Kidnapped for all the wrong reasons

Kale was quick to deliver her punishment, not wanting to get her or himself too worked up for bed. He delivered six rough smacks to her ass, leaving a nice red hand print on each of her cheeks and he said. "Your welcome Bella." He said and moved to her, pulling her gently by her hair up off the bed, letting the gown fall back down and then he moved her and let her slide back into bed and he stroked her hair and kissed her softly and said. "Good night Bella." He then kissed her once more and rolled to his back and closed his eyes quickly falling asleep.

Kale slept soundly the entire night and he woke when the sun hit his face and he opened his eyes, rolling over and seeing her sleeping before he smiled and got out of bed. Deciding to let her sleep a bit longer before having her begin her new routine. She would wake up, exercise to maintain fitness, and then hit the books. She would do that till lunch, and then she would have a quiz as well, then after that she would do her afternoon studies and another quiz before giving her three hours of free time before dinner and then bed. Kale slipped into the shower as he thought about what to quiz her on and he turned the water on. Enjoying it as he cleaned himself and got dressed. When he finished he saw it had been about thirty minutes and Bella was still sleeping and so he walked over to her and bent over her. Kissing her and saying. "Bella, time to wake up."
 
When he delivered the smacks to her ass, Bella screamed after each one. Feeling the stinging after he had finished. When he pulled her up and let the gown fall back down to the bed, she climbed in next to him. When he kissed her, she kissed him back and spoke gently. "Good night..." It wasn't long and she was already falling asleep in the mans arms. As the night passed, she slept like a rock. Barely moving, if she did it was just to readjust herself in the bed.

When she felt the presecene of someone looking over her, she started to wake. But before she could, she felt him kissing her and heard his voice not long after. Groaning, she opened her eyes and rubbed them. Shaking her head, she spoke "No... I don't want to get up...."
 
Kale chuckled lightly as Bella refused to get out of bed and she had forgotten to call him master, so once again she was misbehaving and he said. "Bella, I thought I told you last night, if your going to say no, be extra careful to call me master, that way I know your not misbehaving." He said before he grabbed her by her arm and yanked her out of bed and said. "You know where I want you, bend over the bed and lift the night gown above your ass, perhaps ten smacks will remind you." He said and waited for her to do so. When she did he wasn't merciful. Delivering five hard smacks to each cheek. He hit so hard that a red hand was visible along each cheek and then he stood her back up and kissed her neck and said. "Remember that rule, it will keep your ass from hurting, now, go down to the kitchen and start breakfast." He commanded with a small shove towards the door. He then walked over to the sitting area and sat down, picking up the book that was there and opening to the marked page. Figuring that she would take a bit to get moving and to get coherent enough to cook and remember what the book discussed about.
 
Bella had forgotten all about the rules and the previous night. It wasn't something she was use to and it would take her some time to get use to it. But it wasn't long and she felt him grabbing her by her arm and pulling her up out of the bed. She could feel him pushing her towards the edge, whimpering softly as she pulled the gown up and bent over the bed. It wasn't long and she felt the hard smack of his hand hitting against each ass cheek. Enough force to send her forward and to make her scream at each smack. When he was done, she could feel the stinging against the nightgown. The shove sent her towards the door, trying to comprehend wha all was happening. Rubbing her eyes, she moved through the house and to the kitchen. Twenty minutes later, she was bringing pancakes, eggs and sausage back up to his room.
 
Kale remained seated when he heard her walking upstairs and he said nothing as she entered the room. He waited for her to kneel and present the meal. When she did he smiled at her and said. "I'm glad you remembered that part, my hand is beginning to sting from having to spank you." He teased as he took the food and set it on the table. He hoped she remained kneeling as that was where she belonged. Kale began to eat his breakfast and said nothing as he ate. Leaving her in suspense as to whether he enjoyed it or not. He finished and then gave her a soft smile and said. "It was fine, now go change into something a bit more comfortable, though remember that you are to be in skirts and tank tops." He said simply and then added. "When your dressed, go down to the library and return to your studies." He said as he stood and left the room, leaving the dishes where they were.
 
Bella remained kneeling at her masters feet, where she belonged. When he started to eat, she could feel her stomach growling louder and louder. Shaking her head, she tried to push it aside. Knowing she would have to get use to not eating until she was told to. When he finished, Bella nodded and stood. "Yes master." Now that she was fully awake, she was starting to remember everything. Moving into the familiar room, she pulled out a skirt and tanktop an pulled it on. After that, she picked the dishes up and placed them in the kitchen sink. Next, she moved into the library and started to read the book. Starting from where she had left off the previous day.
 
Kale smiled as he heard her enter the library and he knew she would be studying. He was trying to remember what she would be learning today in the book and he smiled as he knew that she would be still on behavioral patterns and then it would cover a large portion of specialty positions as well as certain things to do to your own body to make it more enjoyable for the dominant. Kale smiled as he finished the paper and went to his office. Beginning to work on the papers and budget for his project. When his watch beeped he saw what time it was and knew that it was lunch time, so he would go and grab Bella from the library.

Kale strolled down and opened the library door as he saw she was reading intently and that pleased him. He walked over to her and said. "Bella, it's lunch time, time to take a break." He said simply and sat down across from her and looked over her. Wondering how much she remembered today. "Bella, tell me what you read this morning." He said simply as he looked over her.
