Lucifer was sitting next to his friend in a chair of his own, simply staring at the hot metal in Wrath's hands, dazed by thoughts of the past few days. Lucifer was not a being of fire, he couldn't do what Wrath could, at least not so easily; Lucifer was a being of different properties almost all together. "Really?", he voiced curiously as he snapped out of his daze, grinning at the man, almost a bit proud of her for being so stealthy about it, a woman of many talents. She would have to confront him about it sooner or later however, it was impossible to stall the talk much further anyhow. "Well what did you really expect, that kind of news would screw up anyone's world, and then I happened to make screw it even worse.", he responded a bit playfully, teasing him with his play of words. Yes he dared to go there, but he was still uncomfortable in the situation, talking like that with his friend about his granddaughter. Lucifer withdrew his grin to a a slightly embarrassed smile as he leaned back in his own chair, looking up at the ceiling instead.
Lucifer laughed with a nervous tone to Belial's thoughts about him and Thorne, but she was right, he and Thorne was sweet together, but he couldn't really see it clearly as he was part of it. "I know we're the perfect couple together, but we're not that bad... Right?", he pleaded a hopefully curious look at his friend as he lied to himself a bit. No one was ever a perfect couple, but they were damn good for each other, and right now they were sickeningly sweet when they were in the same room, there was no way around that. Eventually that effect would pass however and they would become more of a normal couple, but not yet.
Lucifer's dragon pet, Xizor was resting steadily on his legs, although looking at the hot metal in Wrath's hands, comfortable in the warmth that the hot metal radiated so sharply. 'Xizor, would you relay a message to Thorne for me?', he asked his dragon pet by thoughts, 'Tell her that it's high time that she starts dealing with her situation already. It's nearly been a week and she can't keep avoiding it much longer.', he ended simply, trying to not be so sickly sweet but actually proper since he was momentarily embarrassed over himself. It would quickly remedy though, as he would turn lovey dovey again at the next sight of her.
