A docked pay was too easy for a newcomer. Threatening her with firing her was also too easy for a newcomer. She walked to his office in the morning with a smile and cracked the door open saying "Listen you boob...if you were a good doctor at all you would get off your keaster and start saving lives like i'm about to do right now. Come on Skippy get up and lets go do round, if you have something to say to me or something we need to talk about then you can tell me when we are walking around checking patience." She closed the door and walked to the nurse's station and waited eagerly for him to join her in all his stupidity....more or less his weird wisdom which she did some how expect him to have...and if he wasn't smart enough to have a wit like she had then yes she was going to consider him the weakest link.
