** Members of the Design Team dedicate time to making site-compliant artistic pieces that members of this site can enjoy (avatars, signatures, character sketches, etc) along with other promotional/recruiter-based pieces that people may use should they wish to help advertise us elsewhere (banners, logos, etc). All artistic pieces are site-compliant and will be posted as the artist has time and is inspired. Special requests may be taken, but how and when is up to the individual artist. Also, all artists cross-post their artistic pieces posted here onto their own personal site (should they have one) along with a link to our site to help recruit their fan-base and help spread the word.
** Members who wish to use an artist's pieces on site are strongly encouraged to either post in the artist's thread or to send them a PM letting them know about it. Members who wish to use an artist's pieces off site are required to ask permission before doing so. If it is learned that any art is stolen, action will be taken and it will become very severe if any art is tried to be passed off as someone other than the artist's.
** Since this section is intended to help the site, please refrain from spamming and flaming and please show both respect and courtesy for the artists who dedicate their time and energy into making the artistic pieces they are sharing for the site and its members.
** Do not steal an artists work and claim/advertise it as your own. That is plagiarism and not tolerated in any way.
** Members of the Design Team offer assistance with and provide resources for various forum coding that can be used for thread/profile customization.
** Members of the Design Team offer technical assistance when the site is in need of graphics, layouts, icons, etc. or any other promotional art already in place.
