Mages and Meta Humans: The Sexual Revolution Profiles!

3. When creating Mages- Since were working with magic users. I would like you state how your magic works. Please describe your type of magic: It's rules and limitations. Try going into as much detail as possible.

4. For meta humans- Meta humans are your basic x-men type characters. Examples Include: Psychic or telekinetic. Sonic Screamer or shape shifter. However, here is the thing: You can only have two abilities. How these work is up to you.

5.Anthros, elfs, or other kinds of race can be your mage or meta human in appearance. They can even have their habits and standard attributes. Be sure to justify it within this setting though.

Name: William Xanatos
Age: 500 (looks in his twenties.)
Abilities: Immortality, Psychic
Description: A dark and short haired man with sharp grey eyes like a hawk who equally wears a suit. He has an average height but the well toned body of a soldier. Works out regularly. Is very athletic.
Background: He was an enforcer and soldier for the upper command of the New world fleet. After two hundred years of serving the Eden nation Military and government, He has decided to retire and truly enjoy the fruits of his hard earned labor. Casting away the cold and merciless facade he wore as a soldier and instead he becomes a laid back and relaxed and quite often charming Meta Human; William or Will as he is most often called now finds himself enjoying his veterans pay, and traveling around the cities that Eden has built. For the first time in his life he is an a society that he isn't persecuted in nor is he hunted by other The mages. To celebrate this new found joy, Will travels to the fabled capital of Eden Alexandria, and stops at the Red light district during the height of Sexual Revolution. What adventures he may find there no one may know!

Name: William Vargaren

Age: 28

Magic: Glyph magic in the form of inscribed tattoos, of which he has seven:
1. Back of the left hand: Glyph of dexterity
2. Back of right hand: Glyph of dexterity
3, 4. Right and left forearm: Glyphs of strength
5, 6. Left and Right legs: Glyphs of speed
7. Back: Glyph of enhanced reflexes.

Description: William is around 5'11 in height with dark black hair that is cut finger length short. Black facial hair in the form of a thin beard. He has deep green eyes and very pale white skin. His glyph tattoos are very obvious, and detailed with black and light green ink.

Background: Trained in the art of glyph inscrption William Varen was born into a very small collective of mages that found work as tattoo artists by day and a group of hardened and "warrior glyph mages" by night. When the escape happened his family also found their way to sanctum where they retained their status and skills with working tattoos, and weaving magical glyphs. William took up the mantle of his family business and runs the tattoo parlor to the best of his abilities.

How the Glyph works:
The essential working is that each individual glyph is an inscribed symbol that once completed raw magical power is imbued within the actual tattoo. Essentially each symbol is in effect a conduit for pure magical energy.

However each glyph can only tap into the natural energy of the tattoo bearer in the form of enhancing the natural aptitude of the individual that has the glyphs upon their body.

A single individual can only have a limited number of glyphs upon their body. The more that they have the less that persons natural magical energy bleeds out of their body because of the overflow of glyphs. As a result only about eight individual glyphs can be applied without this bleed effect: One on the forehead, two on the back of each hand, one in each of the forearms, one in each leg, and and one either attached to the stomach or back.

Each glyph can only enhance the natural abilities of the bearer, and as such only cover the purview of: Agility, Strength, Reflexes, Speed, and natural senses.

Once a glyph is attached to the body it has to be ritualistically removed from the body so as a result these glyphs are for the most part permanent, or at least forethought needs to be taken into consideration when they are selected.

Name: Riley Venatras
Age: 488 (Looks in her late teens, early twenties.)
Magic or abilities: Riley's a meta human with the power of shape-shifting and what she calls light-work. Light-work deals with anything related to light, or heat, such as fire since it is as well a form of light. She can ignite herself and other non-meta human or Mages ablaze, though it doesn't burn her. She can, though, ignite meta-human or Mages ablaze, though it takes an extreme amount of physical and mental strength, so she doesn't resort to it. She is still learning the nooks and crannies of her light work ability. Her shape-shifting ability allows her to transform into an object - living or not, though she prefers living things.
Description: She has waist length goldenish - blonde hair with bright jade eyes. She is dress, and her hair is never put up, sweeping across her right eye. She has an hour-glass figure and her dresses tend to point that out.
Background: Riley was three months pregnant and engaged at the time of the New World Fleet. During one of the alien attacks her part of the fleet was attacked, not ruined, but attacked, and it had killed her fiance slowly, as well as her. She had not been in a devastating condition, and she was revived, but it had killed her child. She has mourned and gotten on with her life, but it's a tender subject for her. Her fiance was a high ranking officer in the fleet, and was almost always seen at his side.
