I am assuming you are using Firefox as this is a common problem with that browser for some reason. Firstly, try using an alternate browser just to make sure (ie Chrome, IE, Safari, etc). If things work at least you'll KNOW it's that and not something else. After that, empty your Firefox browser history and cache and then turn off your add-ons. After that, do a hard restart. Hopefully this will solve the issues.

Try doing things in an alternate browser like Chrome or IE or something. Of course, I'm assuming you are using Firefox. So, log out of here and log in using the new browser.

Ah, gotcha. Well, it's definitely browser dependent and we've seen it occur on Firefox quite a lot. I would still try something similar with Chrome then and see if you can't get it working by doing those sorts of things and then seeing what happens.
