"What a prick." Several of the men agreed, while some of the staff fanned themselves exaggerately at the purrs of the black cat. "You think that he is working for the Master?" The hunting hound gave his own two pence while runging out his cloak over a tub, to the displeasure of a beaver who had apparently been wanting it. "Maybe the foreignor is trying to meet other foreignors? Never feel as comfortable amongst good English folks when they can sip cider from fancy shoes of prima donnas with other hottentots." A hedgehog went off to retreieve the tea service, which was examined thoroughly for signs of cologn or smeared lipstick.

With Lillian walking off she heard them gossiping though the one who commented about the foriegners never feeling comfortable about english folk. "Excuse me? Mind explaining that to me since it seems I came across a bit of that conversation." She said as she was trying not to growl at the servants who were listening in. "Has it become popular on listening in on what business I do?" She asked the cornered Servants with her crossing her arms under her breasts. Though she was in a place where she could catch the hedgehog when he tried to avoid her.

Luckily the pantry was off to the side, so it was unlikely the tubes would be discovered unless someone knew what to look for, and even then they were of the sort used in many houses for speaking to servants. The hedgehog moved off to the side as the Lady seemed to be a bit unsettled right about then. Probably in some fit over the... What was it? Mestizo social climber, that person from the bull running who passed by said? "Your trip was well, My Lady?" He asked, figuring that her speaking about the nearly foreign lands of Winchester would take her mind off of her time of the month, disinterested husband, absent family, empty bed, bad hairday, and the wet weather.

Lillian glared at the hedgehog wanting to chew his ass out but waved him off. him trying to get her mind of being unwanted was sweet but it just added salt to the wound. Walking back to the den where she had tea but sat at the window as rain drops hit the window pane. Oh her heart ached to be loved by someone who she can love back. Sighing as she closed her eyes trying to seal those feelings away as she allowed rumors to fly about this Jaguar's visit and what was going to happen.

For the most part the group had little inklings over the Lady's feelings of being unwanted, instead paying attention to for more concerning matters at hand. "Still say he was unlucky." Several people who had crossed the area walked by the black cat stood in a staggered line. Whether or not they could have known what sort of big cat the panther was despite never seeing leopards, pumas, or the like before made little difference. It was black. "Aaaand, hit, hop, skip, clop, switch ears!" The group switched the ears they held their eggs to, then clap on both legs with the free legs. "Lot kayoo, lingeya, hot patata, quo!" Warren walked in around the time they were dropping salt like a slowly turning wheel. "Mirror break?" "Black cat."

"JAGUAR!" Lillian shouted as her hearing at times were sharp and other times she plugged them up. Looking out the window for a moment then moved to the desk looking over paper work. Thanks, for leaving them wounded. She thought for Samson as she looked at the accounts seeing since she kicked her husband out with him having no control over the accounts she could see they were stable. Smiling at the small bit of success but noticed a letter. Opening it up she saw her husband transferred rights to her to control everything. "Warren, I need you to come in here." She said as she looked over the Lawyer's letter and her husband's letter.

"My husband isn't returning here. You know him for not leaving this place to anyone. What do you think could make him do this? Transfer the power of estate to me?" She asked looking to Warren as there was another reason why she asked him there. "I also called you in here for help....Teach me what is making money for this estate. I want to....Make this work. I have to make it work."

"Jaguar?" "Aren't those yellow?" "With tiger stripes?" "No, they have spots and manes." "Aren't those gazella?" "No, you're thinking of the pink puma of Paraguay..." Warren closed the door behind him, leaving the servants to do as they would. He kept to the animal workers himself. The farmhands and servants had their own little cultures distinct from his own. She looked over Tiger Lily, attempting to act like Lady Lillian, but having trouble with it, by the looks of the desk. "Offered a promotion, maybe?" Not leave it to anyone? What reason would there be for him to ever give control of the land away, period? "I do not believe I can really help you with making money. I can get products and do work, but the numbers are not my thing."

OOC: Turning in.

"Great..." She said with her putting the papers down. "I wished Samson was around so I can ask his advice..." She said as she tapped to the papers as he had insight on what made money. "All I was wondering if Samson told you anything that we sell or any services we provide to get money. Any way to keep this place going." She pointed out but she moved the papers with the seals.

"Your master isn't returning but transfer rights to me. I don't know if this is his way on destroying this place."She said as she was worried with her looking up at Warren but got to her feet putting the papers together. Though she slipped them in the desk with her looking down but up at Warren. "Sorry, just overwhelmed with the orders I had put out for this festival.....All been declined and I don't know why so." She said having the separate file for those orders. "I'll be up all night figuring all of this out."

"We sell food." Warren volunteered, feeling that he could offer her that much. "Grains, milk, cheese, livestock, some wool, nuts and berries made into jams if possible, floor before the windmill got damaged..." Services, services... "We would also process the goods from smaller farms that couldn't afford their own equiptment. Also getting some spar cash amongst the workers by them using the cheaper grain for gin, though I'm not sure if they paid for it. The house could also start renting rooms." But for the festival? "Maybe they are sold out from those who ordered ahead." He had no idea what she had been ordering, but figured they would make do with what they usually did. You also said that you just got the letter about full control over the Estate. Maybe others don't know about that yet?"

Upon Warren loosening his lips on information she was gone in a flash wrapping her arms around his massive waist. If someone didn't know who or what their status was it would look like a daughter was hugging her father, by the size ratio. "THANK YOU!" She breathed a sigh of relief as she took a few steps back with a genuine smile on her lips showing he did lift some burden off her shoulders but when he mentioned the letter she grabbed it looking it over.

"My husband says "In confindence he's transferring rights over to his wife, Lady Lillian of Estelle Estate..." Its signed by three different people with the Lawyer having his own letter making it offical." Lillian looked to Warren then realized he never knew of the festival. "The festival I was planning would be a Masked one for us and the surrounding areas when fall gets here. Its roughly eight months away. But do you think we can get the Mill fixed if I got the parts for it?"

Hoping that the Lady didn't smeel the musck from where he had yet to wash from the previous day. "You didn't know we sold food?" He had some genuine confusion over that. What did she think they had been doing over the past year? "A masked festival... Wouldn't the costumes be a bit expensive on our purse strings?" He didn't know much about them, though he did see the prints in the papers about how fancy the costumes were. Considering the different bodysizes of everyone it would likely be even less likely to hide them, even if they could afford it. "We can probably get the mill repaired, so long as we are given the orders."

She did smell the musk but she didn't care. "I asked to over see what we did but...Someone suggested I'd stay out of the way." She told him but she didn't want to say Samson told her he'd prefer if she stayed out of sight of the men on the docks and such.

"Anyways, I'm just doing Masks none of the customs even if its tradition. By everyone's size and scent we can figure out who it is anyways." She pointed out to him. "I wanted this festival to be fun and relaxing and do something, Kenji never did....Socalize with others to get connections going." She said as she walked ot the desk reaching out over it grabbing the list of materials for masks. "While I was in Winchester I got a list of items we need to make the masks. Its cheaper if we make them ourselves so we'd be maing them at our leisure when we have time off." She said as she stood before him looking over the list. "Still thank you for allowing me a chance to prove myself that I CAN run this house with everyone's help. If you excuse me...I need to put a few fires out about the Jaguar that was here." She said as she moved around him with her tail moving up his side but she disappeared grabbing Trisha and Brittany by their ears having them follow close behind her.

The bull watched her leaving, taking two maids to either put out the fires from the rumors or the fires under her dress. He briefly looked over the list of materials that Lily had made, the headed off to see if they already had any of them or if anyone had experience in making them. When he moved by those keeping out of the rain some were talking about the rougher of the animals, and mention how Jaido had been kicked, causing him to limp. Though before the storm. When Warren next saw him he kicked his foot out and gave a neigh and a wink.

Jaido smirked at Warren but his fur was bristled with him poointing out where everything was going and making a list. Though he noticed a few boxes coming in. "Fabric? Beads? Dyed feathers?" He asked as he noticed a paper in Warren's hooves and yanked it otu seeing Lillian ordered these.

"Alright why is it a big deal what I do around here?!" She snapped at the two and Trisha finally admitted it was their way of keeping entertained but since Lillian did the modest things on keeping it behind closed doors like a lady should do. Lillian stood there listening but sighed. "I didn't know." she said as Trisha and Brittany hugged her saying its nothing but harmless fun and they wouldn't do anything to harm her.

"Dyed?" Warren looked over Jaido's shoulder, wondering about some of the stranger items on the list. Seemed a bit odd for anything besides impressing some savages in darkest Africa. "Odd. She said that people were denying her orders." Probably no reason to not mention it. Didn't seem like something top secret, especially as it seems to have been proven wrong. "Not just dyes for the chicken feathers?" Ostrich feathers would definetly be too expensive for their social status. "So, when you're done here would you like to..."

Jaido smirked knowing Lillian but moved his tail up between his legs to Warren's groin. "Perhaps to release some tension after seeing him." He said with him checking off the list. "Perhaps them denying her orders they may have thought she was joking with them. Now we know the reason for her disappeance all this morning and afternoon." He said as he looked to Warren wondering if he knew where he wanted to take off to. "Where to since its storming?" He asked letting others assume Jaido took Samson's place as his wrestling partner.

"Release some tension after seeing who?" Warren asked, unsure if he was refering to the Master or to the Jaguar. He stepped by as the bath waters were splashed poured outside an upper window, splashing down nearby them. "Somewhere dry. The windmill might enough room on the ground, so long as the shepards didn't take it." The sheepdogs would have stayed outside with the flocks either way. "Though we might prefer someplace to get a fire doing to warm us up. Or just find some fur for me to slip into." And slip out of, then back in and out.

"I hear the mill needs some work." He said as he turned to Warren dropping his voice so only he could hear. "We can head to the Mill seeing what "Parts" we need and have a small fire going to dry out anythinig that needs to be dried out. "Also who I was referring to is that over grown Housecat who was with Lillian."

OOC: I may be off for a few hours. Haven't been feeling good so a bath might help.

"A bit." Warren admitted, hoping the tiger was managing to keep the list dry. "I'll get some kindling and matches." Far better than flint, so long as it didn't get wet. Some of the previous matchbozes had the tips melt or wood get soggy, which tended to leave people cold and sick. Probably should get some blankets and spare changes of clothes. Maybe some whiskey to heat things up. "Ahh, him. Bad luck. Even those who don't realise the curses to come from black cats can tell that it is strange amongst the larger ones that should be colorful."

OOC: No problem. Get some rest as well. Probably will do the same.

Jaido laughed as he turned looking at Warren. "No offense....Do you think house cats could get THAT big?" He asked with a smirk and move around as the small rams were patching holes above their heads. "Mind getting things together while I get things settled?"

"You would be surprised at what feral cats loose in the milk storage areas can grow to." Warren watched one of the kidds slip, foot catching in the raingutter before he fell off the edge. "Never saw the cat myself, though. Anyways, you know where the mill is?" Couldn't have him getting lost in this weather. He'd get to muddy to have fun with.

He nodded. "Trust me Jaguar...Puma there is something about him that feels predator not...here to please. You know...HEY!" He snapped with his fangs showing. "Move those brates now before they get to damaged fro this fucking storm!" It seemed the longer he spent among the men his language was changing into a native.

Warren continued to watch the movements as tarps covered some of the barrels that hadn't been fully covered yet. "Blackmail, cuckolding, embezzlement...?" As he rattled off some of the stuff he read in dime novels he helped in moving a plow back under an overhang. "Maybe we should cancle the windmill for now and make sure everything is dealt with?" Would have been fun of course, though if they did go it would seem that they would end up speaking about the black cat, though that would be the same thing anyone back around here would be talking about as well. No doubt they would go on about the possible scandals, how she might get divorced and move to the black cat, how the Master might have set it up...

"If you don't mind. Us...Doesn't seem right." He said as he looked ii Warren but sighed tilting his ears back. "Not what I meant. I noticed women here are wanting male contact but they are't getting that release but every male here holds this 'i don't plan to stay here'." He said as he didn't realize they were being overhead bit off. What brought this on was the look in Brittany's eyes when Warren crush the idea of Jaido fucking her.

He handed the work off to someone else and went by Warren to find any more lists in the studies but found a contract there that Kenji signed long ago nd by his parents and do on and so further. Reading it as he sat down as it was an agreement for Kenji and his wife to concieve an heir within 5 years of their marriage or the estate and money will go back to the Previous family. An ursine. "Ursine....Filth..." He muttered that Liillian will be sent off with nothing as he'd be stuck here with Samson.

Warren was more than a bit confused over the tiger's broken English and if everything came out the right way. "I don't plan to stay here?" He had no idea what that was supposed to mean, besides the possibility of Jaido seeing all the males being upwardly mobile and being jealous at how he himself couldn't try it. Strange. Strange... Well, back to work. "STOP PICKLING IN THE RAIN!"
