Anya giggled brightly as she clapped her hands excitedly. "i AM a talented! Mama says it's rude to brag, but i did it ALL on my own!" she admitted puffing her little chest out, ever so proudly, several of the wolves nearby, chuckling at the little girls excitement, one of the women commenting, low enough for only Callista to hear. "she's been parading around in human form for three days straight now." which wolf said it, Callista would never know, but the tone was warm and affectionate as well as amused. all the wolves seamed to be very close knit, knowing each other and supporting each other. Anya looked startled to be called pretty and she stared at Csllista for a moment, shocked. "oh i'm not pretty yet!" she admitted clapping a hand to her chest. "i got no boobies yet! Mama says that's how you catch a man, is by your boobies! is that true Moon Lady?" Anya asked, many of the wolves outright laughing at little Anya now, in the same manner Callista's mother had sometimes laughed at the silly things Callista had said. the little girl really was amusing.
Anya's eyes got so big and excited at the promise that she could help Callista learn how to fly, and she bounced up and down eagerly as she made excited yipping noises as right before everyone's eyes the overly hyper girl turned into chipper red wolf pup that chased it's tail for a few moments, startled by it's sudden appearance, which had the adults giggling again. Anya was as typical hyper as a puppy could get. Callista's Wolf hound pups had been just as excitable over everything. butterflies, cats, other dogs, the postal man, more butterflies, a piece of straw, everything was met with enthusiastic over-excitment. but Anya settled down, back in human form, to happily untangle Callista's hair. she giggled at the sigh that issued out of the other woman's mouth, her head tilted. "maybe, after your bath, you could come and meet my Mama and siblings?" she asked, looking ever so proud. "Mama can't play with me now because she has babies, but i don't mind because my brothers and sisters are SO cute!" she admitted, grinning happily. "Mama didn't move them during the flooding, because we're up high enough that we didn't have to." Anya admitted grinning as she worked all the tangles out of Callista's hair.
"All Done!" she chirped, pleased with a job well done, sticks and leaves and bits of moss not littered her work area and Anya leaped to her feet. "i'll be right back!" the rain had stopped, and most of the wolves where safe for another day. Anya wanted to check on her mother and siblings, and when she came back she had a wooden tray full of good things to eat. freshly baked bread with fruits and nuts baked inside, a hank of deer, roasted to perfection, and there was even an ear of corn, toasted over a fire and smothered in freshly made butter from the Cow Callista had traded for. "i brought you lunch!" Anya chirped, setting the tray on the side of the pool. "eat up!" she ordered happily.
