No, this recently. This like 6, 7 months before start. It's still 1998.

The New York Blockade incident ended on New Year's Day, January first, 1998. It started Christmas Eve.
 
Guess I really didn't explain that. Sorry. I didn't specify a month, or when the New York Blockade happened. I'll edit that into the Rules section.

I just was going with early fall, for main story.
 
I believe I have it on the character thread. I grabbed Climb for a skill, Mobility, Point Blank shot, Shot on the Run, and Endurance for feats.
 
Cool, Sailor. Feel free to create a character, and we'll fit you in. Unfortunately, D&DWiki is down, so just PM me or post here for more technical questions concerning the rules.
 
We've got the leader/talking guy (Xavier), breaking and entering (Allen), heavy weapons expert (Allison), and now sniper (Volke). Just letting you know 'niches' that already have someone there, if it makes it easier. But feel free to be anyone you want. Doubling up means if something happens it's still covered, and two heads are better than one.
 
Oh, and a change up to make it easier, as long as the page has

Rough day at work.. almost got fired. some punk-ass jerk tried to hit his girlfriend in the store, and I threw him to the ground before he got the chance.
 
Not if you made him bleed on the floor. He could techniquely sue. I didn't get fired, given the situation, but I did give my boss a scare
 
It would create a good prop up for our characters' relationships.
