He smiled at her before starting back to their home. He was so lucky.

Neil kissed his wife and smiled as he held her close in his arms. "Sleep now honey."
 
She laid her head on his shoulder as he drove back home. "You are the best boyfriend...and the most handsome..."

Harley mumbled a few words before falling asleep. "I love you Neil...please stay with me tomorrow..."
 
He got out and moved around to her side, once more picking her up in his arms with a grin. "And you are the best girlfriend."

He kissed her as he yawned, soon falling asleep. "Gladly....."
 
Once they got back to their house, she stepped out of the house and walked to the door. "Hey, i was thinking...since your sister's husband is working 24/7, how about if we make her a birthday party here? I'm sure she'll be sad because her husband is not here, but we can cheer her up!" she said smiling and opened the door.
 
He smiled as he followed after her, kissing her gently. "Gladly....but about me and Harley's birthday....can we have some time alone before you join us?"
 
She nodded, not even jealous. "Of course my love, you can have as much time alone with your sister as you may want to." She wasn't jealous to Harley anymore, she was the best friend she could ever ask for.
 
He smiled as he kissed her forehead gently. He wasn't ready to go bed just yet though, he had errands to do.

The next morning, Samantha woke up, and her boyfriend was not on the bed. "Wierd...he must be in the kitchen," she said and walked down to check on him.

Harley woke up, but she was too comfortable to move as she was on her husband's arms.
 
When she came downstairs he wasn't there yet the dining room was set up for breakfast and there was a small package at her place.

Neil smiled as he woke to his love, kissing her gently. "Morning."
 
Before she could finish opening it Isaac came into the room and stopped her with a smirk. "I'm not ready for you to open that...."

Neil kissed her with a wide smile. "Morning...."
 
Samantha gasped and almost screamed in fear. "Fuck you Isaac! You almost give me a heart attack! What is this?"

Harley smiled and stood up before she put a robe on her. "Hmmm, want me to make breakfast?"
 
He grinned at his girlfriend's words. "Well...if you want me to...." He said it teasingly before helping her sit down. "Eat. Present is for later."

He smiled and stretched as he sat up. "Would you please?"
 
Samantha rolled her eyes and laid her head on his arm. "Ok, but next time you do it, i'll rip your balls with my mouth."

Harley giggled and raced downstairs. She made bacon, pancakes and coffee before she carried the tray with everything upstairs. She entered their bedroom and put the tray on the bed. "Breakfast's here!"
 
He rolled his eyes as he kissed her and started to eat. "No you wouldn't. You love them to much."

He smiled as he kissed Harley, taking his own plate with a smile. "Thank you love. I just talked to my boss though....unfortunately my contract says I can't quit without his permission. I've worked out a deal with him, and we have today together...but I'll be busy the next few days." He hated it, after all it'd make him miss her birthday.
 
Samantha giggled and blushed. "I surely do...a lot. Those things and your dick have gotten me a baby," she said with a smile and ate.

Harley's heart was broken when he spoke. The most important even for her, and the day she had something planned especialy for them, he had to work. A single tear approached her eyes as she was devastated. "Why? Why you have that ugly job!? Why you never spend time with me!? Last year was the same!"
 
He smiled at her as he finished his food, waiting for her. "Indeed."

"Harley that's why I'm doing it." He wiped her tears away as he explained. "I can't quit unless i do this. I don't want to but I do want to quit so I have more time with you."
 
Samantha giggled and finished her meal. "Done, i've eaten now. Tell me, what's insde that friggin' box of yours?" she asked.

Harley was still crying a bit. "I don't care! You're missing my birthday, and i've never missed yours!"
 
He smiled, rolling his eyes at Samantha as he handed her the box smiling lightly. "Open it." It was smaller than her hand.

He kissed her as he wiped her tears away. "No I'm not. Harley I will miss the day time. At night I already have stuff planned. You'll love it I know."
 
Samantha looked at him, thrilled about the surprise. "What is it?" she asked as she opened it.

Harley sniffed and looked at him. "I was picturing us...waking up in a hotel as you made love to me in the most romantic morning..."
 
Inside was a ring and Isaac smiled taking her hand in his. "Will you marry me Samantha?"

Neil kissed Harley again. "I'm sorry. I am. But if I don't do this and quit anyway, he'll sue me."
