The night was young and the world was a changing place. Where once the elves had ruled and helped to guide mankind into an era of peace and progress now stood a changing landscape. There were still conflicts raging in some parts but in the larger cities the battle was over and the victors were clearly defined. One might ask what had changed but the truth was nothing had changed, this conflict and its outcome had simply been a very long time in the making. For while the elves taught men of arts and philosophy and men pushed the boundaries of science and helped to usher in a modern world where the races lived side by side... something else had lurked in the shadows. Watching from the darkness and subtly manipulating events over decades if not centuries. These beings were the Vampires, undead immortals who had in the end orchestrated a quick and brutal coup de'tat. They had either corrupted or placed their followers in key positions and in the end had forced both humans and elves into servitude.
Though the vampires now ruled there were still those who tried to return things to the way they once were. This led to what the vampires believed to be a simple solution... they needed to feed, and their passions were as potent and primal as their hunger... so they returned to the law slavery. Warriors who opposed them, those who sought their favor, or those who caught their eye in some cases would all end up scantily clad and up for sale. So the vampires continued their meteoric rise to power and enjoyed the pleasures they had been denied for so long.
So it was that one of these vampiric elite arrived at the auctions. He was a towering figure standing at seven feet with shoulders that were broad and defined. He was a literal Adonis, rock hard chiseled muscle from head to toe with flowing golden hair and ice blue eyes that seemed to pierce his preys very soul. There was an aura of raw animalistic power about him that seemed to cause even some vampires to back away or avert there gaze. It was clear that this creature was not simply a perfect physical specimen but that there was something intangible that was every bit as powerful as his physical presence. His icy gaze passed the women gathered today for auction but he ignored all but the must curvaceous and lovely of women, and likewise seemed to pass over sales of single slaves. Those running the auction soon realized this powerful vampire did not simply want a woman with sinful curves and lithe figure... he wanted several such women. So they began to scramble to either find their most buxom and beautiful slaves or to purchase such women from their competitors so they could make some sort of offer to the noble who thus far seemed so thoroughly unimpressed.
