Kevin strapped up his bag, and slung it over his arm, he was older than most that decided to go on journeys, but then a friend of his told him, about a project her, and many others were working on, and that he was going to be one of many, to try out the big surprise. Kevin knew that the money was good if he could make it to the top, and he would truthfully do it just to go out unhindered in the world. He sighed, as he looked at himself in the mirror, his hair was messed about his head, a headband around his forehead kept his brown hair, from falling down in front of his blue eyes. He wore a simple sleeveless shirt, that was dotted with little holes, so it breathed well. He had a change of clothing for wet weather, and cold. But he knew he would have to wash the outfit he wore whenever the chance came around. Black cloth athletic pants protected his legs, and all, and all he thought he was ready, and as lightly packed as possible.

With a last overlook at his supplies Kevin sigh, "Damn, it is either now or never". With that he headed out to his friends lab, knowing it would be empty, he just moved to a simple chair, and sat down. He knew his friend to be big on surprises, and would not just be here, to wish him a good journey, this only made Kevin laugh as he had been opposed to the idea at first, and now he was eager to be off. The room was fairly clean, which was a bit odd for his friend, but when he wanted to show off something he thought was this great. Kevin had found himself starting to eagerly awaiting for this day, the tile floor, and cool air were nice, it was not long when a sound from the door rang out, "I guess he is here, lets see what his big surprise is finally". Before long Kevin stepped outside tojoin his friend.

"Kevin!" You're gunna love this! So glad you decided to take part in my little, experiment!" He grinned a large grin, rolling a peculiar pokeball between his hands.
"Are you ready?!" he exclaimed, and with a toss of the pokeball, exposed the big surprise. With a flash of light, and some special noise effects created special for the event, the pokemon was released.
It was unclear weather she should be called a pokemon at first, for the figure was not quite right. At first, she appeared to be an Eevee, the light brown and tan fur was all in the right spots. The tail and ears and paws were all there. However, she was not small, nor dog like but resembled the form of a petite human girl. That is, a small girl with fur. Not a bit of her was bare, even her face was a strange sculpt between human and Eevee, a exotic yet pleasant look. Diminutive fangs were in her mouth, which hung slightly agape as she looked at the two figures, as if waiting for something to happen.
The light tan fur atop her head flopped infront of one eye, and she shook her head to see better, the mowhawk like style of her hair, or fur in this case mimicking human style cuts. She Her ears were perked, and rotated and twitched at every noise she took in. She wore no clothing, however long thick blond fur covered her chest perfectly, and her long, swishing tail hid her backside as well as it could. However she had no shame, and instead gave something akin to a smile at the two.
"Eevee!" she chirupped.
"Do you like it?" Kevin's friend was nearly bouncing in excitment. "They are brand new! Pokemorphs! I'm so excited you agreed to try it out." He repeated.
"They can still battle and all, but have a bit more interesting outer shell. " He smiled widely. "They also can hold conversations, once they learn enough. I've been teaching Eevee the basics, and they catch on really quick." He handed the empty pokeball to Kevin.
"But enough of my ramblings. She's your's now, go say hi!" He gave his friend a small push.

The Eevee tilted her head at Kevin, her intelligent brown eyes blinking as she gazed upward. She was sitting in a crouched position, but leaned back onto the balls of her feet to get a better view, balancing with the help of her tail. She hadn't seen many others besides the lab men, and was fascinated by him.
"Ee..Hi!" She chirped, seeming proud of herself.

He was a little shocked to see her, yes the fur covered her body, but it was still nude, but he bit back the commit he had dancing in his mind, he slowly reasoned it out, she was not quite human, she did not seem to mind, he felt his friends hand on his back, the man was just too excitable, "She is quite... Lovely". He winced seeing the man grin at his commit, "Oh knock it off, you know what I mean".

Kevin moved over to her, his voice calm, as he spoke in an even measured way, as if crossed between thinking she wouldn't understand a thing he said, and believing her a new person he was meeting. "Hello, good job, My name is Kevin". He knew others were being sent around, but it was still quite shocking to have a pokemon, or a girl, or whatever she was. He scratched the back of his head, in a nervous fasion not fully knowing what to say.

The Eevee stood up, her figure short and lithe as she grinned at Kevin. She pointed to him. 'Kevin." She pointed to herself. "Eve." She bobbed her head. She sounded foreign, her voice a strange chime of human vocals that seemed almost otherworldly. Her tail wagged in excitment at meeting this new person and she leaned closer, balancing precariously on the balls of her feet, and rocking back to her heels, tilting her head.
"Kevin." she mused at the name, then suddenly leaned in closer, pressing her head into the middle of his chest. "Mine."
She was practically purring, her innocent nature a bit obvious.

Kevin's friend chuckled. "They're as affectionate as actual pokemon, so be warned about that." His eyes gleamed. "But, you two should probably be off.Not to rush you, but the sooner you start the faster the awkward phase will get done with."
He passed his friend a rucksack, which held clothing and a collar. "If you want to use em, feel free. She didn't seem to mind either way. But it can be a bit strange, if anything just pretend she's a normal Eevee." He chuckled, and ushered his friend towards the door, towards the start of his journey.

"Pleased to meet you Eve". He paused as if a little stunned by the simple gesture, he put an arm around her, holding her briefly, this was going to be trouble, and he knew it. Then again, he was willing that much of it, she was quite unique, he had to give her that much, as he then felt his friend usering them away, to the town gates. Kevin did not really fight, he knew better than to try to cause an arguement, "Why don't you go loose your head, on what to make next, and I will go set out."

Kevin, took the collar out, and slipped the poke'ball against his belt, "I suppose it would be nice to have someone to walk with, and were supposed to be introducing you to the world". He leaned toward her taking the collar, and strapping it loosly around her neck as he did so he brushed along her neck gently with his fingers feeling the soft fur, he had hoped, that the collar would help him remember she was a pokemorph, not really a human, but with her innocence he found it to just make her more attractive.

Eve smiled and pranced along side him, adjusting to standing on two legs rather quickly, her tail curved behind her for balance, swaying with her walk.
She listened to the interaction with Kevin and his friend, and waved goodbye when they were ushered out, copying his friend's gesture.
She pricked her ears as she heard Kevin talk, taking in his voice and mannerisms. " Yes." She responded, suddenly spreading her arms out wide. "The world!" She mused, already excited. She had been out before, but never like this, with such new prospects ahead of her.

She grew still for Kevin as he fastened the collar, quivering slightly as he brushed her neck fur. She blinked rapidly, and gave a slightly silly grin. She wasn't overly used to people touching her, but she realized she enjoyed it. She nuzzled his arm briefly, her dark eyes peering up at him before she pranced a few steps to the side, walking that way with him for a while. However she could hear the sounds of other pokemon about, and her ears lowered, her nerves showing. She had never met a wild pokemon, but had only fought some of the trained ones. She knew what to do, but when she heard the sharp shriek of a ferrow overhead she jumped, slinking to Kevin's side and grasping his arm. She felt slightly ashamed, she wanted to please him by being strong, but was afraid.

He felt her on his side, he doubted most trainers had to deal with a jumpy pokemon like her, but it only brought a soft smile to Kevin's face, he spoke softly rubbing his hand along her shoulders, "Hey, I have potions if you get hurt, and I will always be by your side protecting you, okay"? He gave her a cheery smile wanting to raise her spirits some. "We can avoid stronger one's till you are more comfortable, so do not fret to much". He urged her forward with him, letting her stay as close as she needed to feel safe, he was not to worried, he figured she could handle herself, in anything over here. Very few things other than a few bug pokemon, and bird pokemon wondered around here.

"Just remember any time you are scared, just come to me, and I will keep you safe". He smiled to her keeping his hand on her, as they started through the higher grass, his friend would be constantly supplying him with poke'balls, all kinds of new gizmos, and tricks so Kevin knew that would never be an issue, but he still did not trust his friend, it was only a matter of time he thought until, Kevin's friend decided they would all make good test subjects.

Eve nodded, her expression growing serious as she squared her shoulders, comforted by his touch and pressence. She wanted to make him proud, and would do so. She took in the different pokemon, her ears swiveling back and forth to pick up the noises. "Weedle. Pidgey. Sparrow." She chirped some of the calls she heard, looking back at Kevin. She knew he would make sure to pick a good fight when the time came, and she was more than willing to use her abilities to help him find whatever he wanted.

"Safe.." she clung tightly to her arm a brief moment longer, then began to venture away, crouching hear and there to see the layout, her movements fluid and her body quite flexible due to the engineering. Suddenly, a flock of bird pokemon flew from the brush before her and she jumped, her tail raising in alarm and she pranced a few steps back towards Kevin, her instincts starting to kick in as she gave a small growl at the birds for startling her. She peered at Kevin, noticing he seemed to be deep in thought. She tilted her head, questioningly at him.

Although the sudden jolt, and rustling of birds was a shock, it was only a minor start it got out of Kevin, "Do not be so jumpy, remain quiet, and watch as we walk, look for grassland pokemon, or if we can run across an abra that would be a great help". He did not think, they would find anything here, it was a small area, and on top of that, it was to noisy here. He continued to walk with a slow pace, but seeming to be worried, but careful of where he stepped, and he wanted to keep her mind off the dangers, and more on thinking, and enjoying the walk. "The next town is about a two day hike, so practice being alert, but controlled."

Kevin listened carefully, he knew he needed an abra, so he could counter any fighting pokemon, that she would have little use against, and a grass, or water pokemon to deal with the ground, he smiled, starting to pay attention to what was around him, he had a plan, and now he could drive it to the back of his head, and just have some fun. He had a second sleeping bag, and tent to set her up near him, even though it had been for him, just in case, he figured sleeping in the same bed as her, would cause Kevin all kinds of trouble. "I know our first stop, so follow me, and try to enjoy the sun light, and sceanery"!

"Abra.." She pricked her ears and raised her head, inhaling deeply. Her ears drooped however, and she shook her head. "No." She sighed. she heard him tell her alert and controlled, and she nodded. Prowling forward silently, paying attention to all the sights and sounds. It was different than she had ever experienced, and despite her initial fear, she was getting excited. She watched as pokemon appeared and vanished from view, becoming more adjusted to their figures and sounds. She smiled to herself, Kevin was true it was a good idea to just enjoy the day.

She listened as he mentioned their first stop, and she put a hand on her belly, feeling it rumble slightly. Pokemorph's had a very high metabolism, but she had been so distracted by the days events she hadn't thought about food.
"Stop where?" She asked, trailing after him more confidently than before. She didn't mind traveling, for her stamina was quite high, but she knew that the road was tough, the longer you were on it.

"It is small clearing, it usually has a few magikarp, might be a good idea to catch one now, they can be a pain to raise, but well worth the work from what I hear". He smiled as he watched her, he mostky wanted to go there, because he knew it was safe, and at least one night with familiar stars above his head, would make it more comfortible, and he would be able to try to her her out of hhis head, it was not so much that he mined, but he thought it was weird to feel that was for a pokemorph, even if she was different, she was still a poke'mon.

The clearing he took her too, was a nice spring, clean water that could be seen right down to the bottom, even only being a few feet deep, magikarp, and a few smaller pokemon swimming around in the water, the beach nearby was clearly a camp site he had been to frequently, an old firepit, and grill dug, and always ready to use, the sun shimmering fairly high in the sky glittering across the water, "Do you like the idea of spending a night here, getting ready to venture out on this grand endeavor?"

Eve listening to him talk, absorbing every word. She nodded as he spoke, and smiled as he wanted to make camp in the clearing. "Yes. It's....nice." She spoke slowly, cencentrating on getting the words right, her face serious. However once the words were out, she smiled again and lept forward, as playful as a puppy. She slowed as she neared the water, suddenly disregarding the fact she should stay with Kevin and going over to it.
She peered into the stream, watching the magicarp swim around and her tail lashed back and fourth. She crouched, eyes gleaming and fur slightly raised as she focused in on one, her hand raising. Her whole body quivered with anticipation, and with an excited yip she splashed into the water, flipping one of the fish pokemon into the air briefly. The magicarp landed on the shoreline, but was still to close to the water and wiggled its way back into the water.
Eve pulled herself out of the cool spring, her fur dripping and her expression that of pure and innocent excitment.
"Magicarp! " She nodded to Kevin, and to herself, as she shook the excess water from her fur, crouching by the edge of the water again. She balanced on her forearms, her back legs slightly bent. Her backside was raised and her tail swished, just grazing the earth. As uncofortable as the position looked, she seemed at home in the contorted position. She watched the fish swimming lazily, and her eyes narrowed. She was determined to catch one.

((OOC: If I am gone for the weekend/week I didn't give up, but am out camping with no internet access.))

"There is nothing, but magikarp, and maybe a squirtle or two in there, take your time, swim after them for a while, chase them, it will be good draining for battle, if you find a really strong one, bring it up, and we can catch it, but enjoy the water too, relax, and train". Kevin smiled at her, he thought it was cute how she swam after them, and the way the water glistened along her short fur was cute at times, and made him try not to laugh at other. He set up a small tent, though it would be quite open. He slid a bedroll to each side of the tent, so the gap between them could be filled with items. He could not imagine how good it would feel with her soft body nussled up against his, but then the thought of her being nude flooded his mind, and washed out all thoughts of that. He set up a line for his clothing, slipping it off, and hanging it over the line to keep it clean, and somewhat straight, then set up some wood to start a fire, knowing she would need it when she was done with the water.

Kevin, decided he would do some relaxing, setting a small fishing pole up, as he rolled his pant legs up, and slid his feet in the water at the edge. This was supposed to be an adventure, so they would have to set time aside to rest whenever they found places like this. The cool water felt nice, this small pond had almost no current, so some pokemon were frequently at the banks, but for the most part he could not see catching them, they seemed to be relaxing more than surving, the atpmosphere just did not seem right for more than playing, and enjoying the life. He knew they had quite a bit of sunlight left, and they were in no rush, time like this was good to bond with her, so he watched her to try, and find out more about her from how she acted.

Eve splashed in the water once more, eventually giving up and shaking the glistening droplets from her fur. "Hmph." She seemed very human as she sat with a huff, glaring at the water and the pokemon within them. It wasn't that they were hard to catch, but not much of a challenge. She realized her pokemon blood wanted a fight, wanted to prove itself and be strong. Yet, her human side was far more subtle, and soft. It caused a bit of conflict in her mind, and she shook her head, ears flopping slightly as she tried to clear out the thoughts. She glanced at Kevin, and saw him resting at the edge of the water. He looked so calm, yet thoughtful. She tilted her head, lost in her vision of him. She wasn't sure if it was her pokemon side or human side, but she felt attached to him already, despite barely knowing him. She twitched her tail, and felt a sudden playful burst hit her.

With a excited "Vee!" she sprang, and lept into the water, right infront of Kevin, splashing the water as much as she could with her landing. It was just shallow enough there for her to stand, and she rose, a grin spread large across her face. She leapt closer, placing her hands on his knees and tugging slightly her eyes bright with excitement. "Swim, Chase, Relax." she chuckled. It must have been the good weather, or the freedom of being out of a lab but she was happier than she had been in a long time.

He sat along the bank as if he was going to ignore her, letting her become insistent before he suddenly pushed off the side hoping to push her under the water, as he hopped in, letting his body sink some as he moved out toward the deeper end. He was in a good mood, and liked her idea, she was not a water pokemon, and her tail he figured would slow her down, so he hoped he would have an advantage to swimming away, making her follow knowing this was more fun than it was training, but would accomplish both tasks. He moved swiftly being fairly athletic as he did not stop moving wanting to keep as much distance from her as possible, he liked this already, her personality fit him, she seemed to not mind playing, but have a fire for action.

He did like her playful side, and knew she would soon enough be stronger than he could ever be, but a sobering thought fluttered through his mind, he would be sending her out to fight, she would be hurt, and despite being able to get her help, he would be forced to watch her be hurt many times. He dreaded that, he was not quite sure why, but he felt an attraction to her, and wanted to keep her safe, something he knew was impossible with the journey they were set out to do.

Eve gasped as he reacted, splashing fiercly in the water as she righted herself, seeing him start to swim away. "Hey!" She giggled, and began to splash after him, hopping through the water until her feet no longer touched the bottom. She padded strongly, but he was right, she was slowed by the weight of her fur, and the drag of her plumy tail. She could't control her giggling as they swam, yet she knew she wouldn't be able to catch up to him swimming like a human. She looked thoughtful for a moment, then with a smirk and a narrowing of her eyes she dove under the water, managing to her her paws on the bottom before springing forward with emense speed and power, fling herself from the water and forward. It was a strange way to use the move quick attack, but she found it useful as it cut the distance between them quite a bit. She gasped for breath, treading the water for a moment.

"Kevviiin.." she called, pouting slightly. He was still so far away. She was growing tired from the effort of swimming, and padded a bit towards the shore. She gave a huff and turned tail, she knew she wouldn't be able to catch him in the water. She swam til her paws hit the ground again, and she bounced a little as the water lapped at her neck. "Keeevviiinnn.." She called again, sounding almost indignant that second time. She didn't like being far from him already, and she realized, even though she could be free at any moment, she would rather stay with him. She twitched an ear as this though occured to her. She knew it would mean willingly risking herself for trainer glory or honor, but she wasn't quite as afraid as before. She knew Kevin would never do anything that would mean her harm. He mind wound't let her believe it.

he smiled as he turned around, and started back toward her. Kevin did not seem like he minded taking his time, he knew on land if she tried to chase him she could catch him, but if she tried it, she would find instead of him running, he would simply tackle her to the ground, and pin her. He knew for now he was stronger than her, and making her fight to get up would be a good way to train her to be stronger. His face flushed at the thought of holding her, or even pinning her down. He was glad he was still a bit away, as he took a moment to calm himself, he dived under the water one last time, just to come up at the waters edge, and pull himself to dry land, he sighed lightly, knowing he had to change clothing, or at the very least let these dry.

He stripped down to his boxers, not caring if she looked to much, knowing at the least he would be forced to her being around all the time. He moved to start the fire, once he had gotten a few embers going, catching, and raising he moved he pulled the lines up, and found a nice large fish for dinner that night, they would eat well tonight at least, he set it aside, moving to a small clearing, and putting his hands above his head, as if to let the sun dry him off, although he looked to not being paying attention, he was ready if she decided to attack, he knew if he trained with her, he could stay ahead of her for a good long time, Eevee's were not the strongest of pokemon, but they were fast, and usually smart, he knew to be careful. He smiled to himself liking this part as much as any other.

Eve wiggled slightly, watching him with perked ears. Her previous nerves seem to have vanished with the day, and although her naievity was still obvious, she was beginning to at least grow more confident. She watched as Kevin stripped, and suddenly felt a burst of embarrassment. She would have blushed if she were able, and she turned around a few times, unsure why she felt that way. Maybe it was because he was not covered in fur, or that he was a male. She shook her head, ears back and tail flickering as she went to the fire he was starting, nudging the fish with a bit of interest. She was fascinated by all the things he was doing, for her life had only been lab tables and dried pokemon food. She sat back on the balls of her feet, her tail keeping her balanced as she watched him go and stretch. Her eyes dilated as she felt the play rise up inside her.

Eve crept quietly towards him, sometimes on all fours, sometimes on just two as she neared, crouching and wiggling her body before springing with an excited yelp. Her paws stretched out to tackle him, knowing that in the soft grass and with her plush fur, she wouldn't do much damage, especially since she was trying to be gentle.

He watched as she moved, ever closer, letting out a small sigh, as if he was just enjoying himself, when he head the soft voice, and saw her comming at him, he simply jumped back so she would fly past him, but he did not seem as though he was going to run as he waited for her next attack, he was going to win, but wanted to wear her down some before he brought her to the ground, "If your trying to tackle me your going to have to do much better than that, come get me". He gave her a playful smile forgetting he was wearing no more than boxers, as he wanted to show her he was just as willing to fight, and train so she could keep raising to the top. He felt warm, the thought of her, bounding toward him, seemed playful, but it was also a reminder that she was for all intents and purposes naked.

When he finally put that out of his head, he focused on her face, not wanting to be caught off guard, he hoped as long as he beat her every time she would fight harder to become stronger than him, so he would encourage her to try, and beat him. He found that helped him not think about her body, and concentrate.

The instinct to chase and fight sparked in Eve and she gave an excited yip, springing to the side as she bounded forward, still a bit to playful to catch him. She knew she had to get more serious if she were to win, and so she crouched, one hand on the ground and the other raised. She glanced at the rocks near him, but none were big enough to jump off of. She also was trying not to use any of her attacks that could potentially hurt Kevin. She didn't want to accidentally cause harm. She huffed as her next spring failed as well, yet she realized with every jump, a nd calculation, she got closer, and faster. She knew she would tire slower than he would, yet the swimming from earlier had worn her out, and she knew if she didn't catch him in the next spring or so, she never would.

Eve gave a soft growl as she rocked back and forth, prancing to the side and landing lightly, spinning around this time sizing him up first. Her tail flickered and her gaze never left his as she stepped closer, and pounced forward again, this time intentionally missing, her spring landing to the left as she whipped around and dug her feet into the ground, leaping forward with great speed as she took advantage of her pokemon powers, the quick attack enhancing her jump almost unitentionally. However, she misjudged the ground she had landed on, and as she pushed off, she slipped, giving a startled yelp and grappling at the air as she tripped towards Kevin, eyes wide in shock as she tumbled, fur raised in alarm.

He smiled as he stepped forward, in the way of her frantic pawing at the air, now in control. He slid his arms protectively around her falling to the side with her in his arms, and rolling across the soft taller grass, and when they slowed to a stop he pressed the roll lightly so she would end up under him, his hands moving to pin her, he hoped with her fatigue, and with spinning she would be near helpless to him. He was not even breathing hard, having been holding back the whole time, and conserving energy, while she jumped he only needed to move to the sides, picking where he stood to be more difficult for her to get at him, he would continue to struggle with her, but his voice came soft, "You must conserve energy, but never hold back when fighting me." He gave her a soft smile, having enjoyed their game.

Kevin then realized he had enjoyed it too much, he now was very knowledgeable of the feel of her fur, when they embraced in the roll, and now him overtop of her naked form, he did not pull away, or let her take advantage of him, but he moved so instead of having his legs spread over her, they were closed beside of her, while he tried to hold her down till she gave up. He had felt the start of his arousal, and did not want her to notice, even though he doubted she did not notice, he could stay from being obvious about. He knew at this point it was hard to say anything, but he won, but he could not let her fall in a muddy spot.

Her struggling lasted only a moment as she was pinned, Eve's ear's layed flat against her skull in determination. However she was worn, and with a dejected "hmph." She calmed down. He was holding her firmly, but not rougly and she realized, she didn't actually mind. She listened to him tell her about conserving energy, and she nodded, her eyes growing wide. Her gaze bore into his own, her innocent expression attentive, trusting, and even a little bit sheepish. She had never been so close or intimate with another before, and a wave of human embarassment had started to creep into her. She gave a slight wiggle, asking without words to be let up. She didn't notice his arousal physically, but she noticed a change in the way he smelled, and the subtle vibrations of his heartbeat had seemed to quicken slightly.
She sidled away a bit, peering at him from a slight crouch. However she no longer looked playful, but merely curious. She was fascinated by Kevin, his strength and ability to read her moves, as if he was in her mind. She wasn't sure how she felt about it, but she knew it wasn't a bad thing. Perhaps, it was a good thing they were getting along so well. A team had to be able to work together seamlessly. She crept closer, slowly so he knew she wasn't still playing and placed her hands on his leg, gently headbutting the area where his shoulder met his chest.
"Got you." She muttered, letting her eyes close slightly as she reveled in their closeness. She realized, she would more for Kevin than any human she knew so far. "Kevin." She mused over his name, and looked up at him, her expression slightly somber as she cuddled closer. It was growing dark, and she was tired. Her mind slowly filled with the thought of sleeping, curled next to her master.

With a soft smile, he picked her up, holding her close in his arms, as he walked back to the camp he made, letting her rest some, as he started to cook them a meal, he set her next to him, so he could work, but when ever he was not using both his hands to move the fish, or turn the split he set up, he rubbed her shoulder, brushing her fur with his gentle touch, so she knew he was not far from her, he knew she had to be tired he had almost made sure of it letting her swim, and jump about for as long as she had, it made him happy she was so eager to not only spend time with him, but fall into the role of relaxing, he had seen her fighting spirit, that would be useful in the days to come, and he knew tomorrow may be a good day as well. He had not told her, but this spot was frequently a spot for new trainers challenging each other, and he knew he could pick some good challenges for her.

He had watched them the last few weeks their tactics, the pokemon they used, he had made friends with some of them, He smiled down to her, she would do fine after a good nights rest, but he still planned on catching magikarp before resting, knowing if he caught one, he would have to train it as well, and it would need to rest as well. When he noticed the food was ready, her put some strips of the meat on her plate, he set next to her, and some on his, his hand grew more firm as he shook her lightly, "Wake up, and eat some, your going to need all your energy tomorrow."

Eve blinked open her eyes. A look of confusion briefly flashed over her eyes and she scrambled upwards, shaking fiercely, the motion traveling from head to tail tip. Her hackles were raised, yet as she caught sight of Kevin she relaxed, rubbing her eyes with the back of her hand. She had almost forgotten that she was on a journey with her new master in her dozed state. She smiled at him, but the scent of the meat quickly caught and demanded her attention. Sniffing tentatively, she dug into the food, far more feral as her hunger took predominance over manners. It was fresh, and good and the pokemorph sighed in contentment as she leaned back on her haunches, plopping to sit with her legs crossed and her tail wrapped around her, resting on top of her legs. After a moment of reveling on her comfort, she turned to look at Kevin, asking almost sheepishly,
"Long, was I sleeping?" She drooped her ears in embarrassment, feeling poorly that he had worked to provide for them while she had dozed off.

She gave herself another quick shake, this time rising to what only could be considered a doggy style position, stretching her tense limbs. She pricked her ears and with a deft yawn and shake of her head decided it was time to be alert once again, for she had taken a well enough break.
"You, sleep now? Or?" She asked, each word spoken slowly, yet her confidence growing in the language as she practiced. She knew that the ability for them to communicate though human speech would be vital to their success in the future.

He let out a low laugh as he rubbed her shoulder slowly, "Not to long, and not long enough". He smiled as he glanced at the fishing pole, knowing a fish had caught the end, soon to be his Magikarp. He smiled at her, but her position made him shift, and look away with a embarrassed smile. He was finding himself more, and more attracted to her. He was not quite tired, and flushed as he was doubted he could sleep right now, and not be lost in thoughts about her. Kevin smiled as he ate with a slow measured pace, enjoying thhe meal, and the time he could spend with her. When he was done he watched her calmly for a moment, "We will have much to do tomorrow, lots of training, and battles, can you handle it?"

He was only teasing he believed she would be fine. When he moved to his feet he slid to the fishing poles pulling in a large Magikarp, and dragged it farther to land, so he could capture it without it simply swimming away, as soon as the hook was free, the Magikarp slammed against him, tackling him as he hit the ground. With a quick grunt as Kevin hit the ground from the very sudden attack, and then began flapping around the ground slamming in any direction it could, to find the lake.
