A Few Q's!! ^_^

Hey so as im new and want to stick around, I need a few Q's answered regarding to the restrictions:

1. What is the youngest age you can use (Boys & Girls)
2. What is the youngest age you can use in sexual RP (Boys & Girls)
3. How much detail is allowed in sexual RP?
4. How much detail is allowed in sexual RP for the youngest age allowed charcters?
5. Can sexual RP's be posted? If so, where?
6. Can we use existing characters, from comic's, anime and video games?
