His smile was beautiful, she thought to herself.
"Are we going to have dessert?" She asked him. "I really would like a brownie."
She tried to get the attention of the waitress, so they could order dessert.
"That sounds like a lot of fun," she told him, smiling.
Her cell phone started ringing. She was going to ignore it, but thought it might be important. She answered it, and listened to who was on the other end.
"Sure, I'll be right there," she answered, before hanging up.
She looked to Andrew. "I apologize, but my sister's son needs some antibiotics, but she doesn't have enough gas money to get from the hospital and to the pharmacy. I have to go."
Carla stood up and was about to leave, but she got an idea.
"You could tag along, if you don't mind. We could go to the park afterwards. Then there would be even less people." She winked as she said it.
