She giggled at his notion about normal people going to bed at this time. She held onto her brother's hand as he lead her to the room she would be staying in. "Oh Jacob it's fine, really, I don't need much." Emily stated she didn't care that to room was a bit plain, and a little boring, it was a place where she was safe and where she would be staying, only until she got back on her feet..

Jacob smiled to her and nodded "Well if you wish for a little more decoration, I can probably get some things for you at a later time. But I hope you find your bed comfortable, it is quite old I know"
 
Emily smiled, "You worry to much..." She teased. "Jacob, It takes so little to make me happy....Depending on how long I end up staying then we can worry about decorating, I'm sure the bed is fine, it I'm here longer than expected we can get another one." She stated then went to hug him she appreciated all that he had done for her.

Jacob returned her hug and smiled slightly while they embraced once more. "Sorry you sound like you have been through so much before coming up her. It makes me wish to be able to grant you every comfort possible so I can see you happy" He said as he patted her back.
 
"It's okay Jacob, really. I am happy now, I get to see you again...after seven long, long years. You can spoil me more later if you want to with comfort and things and such." Emily smiled she didn't want him to feel sad or bad for not having anything besides a roof over her head and a bed for her to sleep on. Emily yawned softly, as she hugged him, missing his hugs..

He smiled allowing her another hug before finally pulling away. "Well I suppose I should let you get to bed. Good Night, Emily. I love you "he said before he slowly walked out of her room and went into his. His own room was next door to hers.
 
"Alright good night Jacob, I love you too." She stated and once he left she changed into her night gown and crawled into bed to get some rest.
 
It seemed Emily was not his only visitor this night, as soon as he shut the door to his room he found a woman standing before him. She wore clothes outdated a couple centuries ago. A blue flowing dress with a corset to amplify her bust. Her black hair fell into ringlets and her skin was as pale as Jacobs.
"What have I told you of visitors, my pet?"
She asked point blanky to Jacob.

Jacob was getting over the shock of her appearence, he bowed to the woman in greeting. "I am sorry, my sister has fallen into some hard times. I offered her a room here for a while"

The woman seemed not moved by his explaination, keeping her face blank of emotions.

"Well she can stay fro a while. But she must earn her keep if I feel she has been around too long"

Before Jacob could even respond the woman vanished. He sighed, he should have gotten used to that by now but he hasn't. He laid down on his bed, contemplating things. While unbeknownst to him the odd woman decided to enter Emily's dream to study the mind of his apprintice's sister
 
Emily was fast asleep and didn't realize that there was someone in the room. Emily was dreaming fine for a while, until her mind was being explored. Everything was great she was in there childhood home with Jocob still around. But once Jacob left it went bad, she was ripped from the home and forced to live with her now ex-boyfriend. She was beaten every night, at times she had been tied up and left there until he'd com,e home, and rape her, before letting her go. then what she still doted on was the lose of the baby. After Zach had pushed her down the stairs, she being rushed to the hospital. Emily though seeming indepentant she was still a lost scared little child.
 
The woman examined the events, looking throught the goings on with mild interest. But she saw how close emily and her brother were, this could work to her advantage. She had been training Jacob for years, but he didn't seem to have the fire it takes to be truely on of their kind, but if she could find the proper motivation she could get an apprintice worth showing off. So she implanted a small thought, if emily would take it or not was up to her. It was simple "Stay close to your brother"

She departed from the house, flying off to see through the second part of her plan
 
Emily relived most of these nightmares, her reality in her dreams, having bottled them up inside for so long, she never had told a soul about it before her brother. She heard the thought in her head, and her dream had changed. She had seen her brother then went and hugged stay close and in his arms, for protection and love.
 
When he was sure his sister was asleep he slipped out of the house and went to get a meal. He always hated doing this but it was a part of his new life now, he would probably have to feed off the homeless for the rest of his life. But as long as his sister lived her would make sure he was around to take care of her. He returned home a bit before sunrise and slipped into his bedroom. Closing the window he placed a board over it to keep light from coming in and then covered it with the drapes. And finally he went to sleep
 
Emily was once more content in her sleep. Emily stayed asleep for the rest of the night and then once morning came, she had awaken. She stood up and streched and took her tooth brush heading to the bathroom, to take care of her morning routine. She then went down to the kitchen to find something to eat and not seeing anything she had a few dollars and went into town. She stopped at a bakery to get a bag of bagels and some cream cheese. Then went back home, she ate he bagel. She went back to her room and started to unpack a few things.
 
Jacob, slept throught the entire afternoon and didn't make an appearence until after sundown. He looked about the house, his usual ritual he took after waking up. Finally he went to find Emily "How was your morning?"
 
Emily hadn't once seen her brother that day, but she figured he didn't want to break his shucedule, since that was the hours and such of his job. She basically relax after shee unpacked her things. "Oh, My day was fine thanks. Did you sleep well?" she asked, standing up to hug him.

"Yes I slept quite well. I do hope you found something to eat while you were up an moving around. And I also hope you slept well"
He said with a smile returning her hug.
 
"I slept...fine, I had a decent, night. Yes I found something to eat I bought a bag of bagels and some cream cheese, if you want one?" Emily stated still hugging her brother so happy that she could see him again. She always went to him with her problems not really trusting others.
 
He returned her hug and smiled, slipping his arms around the woman for a short while before releasing her. " No, I had something to eat before I went to bed. I really don't eat all that much" He said trying his best to fling together an excuse as to why he didn't need food. He really did hate this, all this lieing, all these excuses. But what could he do? He knew telling her, showing her would lead to her fearing him, maybe even considering him a monster. But he tried to cast those thoughts aside, his sister was the one in need of comforting, and he wouldn't do too great of a job by conflicting with himself.

Pulling away he smiled as a thought entered his head. A strange one that seemed almost not his own."Hey want to go out and do something. I'm sure you don't want to be stuck around here all day" He usually avoided social outings like the plague but for some reason it sounded like a really good idea.
 
As he let go so did she. "Alright then, if that's how you've been, we don't want to throw your body out of wack." She stated knowing people on with certain eating habits if they get too far off of them it could make them sick. "Umm, sure not that I mind being here either I've just gotten here. What would you like to do?" Emily asked curiously, not really knowing what's around. "Also it's now the evening.." She teased him, since he slept during the day.

"Hmmm how about we go to the thetre." He asked once he rubbed at his chin mulling it over. He figured that would be a nice dark place for him to sit and remain hidden from the rest of the world. "There is one like ten blocks from here, shouldn't be too far of a walk at all"
 
"Yeah, okay that's a great idea," She stated with a smile, the theater was great and she hadn't seen a good movie in a long time. "Okay let me go get ready, I'll be down in a little bit. " She stated and went back upstairs. she changed into a simple black wrap around dress, that flowed but also showed her curves, she put on make up and then a pair of flats she had studs in her ears not that you could see them with her curls, and withing ten mintues she was back down. "Ready?"
