Ray stomped around her room, she was so angry at him. It would be forever before he came back with her lunch. She was starting to think maybe she should have taken the opportunity to leave when he gave it to her. This wasn't a normal relationships, she shouldn't have been falling for him.
She was just so angry, she threw the remnants from her breakfast tray against the door. The heavy bowl his the door and it slid slightly open. She gaped at the door knowing she would get in trouble if she were caught. She just wanted to take a peek at the house. He had kept her cooped up in the room for so long, she wasn't sure of what to do. She quickly threw on some clothes and was sliding out the door.
Going up the steps she found herself by the front door, her eyes widen knowing that outside was the sun and grass, and everything else she had missed about being outside. She slowly unlocked the door to stand on the porch. It was warm outside, and she loved the way it felt on her skin.
Ray ran through the grass area till she ended up by the road. There was a car that came barreling down the road. They slowed as they came close, probably thinking she was a hitch hiker. After a short conversation and a fight with her conscious Rayleen found herself hopping in the car.
