The pup jumped at the scream, her ears slicking back from the high pitch. Kagura looked up when Alice ran right past her. The gust she created blowing some of the fog away to expose the wolf not even a foot away from her, she had been there the entire time. Right beside Alice, well, until she moved anyway. Now the runt just stood on a suspicious wooden plank, the slab barely able to hold her weight as it creeked. Kagura tilted her head at Alice, wondering what was wrong before a sudden loud CRACK interrupted them. The wooden slab snapping, the remains tumbling down into a small hole it had been hiding, along with Kagura. The wolf trapped in the muddy pit under some rumble.
