By the way, I don't think anyone aside from Xavier knows about Volke's ability to change sex yet. He/She'd be real careful about doing that in front of others. The only reason X knows about is because he was there....

Alright. That makes sense, given anything. I assume that helps your disguise skill?

Not really. As long as Volke is wearing enough to cover the shoulders, waist, and hips, he looks almost exactly the same when genderbent. Save for the Red eyes, slightly feminine tone of voice (that is otherwise completely the same), slightly softer face, and newfound space between the legs, he's exactly the same. But becuase a woman's hips are wider, her legs are a little further appart. Some people can tell male and female right off the bat because of that gap between the legs. So... No. No bonus, but no penalty, either.
Most people won't even notice the shift of the body, since he always make sure that she's properly covered so people can't tell. The only sign of the shift is the eye color change and a puff of smoke that comes from her body.. like when Ninjas transform in the Naruto series.

Although, if she were using her voice to be... less monotone... Speaking like.. Rather, speaking in a higher pitch while female or lower while male, it would probably give a +1, but only in the right circumstances. EDIT: Her voice isn't monotone, but... soft, and... tch... I don't really know how to explain. Rather... Volke tends to come off as emotionless due to lack of facial expressions and any real vocal inflection.

... Er... No comment?

Also, I talked it over with Zeheris. "Super J" is a TV super-hero, kinda like... well, the original White Ranger was the Shizz. Imagine if he had his own show. Yeah.
Well, in his show, Super J will do hero things, from rescuing kittens from trees to saving people from the second story of a burning and collapsing building... to killing NMCs. Since Super J does all his own stunts and has 'people' who get him his 'monsters,' everyone just assumes they're not real. MIST often employs him and his private showcrew to cover up such public occurances of NMCs.
However, this doesn't mean he isn't considered a real hero. He totally is. The only part of the show people thing is fake is the Montser Battles, and since no one civvies have gotten hurt and all collateral damage is fixed/payed for.... People won't ever see it. There is a small division of the government's black ops teams designed to escort people away from the "Monster Battle Scenes," who can order the police to help if need be. They go into the field as anyone and everyone that could get as many people out as possible.
The police are, in fact, often called to help secure the perimeter, since the one time a civilian died on Super J's watch. MIST used their influence to shift the blame to the local gangs, who used the shooting as an opportunity to jump the poor guy. Thus the police are almost always there.

I did too. and Rock Lee is fine, becuase his overall badassery and speed make up for being in spandex. Guy-sensei, not so much

God dammit... I need to stop making such sad backstories. Allen's, once you get the whole story, actually isn't too bad, just more bittersweet.

Yes. You need to make an over the top action hero character that will shout at the top of his lungs about JUSTICE and FRIENDSHIP!!! (NOTE: It came to my attention some time ago that Friendship based attacks do 2x damage against the forces of evil, and the power of LOVE does at least times 4. At Least. Makes me think that there should be some spells with the [Friendship] and [Love] discriptors.

Yugioh, the power of Friendship blocked Pegasus's mind reading ability. Power Rangers Turbo: the Movie, where the original Red and Pink Rangers are talked out of attacking eventually, before the brainwash spell ends. And I'm sure there are other instances.
