Corrupt Nature [LadyYunaFFX2 & Alvis Alendran's 1x1]

Only for a few seconds did Auset tense from Hetmas's touch. When she gave up and surrendered, though, she found herself gazing up into his eyes, a few tears still streaming down her cheeks. She exhaled, trying to calm herself as he also insisted that if anything, she had done the right thing. She raised a still trembling hand and began wiping her tears away, nodding slowly. She had thought at first Ishizu had been brainwashed or something for daring to say Hetmas had a kind side. But now that she was seeing and hearing it for herself ... the handmaiden was becoming more of a believer.

No wonder Ishizu had no qualms with having a union to him. If he truly was like this ... who wouldn't wish to be with someone as understanding and gentle as he was being now? It made a small burst of envy surge through her. Ishizu had him ... she was never meant to have anyone. That was part of being her job, remaining chaste and untouched, thus never wanting to seek out love. But now that all of those customs had been yanked away from her ... she couldn't help herself.

Still, she'd never dare do anything against Ishizu or Hetmas. They'd both helped her, physically and mentally. If anything, she would extend her obligations to Hetmas, to protect them both now instead of only Ishizu. Finally, a small nod managed to left, a weak but audible reply soon following. "..T-thank you, Hetmas."

Slowly letting go, Ishizu moved a few fingers in the water. It was lukewarm at worst, but she had ways to alter that. Using the spoon that was laid in a container that held the hot coals to make the water warm again, she slipped two more inside. Instantly, some steam began to rise and without needing to feel the water, she knew it was warm like when she'd been having her bath before this mess began.

"Here ... join me for this one. I insist, especially now that you need one also."

Maybe not as much .. but still, both women were coated and covered in cum in various spots.

Gently taking one of Auset's hands, Ishizu guided herself then her friend in.

Within seconds, both women were beside one another, the water working on making anything it could vanish do so. The bruises would remain ... but they were only that, at least.

Hetmas started to clean things up a little. He gripped the haft of the khopesh in Akar's torso, and used it to dragged him to the doors. He opened one of them, and beckoned a guard.
"Take care of this. Now." He ordered. The man nodded, adn took up the khopesh hilt, lifting the corpse with a grunt of effort, and carrying it away. hetmas returned to find Alim, out cold, and weak from blood loss. He dragged the man to the door, sending another guard away with Alim, this time to a dungeon. A healer would be along to see what might be done. Hetmas would want more informatin. He also sent the palace guard to scour the area for Salatis. That one was surprising, that he would be involved in such treason. Hetmas sighed, and closed the door again, leaning on the wall. It had been a long day. And it wasn't over yet.

His gaze kept lingering on the baths. Hot water. Gods, it might help ease the pain in his neck. His gaze went to the forms in the water. Ishizu, his Ishizu, and Auset. Who was now... different in circumstances than she was before. The temptation was intense, but he didn't want to make either of them too uncomfortable after teh ordeal that they had gone through. Still, the water would be a balm he wanted, and he approached the bath. Dropping his kilt, he slipped int the water, sighing as he did. He looked to the two women.
"I am sorry I wasn't here faster." He told them both.

Both instantly shook their heads no as Hetmas spoke up, though Ishizu was the first - and likely only for a while - to actually give a verbal reply. It was clear that even though Auset had probably heeded their advice on not feeling horrid about the self-defense kill, the rape was still very much repeating in her mind. The assumption would be all the more fair as Hetmas got closer. He would see poor Auset's shoulders shaking despite being in hot water, helping him deduce it was from fear more than anything else that was making her tremble.

"It .. it's fine. Though ... I didn't think you'd be called out and away so swiftly. Where .. did you head to, if I may know?" She asked, very genuinely curious. Prior until Alim and Akar had hinted he'd left, neither herself nor Auset had planned for that. And normally, they would have been given some sort of hint; at least they would have liked to believe that. So for him to have been forced to rush off ... it must have been incredibly vital and important.

Or, if the worst case scenario, a set up. It would explain why things had happened and how it had nearly gone perfectly for them.

"I was called to teh walls. Weaknesses had been found, and needed to be examined. Whihc while true, they also attmepted to kill me while there. They tried throwing me from a watch tower." He admitted. "But they clearly failed. And used the time to make their other move." He shook his head in disgust. People had been trying to kill Hetmas for much of his life, eithre on the battlefield, or off of it, and by now it didn't bother him overmuch, but it was the sheer sloppiness that grated on him. His gaze landed on the shaking form of Auset. Not nomrally one to offer an abundance of comfort, he nonetheless felt compelled to at least try. "It is over Auset. They will never be able to hurt you again. This I swear to you." He told her. She was not overly far away, and he reached out a hand to rest it on her shoulder. A part of him had the surge of thought that Ishizu might somehow find some kind of jealosy in the attention he paid to Auset here. He dismissed the thought. It didn't seem likely. Did it? he admitted that he did not know the mind of women well at all.

http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpg

Actually, Ishizu's reaction was very much the opposite of what Hetmas had been thinking. She knew Auset would need the support and she could only do so much alone. Any additional help would be welcomed and needed. Auset needed the attention more than herself; and much preferably in a form that wouldn't terrify her. Rubbing her untouched shoulder gently, she then guided Auset closer, allowing her to be with Hetmas more. "I'm right behind you ... we're not leaving you or anything."

It was an odd alteration ... but Auset accepted it in hopes to keep calming down. Hetmas had gone from the man who had called the same three men in the first place to rape her in front of her best friend to the man whom had aided out in saving her from them. It was a bit ... confusing, really. But the changes she had heard of from Ishizu did indeed seem to be genuine. Finally, her head shook no as Auset found her voice well enough.

"That ... I can deal with. But ... but I was promised ... promised to keep myself if I could just say 'yes'. They didn't let me ... didn't give me enough time .... " Her body continued to tremble and her head quickly looked down again as the urge to cry tried to overwhelm her again. "I complied with everything! And still ... it wasn't enough ...."

Hetmas extended an arm around her shoulders, and while not pulling her closer, he made sure his large, solid presence was there for her. He hoped that she would find some kind of comfort in it.
"Some men are cruel for the sake of cruelty. You did what you had to do, and I know that had you done things wrong it would have been worse. Try to find some peace in that you are among those who care for you, adn will see to it you are never harmed like that again." He told her softly. The last thing he wasnted to do was set her off again. Frankly, if he could, he'd bring Akar back, and let her kill him all over again, until she excised this feeling, but he honestly doubted that would hel her overmuch. She was a different creature than he was, and did not find the violence to be cleansing.

"Some men are cruel for the sake of cruelty."

He probably knew from experience. After all, one could say the old Hetmas followed that exact same mindset to some degrees. Thank gods that he ... somehow decided to change. Her curiosity raced with her mind and heart, wondering if it'd only been Ishizu or more? Still, none of that was her affairs or knowledge to find out, she guessed. Auset's head stayed down, not certain what to say. She finally decided the best answer for now might be nothing. Her muscles relaxed as Auset let her head gently rest against Hetmas's chest, sneaking a glance to Ishizu out of the corner of her eye.

All she'd see was her friend smiling and shaking her head no to give her confidence. "You need the reassurance much more than myself. I'm not going to lash at you for trying to keep yourself calm and sane." She'd barely managed to do that herself after her own .... unfortunate experiences. Not to say the last ones hadn't been horrible but ... somehow, they hadn't scared her nearly as much as Hetmas had. She couldn't pinpoint why or how they'd failed to do so, even upon one actually threatening to kill her. Her head rested against the back of the bath as she relaxed, giving her friend merely a soft smile.

" .... T-thank you ... " She murmured to Ishizu, closing her eyes as her body began to completely relax against Hetmas's touch. It all began to feel more natural, as if she'd been with him for much longer than the past few days. Fate and irony certainly had odd ways of showing up, Auset was noticing.

Ishizu was quite a woman, to be so accepting of the fact that Auset was using him as a comfort. But then, as he was discovering, she was something of a remarkable young woman. He felt Auset pressing into his chest, and he sighed, keeping his arm around her. He felt a sudden impulse, and leaned his head down to very gently kiss the top of Ausets head. His had stayed on her back, but stroked along it gently, trying to put her at more ease. He felt himself fully coming to terms with teh fact that a naked young woman was in such proximity to him, and he felt himself starting to stiffen unde the thought. he didn't react to it though, not wanting to make it seem like he was trying to take advantage of the situation.

He would have to try and find some way of ensuring that Auset was not further pursued by anyone, and he had a few thoughts about that specifically. It would require him to find a few good men that he could trust absolutely, and he did still have a few of those.

http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpg

The rising and falling of Auset's chest began to slow more ... and more ... before it became clear to Ishizu and Hetmas the poor handmaiden had fallen asleep, using the new Pharaoh's chest as a pillow. The sight made Ishizu chuckle softly, running some fingers through her raven hair. "Poor girl ... she offered to get me some robes to change into before this .... wreck occurred. But they must have tried to intercept her in the room because she returned empty-handed, something she seldom does. So she used the secret passage. All but Salatis managed to slip in after her and ... that's how things went from there. So she did, I figured, wear herself out. And watching a sight like taking a life ... all the emotional fatigue along with physical likely got to her."

Hetmas cocked an eyebrow at Ishizu.
"What passage do you speak of? And it leads to our chambers?" He asked calmly, not wanting to raise his voice any more than he needed to, not wanting to wake Auset. He had to admit that this would make a very amusing scene to speak of in later times, the handmaiden using her pharoh as a pillow. But for right now, he would let her sleep. Though if there was a way back to tehir chambbers that didn't include the halls, he might well make use of it soon, and get Auset out of sight. It was turning out once more that Ishizu was full of surprises.

http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b242/virgo2005/RPC-RP Pics/egyptianwoman_zps956797ee.jpg

Auset gave a light nod towards the same lone statue. Only if he would ask for the background story of sorts behind it would she repeat herself. Otherwise, Ishizu was about as tired as poor Auest, though definitely not in the mental area as much. "Turn on that and it'll reveal a passage. The password is Amun Ra. You'll note another statue within our chambers which has the same password and leads here also."

Smiling to himself, he got his arms around Auset, and lifted her into the air. He went to teh statue, and spoke the words, watching the passage open. His thought was to put Auset in a safe place to sleep through her fear and exhaustion. They might be able to speak more when she woke, and he'd see where she was both mentally and physically. The passage was clean enouhg, though he did see a discarded kilt and weapon belt. He rolled his eyes. Amateur idiots. The other side did indeed lead to the chambers, and he took Auset to the bed, adn lay her on it.
"Sleep now girl. You're safe here." He promised her, looking around, and seeing where she had dropped the robe she had been bringing to Ishizu. he went to the main doors of the chambers, a closed them firmly. He set a bar in place that made sure that no one was coming or going from here without using the passage, and that was fine by him.

He returned to the baths, setting a carefully folded robe for Ishizu on a side table, before returning to the bath to continue to soak out his aches.
"You know her better than I. Do you think she'll recover?" He asked. His voice seemed to have genuine concern in it.

Poor Auset didn't move, not even while being carried through the halls. She was completely unconscious and exhausted and in a very deep slumber. When Hetmas returned, Ishizu was in the same spot. A smile couldn't help but cross her face. The irony of everything thus far truly was .. amusing. She'd started out borderline hating Hetmas; now she enjoyed being around him. Hell after today, she wasn't certain about being away from him, though that talk could wait for later. Her head took it's turn to rest though upon an arm as she moved beside him.

Her eyes looked down at the question before slowly nodding. "She'll likely need quite a bit of reminding that it was the best thing to do under the circumstances. But yes ... she will, with time. She takes her duties very seriously though, alas. So she was devastated not only because of the loss of her innocence, but with handmaidens supposed to being the pacifists .. it was technically against her oath. But like I - we - reassured her, I'm not counting that against her. There's as many obligations and rules for the other classes besides the upper class."

Her eyes closed as Ishizu's body relaxed against Hetmas's. She wasn't quite as weary as her friend, merely resting her orbs for the time being. Still, knowing nothing more should occur was enough to allow her to take advantage of all the chances she now had.

"Good. On her recovery. But pacifism is not a virtue that is normally encouraged by me. Frankly if the handmaidens were mroe readily able to defend themselves, they might make an effective way to assist in protecting you." He said calmly, not accusatory, just contemplative. "That those two were involved, not as surprising as it were, but Salatis? This just doesn't seem like him at all. Well, not entirely. Attacking Auset I can understand, but outright usurpation? It just doesn't seem right." He mused to no one in particular. The events of the day bothered him somehow. It was all so brazen, so open, but so poorly done. Who had actually thought that this could work? Or was this only hiding a deeper plot in the works? It was all too much for his mind right then, adn he leaned his head back, resting in on the edge of the bath.

A soft chuckle left, her eyes remaining closed. "Try to remember, all of these preparations and traditions were created many years ago. No one's really seen a point to changing them ... up until now. When you put it that way .... " Her eyes slowly opened as she thought more on it. " ... I suppose to some degree, it would make more sense. I think after the Library is created, the Academy definitely should be next. There can be separate divisions for military soldiers and handmaidens. This ... doesn't need to repeat again to any of the others. And .... I will see on looking about what else can likely be changed."

Now that even Ishizu herself was talking about alterations, she began to better see and understand that Hetmas truly had done the best thing for Egypt. It was no doubt in a very unorthodox way. But already, progress was definitely being made and seen easier and quicker than ever before. And it pained her in a way ... because it would mean she would end up a traitor to her father. While he may not be in control of Egypt any longer, he was still her father all the same. But ... should he ever find out of her new alliances ... she feared what he'd do.

She certainly didn't want to drive him to suicide or make him consider doing anything rash. But she wouldn't bother lying to him either; though it would all depend. While he was supposed to remain in exile, there had been some select rebels who refused to stay away from such sentences. Her father had seemed determined enough, though he'd go about resisting when he deemed it smart. He had, after all, been the same person whom she herself got her thinking and tactics from.

Thus, more likely than not, he would do what she would if they switched places.

A light frown crossed her face upon hearing Salatis's name. "Personally ... none of them even looked trustworthy just by appearances." She, too, was anxious on his abrupt disappearance. Ishizu had thought he had gone to seek another way to get to her. But he still hadn't shown himself thus far. So it made her wonder if he slipped out and away. It would definitely be the smartest thing to do; hide away and wait for his own perfect chance to strike.

Though surely he'd hear on the failed attempt also. How could he begin to do anything, now that one of his comrades was dead, the other soon-to-be should the courts decide for an execution. Though it would be a miracle for him to avoid that, too ... and she couldn't see one that any individual - mortal or not - would allow for Alim.

"Salatis and I campaigned for a long time Ishizu. He's saved my life before, and I his. Everything points to him being a part of this, but I just don't know." He said, shaking his head. "There are too many unknowns in this situation. I'm not ruling out the idea that this is a set up for him. It wouldn't take much to do at this point. But if I catch him, I know I can't really trust him either." In a way it was the sad thing of his position. He couldn't afford to put much faith in any person that was the least bit suspect. A betrayal could be catastrophic for him. And not only him, as the day had shown. He would have to be a lot more vigilant.

The idea of opening the academy to train handmaidens to be a more effective team at defending those they attended appealed to him enormously. With enough time, he might even make them into a more elite force, something to give even a trained warrior pause. It was encouraging.
"This kingdom is a little too mired in tradition. Things are done one way simply because it has always been done that way, with no thought aws to if it might be done better another way." He groused. "I think, in time, a lot of changes need to be made."

She could understand why Hetmas didn't wish to believe Salatis was involved after hearing they had quite the history together. Still, the loud curse that had left his lips earlier suggested more likely than not, he was indeed included in this mess. Unless ... she had missed an important detail. But not only were there too many 'what ifs' but an equal amount of unknown factors. That ... would actually be the only miracle to spare Alim that Ishizu could see. If he would reveal things to herself and Hetmas. It wasn't likely, she assumed, but not impossible by any means.

Still, she would worry about that bridge when it came time to cross it.

Her head nodded slowly, her smile widening in agreement. "I'd say so also. Now that I better understand and see things more ... I can better realize why you've been working on all you have. We weren't by far the absolute worst when Father ruled ... but it could have been smoother and better all the same, too." It was still a hell of a wake up call for herself .. but she wouldn't take her thoughts or words back.

These changes had clearly been very much needed; not just for herself or Hetmas, but all of Egypt as well. Otherwise, no one - the nation included - would get anywhere or create any form of progress.

Hetmas had already decided Alim's fate the moment he hadn't died instantly in this very chamber. He'd never see a public trial, or even a private one. He'd be interrogated, and harshly, until he gave up what information he had. And then he'd be killed. There was just no excuse for active treason. And not in the ways he'd been going about it. He sighed at Ishizu's talk of her father. At least she wasn't defending him much.
"I fear that if he had been left to his own devices, your father would have run this kingdom into extinction. The excessive taxation, the remova of people from key points for no reasons than his whim... it was becoming dangerous. After all, had nothing been wrong, I would not have acted as I did." He said faintly.

He wanted the day to be over, to end, and let him get one with the next. there was a library to be surveyed, adn he would be going with Ishizu this time, ensuring she came to no harm in th city proper personally. And there was still the matter of him needing to continue a dynasty, and after the morning, he had little doubt that Ishizu might be a little more receptive to the concept. But that was for later. For the moment, it was enough to soak in the hot water with her, and know that for a litlte while, they were safe.

Ishizu couldn't help but smile, the slightest hint of guilt slipping from Hetmas's lips. "You did what you had to. Do those words sound familiar? They should, given you mentioned them not but long ago to Auset. Apply them to yourself; heed your own words and advice. Now that my eyes are opening more, I'm seeing - somewhat painful as it is to think of - you are probably right. Still ... don't let that overwhelm you too much either. You've got enough of a to-do list as it is, I can imagine. No sense on adding on more stress. The position gives more than enough as it is."

And with that, she snuck behind him. Her hands slid up his back then finally rested on his shoulders. Without verbally hinting it, she began to massage his shoulders, instantly feeling and noting all the knots in his muscles. Between the possibility of an old friend possibly being a traitor and having to deal with the other, she had figured he was tense as hell. And it seemed the guess was accurate. Not to say she herself wasn't; but she could tolerate and endure it. She was his right-hand woman ... he was now in charge though.

If the stress remained upon Hetmas for too long, it would get worse not only for him but Egypt. That she had finally seen and better understood via personal experiences with her father. That, she had realized, was another reason he hadn't done the best. Anyone could make poor choices without a way to relieve the worries and stress of ruling over a country.

Hetmas was surprised to feel Ishizu taking the initiative on his shoulders, but he would certainly not do anything to disuade her from this path. He closed his eyes, and faintly groaned. It didn't take long, and after a few moments of work, the very absence of the pain that he'd been in was nearly a drug in and of itself. Maybe this wouldn't be quite so bad after all. He had early in this scheme of taking power thought that Ishizu might be a fine perk to the job, and it was showing that he had been right all along. Do what you have to do... He'd used those words often enough to describe what he had done, and had told it to people under his command about to enact terrible things. Frankly, if he proved to be a blight upon this position, a true blight, then he would tell the man who killed him to take his throne the same thing. But he was becoming doubtful that this was going to be the case.

She was right though, there was no sense adding piles of stress to the ones he was already carrying around. It just didn't make sense.
"You're good at that you know." He murmured as her hands worked into his neck. Farnkly he was surprised at the level of strength she showed in her hands, it was deceptive. But he was learning, and fast, that a lot of what he'd figured about Ishizu was deceptive. She continued to surprise him, but he wasn't put out by this, he found it encouraging.

The silence from Hetmas suggested he was likely thinking, contemplating. Between not feeling obliged to try to be nosy and also feeling her own fatigue begin to kick in, however, she only focused on her task of helping him stay calm by working on the massage. Her cheeks turned crimson from the compliment as she smiled softly. "It ... it is? I'm glad. My father had some of his best men give me a few when he deemed it necessary so I just .. remembered how their hands moved, where, any techniques they seemed to use. But prior until now ... I've never really done this to anyone. Though ... Auset could probably use one in the coming days ... " She murmured softly, adding that last sentence on her to-do list.

Her eyes stayed looking down, paying close attention to his reactions from his body. It was similar in some ways like how she noted his more sensitive spots upon his shaft; just now on a different location. Anytime a knot seemed to loosen more, quicker, she paid heed to the area. She continued to carefully work before finally offering softly, "What of you? Are you a bit weary yourself, Hetmas?"

Hetmas pondered her question. Weary... well, yes, of course he was weary. he'd had a rough day, as had Ishizu. While his first instinct was to drag her around, adn have her right here in the baths, he knew that one incredibly intense session was likely all he could manage. And there was the morning for such a thing. They'd both be here for it. His mind trailed to the thought of bringing Auset into their next session, since she seemed to have enjoyed what actions that had been taken with Ishizu, perhaps he might try again, this time with a little more willingness. But again, that was for a later time.
"Yes, Ishizu. While what you do is greatly relaxing, I fear I may simply go to sleep here in the bath." He admitted, having to groan faintly again under her touch. Gods, his shoulders hadn't felt this good in a very long time.

The library, after what he hoped was a passionate morning, and then perhaps to oversee the location that would one day hold the academy. And then perhaps a time of speaking to Alim, assuming he still lived. It wasn't hard to imagine him expiring before the healer had reached him, and even if he had, he knew many men who might not wish to live on after losing what he had. And with some luck, Salatis might have been found by morning.

A soft smile crossed Ishizu's lips as she stopped massaging Hetmas's shoulders. "Alas ... falling asleep there wouldn't be good. The water will eventually get cold and then you may fall ill; the last thing needed. One of them anyways." She paused as she stood up and then leaned down, pressing a soft but deep kiss upon Hetmas's lips. Still, the Queen didn't want to appear like a hypocrite or temptress despite the words that had just left her lips .. and thus slipped out before anymore was done. Those activities could wait for the morning sun to peek over Egypt's horizon.

For now, she was tired also. A quick peek down at her body showed that the bruises would definitely remain for a good few days or so. But at least they were only those, she supposed. Grabbing the towel she'd been lying upon, Ishizu began to first dry herself off, slipping the new robe on soon after. A hand covered her mouth as a soft yawn escaped her. Turning to Hetmas, she waited for him to get done and out. After today, she didn't want to leave the room alone -- or any place at that matter.

The kiss did tempt Hetmas to simply grab Ishizu and drag her into teh water and have his way right then and there. It could be glorious and fast, but he had little doubt that he'd likely pass out after he was done, adn that was not what he needed. All in the fullness of time. He braced himself on the edge of the bath, and heaved himself out. Dripping wet, he simply betled his old kilt back on, not caring about his dampness. He did see Ishizu had replaced her robe, which made it safe to open the main doors. He simply tapped a guard, and issued the order to summon a cleaning crew to get the blood off of the floor before morning. He closed it once more, and went back to the passage. Let the palace wonder at how the pharoh and his Queen vanished into the building without a trace. It might do some good to have a few rumours of how they might truly be Gods, able to move about as they willed.

He passed by Ishizu, noting that she didn't seem eager to be alone, and after the day, he hardly blamed her. As he went past her, he put an arm around her shoulder, adn led her through the passage to thier chambers. Auset was still asleep, and he saw littel point in waking or moving her. The bed was easily large enough to accomadate the three of them at rest. He was fairly certain it could contain the three of them and more engaging in far more... space demanding activities. He let out a tired sigh, and once more dropped his kilt on the floor, not intending to do anything more strenuous than sleep as he crawled onto teh bed. With a smile, he looked to Ishizu.
"Until the morning my Queen." He said languidly. He let himself sleep after that.

As they arrived back in their chambers, Ishizu couldn't help but chuckle softly at poor Auset. She must have been damn tired because she hadn't bothered getting under the covers or concealing her body. She'd fallen asleep on top of the sheets, her body easily able to be seen; though between herself or Hetmas, it wouldn't be like anything bad would come from the view. It may have seemed somewhat redundant to sleep with a robe on .. but Ishizu wasn't in a caring mood regarding petty things like that. Her own weary smile crossed her face as she slid on the other side, gently holding Auset.

She'd want her friend to see and feel she would be safe and that more proper steps to prevent anything like they'd just endured would be taken. "Night, my Pharoah." She murmured softly, her own eyes closing. Her body relaxed as her grip around Auset stayed firm yet gentle. She doubted anyone would be stupid and try to sneak in ... but on the off-chance, she'd be ready to ensure they failed. With the last thoughts being about a much better morning - hell, day even - than this one had been, Ishizu felt sleep overtake her soon enough.
