It seems to have a higher vitality, some greater health than normal Bulettes... (Extra HD)

I can give you the details, but it's a weird caster class that really requires the book to use. I can give you what I am going to use because the concept avoids a ton of the utility of the class for the pure power of the necrocarnate soul melds.

I was wondering if I could exchange the character traits for bloodline levels, which are in Unearthed Arcana. Also, can I use Bo9S? (Book of 9 Swords)

No Harper, you can't use the Bo9S. If you want a bloodline, I need to approve it first.
