Innocent Predator~{Darkwolf12 x claudette}

The wolf should've been shedding and she was actually starting to, but that would take awhile with her large winter coat. So she simply whined up to Alice, laying down on the cool dirt, rolling around in it happily.
 
Alice ran a hand through the soft fur, pulling it a bit. "I could see if someone in town can shave you. I've never really a dog, so I wouldn't know what I'm doing" She told the runt "Are you gonna make it to town?"
 
Kagura wagged her tail slightly, standing up as she shook her fur off, starting to trot in the direction of town again. She wouldn't stay here! She would make it to town!
 
"Good girl! Now when you get to the entrance, just wait for me! Don't move!" She called after her, following Kagura to the town, lagging behind still. Her mate was fast!
 
Kagura barked happily in response, soon slowing down again to sit down and take a break. Panting incredibly hard from the heat overpowering her.
 
Alice caught up to her, they were really close to the town now, she could see the buildings pretty good. "Do you want me to try and pull some of it out?"
 
Kagura shook her head and stood up, walking slowly the rest of the way there, simply dragging herself along.
 
When they got there, Alice immediately brought Kagura to a groomer, paying him to get rid of all the fur from the winter coat.
 
The man misunderstood and simply shaved the wolf almost bare, very little fur on the animal on more but Kagura defiantly looked refreshed and happy.

Alice waited outside, but when the man told her to come in, she nearly screamed when she saw Kagura. "W-Wha...I didn't want you o take if this much fur! She's almost bare!" She grumbled, paying the man the money, then taking Kagura out. "I'm sorry" She told her mate, feeling bad.
 
Kagura simply smiled and wagged her tail, she felt fine! She could actually feel the summer breeze now and god did it feel good! The wolf was incredibly happy, not bothered by her lack of fur.
 
Alice rolled her eyes "Whatever. I guess your happy. Walk around, I'll follow you.Go wherever you like, unless I say no" She instructed her. "Don' ever go anywhere alone, and don't go inside buildings unless I say so."
 
Kagura instantly pressed her nose to the ground, sniffing around till she found a bakery. Pressing her snout to the glass as she looked inside with a whimper. A sign on the door clearly stating 'NO DOGS ALLOWED.'
 
Alice followed Kagura, watching as she walked right to the bakery "Sorry girl...Hey...There isn't a sign that says "No wolves"" She told her, smiling as she opened the door.
 
Kagura barked happily, about to jump in when the owner glared and snapped at the wolf. "No dogs, wolves, coyotes, dingos, etc! NO CANINES!" He growled, the cute blonde clerk standing beside the man frowning sadly at the pair.
 
Alice stepped inside the bakery, rolling her eyes. "But I'm a paying customer...And the sign does only say no dogs, plus, Kagura won't do anything wrong, she's a nice pup" She told the man, smiling. "I guess you don't want my money" She sighed, turning around, patting her large sack of money.
 
The owner perked an eyebrow at her. "I would like your business but I'm not going to allow that animal in here. Leave it outside with the other dog or leave." The man pointed to the other 'dog' outside, it looked like a wolf but was pure white and stood much taller than Kagura. The canine laying in the shade under a light post.
 
"Is she doing any harm? What, you afraid that she's gonna do something? She's not gonna do anything, and If she can't stay inside, then I'll just leave" She told him, "I will not leave her outside, she sticks with me. I don't want someone stealing her!" Alice wasn't just going to back down, Kagura would stay with her, or she would leave.
 
"Leave then. That animal isn't allowed in here for health reasons. She'll track dirt around, stain the glass, and a million other things. She already made a stain over there, someone will need to clean that up." The man answered, pointing to where Kagura had pressed her nose to the glass earlier. "You can see her easily, if you want our goods, leave her outside the door. She's in clear site, no one's going take her!"
 
"No! That's just a small stain, I'm sure you can deal with it. Smiling, she walked up to the counter, pointing to a cake "I'll take that please" She told him, handing him some money, like there hadn't even been an argument over Kagura "Lovely day isn't it? Kinda hot, but with good breeze" She sighed, leaning against the counter "You know, if dogs could come in, you might get a bit more business."
 
Kagura waited outside obediently, sitting beside the other wolf whom happily played with her for the time being.

"Maybe, but then I'd have to do more work then I'd like." He said, ordering the cute blonde clerk beside him to get the cake before walking away. "He used to let Snow in, but I fed her some scraps and he got mad...so no more dogs...." The girl frowned, motioning to the wolf playing with Kagura.
 
Alice sighed, smiling at the blonde. "Thank you...Does he hate dogs? Or is it just because you fed Snow?" She asked, holding the cake. "I don't want to leave Kagura outside though...If she got stolen, I don't know how I would continue on. She means everything to me"
 
"This town's pretty safe, same with out there. They're just in front so no one could get away with stealing her. And I'm not sure...he used to love petting Snow but I made one slip up and now he won't even look at her." The blonde said with a frown, glancing to the large wolf outside wrestling with Kagura. "She's such a good girl...but she does have a huge appetite." The blonde said with a playful laugh.
 
Alice laughed too, nodding "Same with Kagura! She's so small, but she can eat a lot!" Picking up the cake, the elf nodded at the blonde. "I got to go, Bye!" She said, walking out of the bakery with the cake. "Kagura! Look what I got girl!" She showed the wolf the cake, smiling "If you're a good girl, I'll give you some of it after dinner tonight" She promised. "We have to go now though, I have to be somewhere"
 
The blonde waved them off, smiling at the other girl before getting back to work. Kagura pouted slightly when she had to leave Snow, the two attaching a playful nip before the runt trotted off to Alice's side, wagging her tail happily. She got cake later? Awesome!
