Y'know, I told you before that Leos' collar was deemed irremovable. He's a bishop of dibella. there are more powerful priests than him who can cast miracle. I assumed you already knew it was epic. Also, it's an epic cursed Item, so the only benificial part is were it acts as a Ring of sustainence.
