Control range for Control Winds is 400 ft for Paul. Volmar is following after Lios and Ber'nia. Unfortunately, I've done a bad, bad thing. Split the party!

Splitting the party is when all the interesting things happen though. Had a game once where the fighter and the paladin went one way and the wizard and the bard went another. (Yes we were a weird party.) The melee people found the evil necromancer while the casters ran into a group of trolls. Much running and hysteria was had by all.

I could just leave, but leaving a sand tornado to go unchecked for an hour and 30 plus min. Is a bad thing.

Well that depends, other than your tornado which direction are the prevailing winds? If they are already blowing that way we could just let it go. As long as it doesn't change again.

That would be interesting. However, the wizard standby of 'Kill it with Fireball!' would apply there.

Well our wizard was an enchanter, so the answer became "Charm all the things!"

Rolled a total of 21( Yay Intelligence!).

There's two major towns north of here, but they're on either side of the oncoming army. even if the storm were to move east or west by 20 or 30 miles, it should be okay.

Then I'll adjust the tornado, and then head to town, leaving it to wreck havoc on the undead for 1 hour, 39 minutes plus. Oh, and 40 spot, 32 listen.
