well I'm a bit different, most EP would be based off of wisdom, shooting from the hip if you will, But My guy is a specialist in his feild, and has researched his abilities, so it would be clear for him to use Int.

Er, but he still has little hard data. Even Aya is considered a Specialist, but her usage was still Intuitive.
Point is, it's more saying "I specialize in Parasite Powers" rather than "I am actually an expert in my field." Those are more Investigators, as indicated by the extra skill points.

I answered this in a PM, but just so everyone knows, I'm allowing a feat that will allow someone to replace their wisdom modifier with their Int modifier for Parasite Powers.

The rule is take the best saves when you gestalt, don't add them. A fighter/rogue gestalt has a high fort and reflex save, but the same will save, as they both have poor will saves

Well I just use fractional adding of saves. It leads to better over all saves and easier calculations. But then I make all my characters in a spreadsheet so...

And Ghai is a mess of a total of 8 classes with gestalting. >.<

yeah I uses good ol pen and paper. takes time, but the result is top notch.

Base saves can go over 12 if you take multiple classes, that's the point of the +2 on good save progression on prestige classes. If they did not intend that interaction I assume they would have placed them at the per level progression without the bonus to start with.

I just said that's what I do for my stuff to simplify it. I don't force others to do it. And that is a valid point.
