Not really. The only time a warning would be doled out for journal content would be under VERY special and typically VERY rare circumstances and, yes, such instances have occurred. But again, they are rare (has probably occurred all of twice ever) and usually have to do with the actual content straying to the VERY inappropriate and I'm talking SEVERELY inappropriate here. If you use common sense, you should be fine and have nothing to worry about. As it is, your journal is fine.
