... I'm... I'm so sorry. I... I just... I wanted to kiss you so badly since I met you." She wasn't exactly lying, however, she wasnt the type of girl to hop up on a man and rape his mouth. "I shouldn't have done it... it makes me look like the wrong type of girl for anyone..." She mumbled quietly, "We should pretend it never happened if you want..."

The explanation that Asuna gave for her actions spoke volumes to Cyrus. In response, he stepped slowly towards the girl and made a fist which he softly tapped against the top of her head, all of which he did with a grin on his face. "Idiot," he started, looking down on her with eyes of compassion and kindness. "Any girl who opens herself up to someone with no fear of concequence would be the perfect kind of girl for any guy, including myself. You don't have to keep avoiding the situation or turn away with one of those stupid shy girl acts of yours. All you have to do is be yourself and everything will be fine."

And with that, the young man took off his hand from her head and walked past her, just as the bell sounded, signaling the end of the lunch period. "Looks like our time is up. It's too bad though. I still wanted that tour. Maybe after school or something. What do you say?"

Asuna closed her eyes as his fist came down and thumped her, she heard him talking and nodded, smiling warmly at what he was saying. "Um, yeah, actually, that sounds like a good idea, we have less than half of the day left, so I'll focus in my other classes and we'll meet up after. I'll be... at the main exit. You'll see me outside, okay?" She said, reaching over and kissing him politely on the cheek.

She gave him no time to respond really, she turned away and was gone in an instant.

She drove her palm into her face and shook her head, "Asuna... that was a very bad move... Maybe I should just tell him... no... he wouldn't understand..."

"Tell him what..." The girl with silky black hair and a seemingly always serious face stood in front of her, Asuna accidentally bumping onto her chest.

"Oh! Sorry!"

The woman repeated herself, you could tell she wasn't exactly happy to hear Asuna's conversation with herself. "Tell him what...?"

"Finally," Cyrus thought to himself as Asuna accepted his offer for a nice little tour of the school. It took almost a whole school day and a little pep talk, but he finally got what he wanted. Then, just as quickly as her lips pressed against his cheek, she was gone and he was alone again, but this time with a more satisfied look on his face as he walked back out onto the school grounds. He looked upon the students of Oaken Branch High going about their daily business and wondered what his fate would be living his daily life amongst them. He had already met some interesting people and even made a friend or two in the process and the day wasn't even over yet.

And it was a shame too, because all the excitement Cyrus seemed to experience faded away as the day came to a close. His last couple of classes held no surprises for him. Even the girls he met earlier in the day were absent. One of the teachers said something about a club meeting, but the young man was so bored out of his mind that he didn't care to listen in on the rest of it. Finally, after what seemed to be an eternity, the final bell rung and the school day was over. It was about time, too. Gathering his things, Cyrus stood up and made his was to the front of the school where Asuna said she would be waiting.

Asuna waited for him patiently outside. "Well... here goes..." She said, walking towards him after seeing him exit and waving. "Hey!" She called out, running over to him slowly and walking alongside him. "So how were your last few classes? I figured that maybe you'd be okay walking me home instead of a tour. I'm kinda tired, and my shoulders really hurt. I know we just met and all that... but I... I... feel a connection with you. Like, we could be very special to each other, you know?" She did everything in her power to get him out of there as quickly as she could. In the middle of their mumbo talk however, the majority of the student's had cleared out in fact. In this time of year, the sun went down rather early. She had little choice but to ask him to walk with her, to keep him away from her otherwise bizzare companions.

Suddenly there was a crash. A loud, thunderous crash. This time there was no avoiding it. Something crawled out of the ground, it's face of bones, muscular and horrifying. Asuna's eyes widened as she winced, there was going to be some serious explaining to do. She couldn't turn his head to kiss him, she couldn't even take his pants off and blow him, there was a monster in front of him, and there was nothing she could do to erase that.

The monster started getting closer as Asuna grabbed onto Cyrus. It must have been ten feet tall at least. It pulled it's massive arm up, probably looking to put a dent in Cyrus' face.

Like a flash of black smoke, a woman raced in front of him, wearing the uniform, and with a wooden sword in her hold. He knew her, that was that serious chick from before. She jumped, moving quickly and elusively, smashing into the creature's head with her sword. The creature stumbled back, and soon realeased a terrible roar. It was like glass bottles breaking inside of your ear, it's breath was also horrible. The monster regained it's footing and swung it's fist angrily at her. She was hit, and sent rolling on the ground for some 18 feet before she stopped.

"Isami!" Yelled Asuna, her grip on him tighter than before. Was he actually even seeing this? What was that monster? Why hasn't Asuna started running? Why did the black haired girl jump in? And was she even alive anymore?

As he got outside, Cyrus could see that the sun was already beginning to set. It was almost a bit eerie in a sense, but that might have been because he moved here from a different time zone and had yet to get used to the hours in this town. Fortunatley, he had a girl like Asuna to lean on until he could get used to it and that was about the time she arrived. He didn't really feel like giving a synopsis of how his last few classes went as they were so boring that he pretty much forgot all about them. He didn't have to at that point after she suddenly asked for him to walk her home which came as a complete suprise to him. The young man had this belief that if a woman ever asked a guy to walk them home, it would usually result in the girl inviting the guy in which would then lead to other...things.

Cyrus completley forgot about the tour at this point and decided to go along with this new twist that Asuna brought with her. But just as he was about to reply with a resounding 'yes' to her request, a chain of events occured that shattered his sense of a normal world completley. It started with a loud crashing sound. Sure, it was innocent enough. Some dumbass must have been screwing around with some chemicals after school and blew one of the laboratories. But when he looked around to see the shards of shattered glass, there was none. Instead, a sight was laid before him that looked like something out of a B movie.

Its form was hideous and bulging as it rose from the ground below. It must have been as tall as a house from the view he was getting and its eyes were cold, empty and its gaze was directed at the only two people that happened to be around at the time: Cyrus and Asuna. For the first time, it seemed as if the young man was frozen in fear. He could barely move and if he could, the girl was clinging to him so tight that he could feel all of her weight upon him, making it that much more difficult to move. But whatever this...thing was, it couldn't comprehend such things. It only seemed to have one objective in mind: crushing the two under it's mighty hand.

And when it seemed that all hope was lost, another shocking revelation came to light. It was one of the other girls he had seen during his classes, the one with the evil gaze and who showed no mercy to any man that tried to hit on her. She appeared before them, brandishing a wooden sword and causing enough of a distraction for Cyrus to suddenly gather himself and move out of the way. As he looked behind him, he saw the girl come down upon the head of the monster with the sword, causing it to stumble backwards, but with no visible sign of injury. It was made very clear when it swung its fist, knocking her quite a distance.

It was enough to get Cyrus to stop and express the same kind of alarm Asuna did, though he didn't scream out her name in desperation. And with the monster's attention turned back towards the two of them, he knew that they would be next and that was something he couldn't allow. He looked down upon Asuna then and put about a foot of distance between them. "Asuna. Go get her and get out of here. I'll try and distract this thing as long as I can." And with that, he took off, waving his hands and screaming in an attempt to get this things attention.

Asuna tried to pull him back, but the guy was gone and determined to get the attention of this behemoth. She turned towards her apparent friend, whom was miraculously recovering her footing. "Isami..." She said, rushing over towards her. "Where is that idiot?" She asked quietly, getting to her feet with unwanted help from Asuna. She rudely pushed Asuna's arm away. "Hopefully it crushes him, then there are no witnesses." Asuna frowned, "I'm not going to let him get squashed!" Isami glared at her.

The monster had been distracted successfully, it wasn't exactly fast, but it was so large that it made up ground. "It's fists were crushing the ground around him, but not making any contact. The man couldn't run around forever, and all it would take is one single blow.

"Move! Jackass!" Screamed an extremely familiar voice. As a violent fist came down, a stong force pushed Cyrus away. On top of him was a woman, but with features a human being shouldn't have. She kept her paw on his chest as she turned back. "You almost got crushed like a fuckin' grape, boy!" She yelled, putting her foot on his chest. "Stay here and let the professional handle shit."

It wasn't long before Cyrus was given the monsters undivided attention. The young man would briefly look over to see if Asuna was safe before realizing he had to duck and dodge the massive fists of the creature before him. His heart was racing fast and his senses were sharper than usual. The fear of getting crushed beneath a massive fist could do that to a person. But quick wits and fear could only take one so far and Cyrus soon found himself unable to move any further. And when the fist of the beast made its way down to him, he felt the end was near.

Instead of his untimely death however, he was saved yet again and again, it was someone familiar to him. "K..Kei? He asked suddenly as her foot was pressed against his chest, keeping him from getting up. The voice certainly did belong to that tomboy of a girl, but her appearance was vastly different from the one he had a run-in with during Phys Ed. Now things were really beginning to get weird for the young man and it wasn't long before he voiced his opinion about it. "What the hell is going on here? What is that thing? And...what's with the cosplay getup?" Concidering he had no real knowledge of the situation at hand, one could only feel that the last question was actually a legitimate one. What could Kei possibly accomplish facing down a monster like that in a wolf-girl costume anyway?

Kei's eyes twitched when he called her name, "Y...you... remembered my name?" She stood up straight, "I mean, who the hell is Kei?" She blew it, she blew it harder than the gym class whore during her physical. "Just... just sit there man!" She said, running back towards the monster, another creature which resembled some sort of dark spider, or perhaps a scorpion. She had silver hair and a blade too. Things were just getting a bit too crazy. Another creature came from behind him, a succubus it seemed, with a green shade of hair and overwhelming breasts. She smiled at him and watched him a second, then turned towards the beast, assisting Kei and the other woman who appeared just a glare like the serious chick that just got smacked before.
