Cursed with Prophecy

Chandra nodded, rubbing her head. “yes, he is very heavy.” she agreed smiling at her. “you don't have an itty bitty head love, it's just too full of computers to let anything else in.” she teased smiling a little. “besides I think he knows that.” she admitted rubbing her head. “i just hope he leaves me alone for a little while, I don't think I can handle another visit too soon.” she admitted, letting Tank help her out of the room and back into the kitchen where she looked amused at Emilee's eating habits, shaking her head. “no she won't choke, but if she keeps eating like that she's going to get sick.” she warned the woman taking the bread away from Emilee and ordered two fruit smoothies from the chefs who where watching them.

One smoothie went to Emilee and Chandra enjoyed the second, the banana strawberry so sweet on Chandra's tongue and she reveled in the taste, letting it perk her up happily. “your not intruding Ashalah.” she stated simply. “we enjoy your company, your refreshing.” she admitted smiling at the woman, enjoying her smoothie while she explained what was going on. “calm down Ashalah, I don't think he means to kill you.” she promised patting the woman's shoulder. “i won't let him.” she promised gently kissing the woman's cheek, smiling a little as she looked around at all of the family, biting her lip a little as the poor alien protested her fathers abusive nature, his uncaring attitude, his willingness to do anything. For all Chandra knew this was all set up, so that he could declare war on earth. That was probably her paranoia talking but if Ashalah where to die here, Divinity could very easily claim that the SDTF had done it and send people to wipe the earth clean, it was a reality that had happened between countries far too many times.

She listened as everyone voiced their opinions and she stared at Emilee, startled. She had never expected the woman to suggest killing someone without ever even giving them a chance, and she closed her eyes, opening her heart to Emilee, sharing her calm, and caring with the woman, letting Emilee draw strength from Chandra. “we do not simply blow him up, for two, very important reasons. The first is that we don't know that our weapons can even hurt him, human or immortal we have no idea if we can actually kill him.” she admitted before sighing. “but the second, and most important reason, is because none of this is his fault.” she admitted. “he's not bad, he's not hurting anyone, he's just angry, upset, and lost. He see's the last few minutes of his entire races existence, he see's the slaughter of his his people, in his mind, in his dreams every time he closes his eyes. He has no family, no life, and he was kept away from everything and everyone because some blue bastard decided he was too dangerous to let his people live.” she explained gently.

“Emilee, how would you feel if someone where to take all of us away from you? For no reason other than the fact that you where born and someone wanted to use you?” she asked her head titled. “how would you feel if someone wiped out all of earth, just so they could control you?” she asked softly, looking around the entire room. “and then where locked away, given no name, and no reason as to why you live the way you live... how would you feel?.... the fact that he hasn't slaughtered all of the Anurian's speaks for his self control... I'm not so sure he really wants to murder them all... we need to find out what he's planning, and then decide what we want to do... I don't want to have to kill him, not when he has every right to be as pissed off as he is, but unfortunately I can't let him kill millions of innocents just because he thinks it will make him feel better. I will do what is necessary, but I want to give him a chance.” she admitted calmly. “we'll meet him, we will all remain calm, and don't forget even if he does rip me in half it won't kill me.” she promised smirking a little. “it'll hurt like hell, but I won't die just from being ripped in half.”

Emilia nodded slowly a few times at Chandra's admission of Armand's heaviness. His mere presence was a test of strength. Testing anyone he tread inside's strength and mental durability. It had teared at her, just visiting another, who was being invaded by Armand. Emilia then smiled lightly at Chandra's words, clearly already cheering up a bit as she giggled. She agreed with a slow nod, before looking up to Chandra as she stood up. "I.. Only think he pops up.. When he has something important to tell? I.. At least hope so. I don't like seeing you.. Weakened." Emilia said with a somewhat frowning voice. Slither giggled lightly, and bumped gently into Emilia. "Aaw, but why not? It's quite refreshing, ain't it?" She said with a teasing grin, before they rose, Emilia giggling again.

Emilia protested as Chandra took away her bread, pouting lightly. "No fair..." She mumbled, getting a smoothie. She grunted and pulled the smoothie close, drinking from it with a sigh. Ashalah smiled as she was comforted once again, looking a bit down as her tentacles started writhing among each other. She looked into the air, as Chandra tried to calm her, and tell her that he probably didn't want to kill her. She still felt unease creeping up her spine, whenever she pictured the Arkthorian in front of her. Yet she smiled again as Chandra kissed her cheek, tilting her head a bit towards Chandra as she closed her eyes with a happy smile. She had never really felt this welcome anywhere, not even on her own planet. She'd always be seen as 'A Cursed One'. Never as the person she was. But here, they cared for her.

Emilia sighed softly, as she felt Chandra's warmth fill her up, closing her eyes with a weak smile. Her mind had darkened ever since she had seen Armand's grin, and couldn't shake the feeling of losing everything she had. Without Chandra, Slither and Tank there was no one. No one who cared for her. Most thought her either a freak, or saw her as a child, nor mater what she did. She didn't mind when it was meant with a warm heart, and not as an insult. She was in many ways a child, but she didn't always like being called it. Yet she opened her eyes again, as Chandra started explaining her reasons. She nodded slowly with each answer, seeing the wisdom in Chandra's words as always. She still felt there was sense in her words. But only because she was so desperately afraid of losing the others. Ashalah frowned lightly at the words coming, looking a bit down as her tentacles went limb, again feeling a stroke of guilt.

With every passing word of Chandra's explanation, Emilia's eyes slowly drafted downwards, a frown slowly growing on her expression. Emilia had a childs imagination, and when Chandra sat up a scenario, she watched in happen in that innocent imagination. She slowly started shaking her head, as she pulled her legs up to her arms, shifting on the bench so her heals could be placed on the edge of the bench. "Don't say that.." She at first whispered, still shaking her head. "Don't say that... Don't say that!" She ended up shouting, after having whispered the first few repeats, slamming both her hands on the table, so the smoothie in front of her tilted, spilling out on it. She still didn't look up, just staring down on her feet. Slither frowned lightly, before looking to Chandra. "Chandra.. She got it." She whispered softly, her tail waving a bit behind her. Emilia then finally looked up to Chandra, as bloodied tears graced the edge of her eyelids. "That's exactly what i fear HE will do! F.. For all we know, he could snap his fingers, and every last one of you blew to tiny pieces! You can't regenerate that! None of us can! Why is it wrong of me to just have the slightest urge, to eliminate a threat!" She complained with a higher voice then before, before spinning around on her spot, and hiding her face against her knees, with her arms around her legs, as she rocked back and forth. Ashalah still frowned, and so did Slither. "She fears for us.. She fears for you.. We all do. Her suggestion had sense in it. It was a fair suggestion, even with it's ruthlessness.. As much as it would hurt us all, to lose each other.. She has absolutely nothing.. Besides us. We are all she has." Slither said with a silent voice, as she gently stroked Emilia's hair with a frown. "I like the itty bit I have.. I.. Don't want to lose it.." Emilia silently whispered from behind her knees. "But.. I understand. He doesn't deserve it.. Just.. Don't let him take you all away.." Emilia finished, still frowning against her knees. Ashalah looked up to Chandra, nodding a few times. "It was a just suggestion. Out of fear. One.. Anyone could make, faced with a foe like Armand. Anyone without as stout a courage as some." She said silently, looking down again. "But.. I agree.. We can't destroy him.. He deserves more. No mater how dangerous he might be. I just.. Hope he won't damage, what you have.. The love and care you hold for one another. It means more then anything." She said, still looking down to the table, as Slither shifted a bit on her spot, reaching for something to drie away the spilled drink from the table.

Chandra nodded a little. “i hope so, important or not it's a bit traumatic to have my mind invaded.” she admitted calmly shaking her head as she enjoyed her drink, abandoning It when she started to explain, shaking her head when Emilee started to freak out, as if waking from a dream, The Arkthroian presence in her mind making her colder than normal, and when Emilee drove her fists into the table and yelled it seamed to wake her up from sleepwalking. She blinked and then dove herself to her feet, pulling the young woman into her arms. “shh Em's.. I'm sorry, shh.” she whispered softly. “shh...” opening herself up again and offering her all the calm and comfort Emilee needed.

“i'm sorry little one, there is nothing wrong with wanting to protect me and your family.” she promised softly, stroking her hair. “but we have to remember his pain as well.. I didn't mean to frighten you.” she promised, gently wiping the poor girls tears away. “i'm sorry darling...” she muttered softly rocking her and looking up at Slither. “we're all each other has.” she agreed. “i don't know what I would do if I lost any of you, and I regret ever getting involved in this... I regret asking you to help me, you willing to or not I wish I could have ordered you all away.” she admitted. “i am afraid of what is going to happen, I am scared, so scared to know what he might be planning...” she sighed, holding Emilee close still. “but I am sure, if he wanted to kill us, we'd all be dead... all he'd have to do is break into our minds.” she admitted. “the fact that he hasn't says something... he doesn't want to hurt us, I'm sure of it...” she admitted.

“we won't let him take away anything we have, we won't let him.” she promised, hoping she could keep that promise as she gently stood, leaving Emilee to Slither's care, still open to the childlike Ancient, giving the woman calm and happy feelings, biting her lip as she stared at Ashalah. “i am afraid as well.” she admitted, Tank still sitting in his chair, he hadn't moved since he had sat down, his large eyes filled with fear. “i am terrified, but I am going to do everything in my power to protect this family. Ashalah, Tank, Slither, Emilee... you are the only things in this life I would be willing to give up everything for, I won't let an alien, any alien hurt you, not Armand, not Divinity, sure as hell not some pompous galactic empire.” she promised offering them smiles. “and I won't let them take me away from you either, never ever.” she promised. “now... why don't we eat, and get ready?” “...we Take scary man food?” Tank offered suddenly, biting his lip, wanting to be helpful, Chandra nodding. “yes, I'm sure he's hungry...” Chandra agreed. “we'll.. take him food...”

Slither smiled lightly as Chandra woke, knowing very well that Chandra still wouldn't want to hurt anyone on purpose. Then again, there was no way to tell, just how scared Emilia was, until now. But she was scared out of her mind. Almost unable to focus on anything, even when she drank so sweetly from Chandra's warmth. She was beginning to realize, it was dangerous for her to even go out there. But she knew he wanted her out there, so she had no choice. Emilia wasn't angry at Chandra, not the slightest, and as she was offered comfort, she whimpered and wrapped her arms around Chandra in an instant. "I.. I'm.. I'm sorry too.." She whispered as she stroked the side of her head against Chandra's chest.

She listened intently to Chandra's words, and nodded at their wisdom. "I.. I know.. I'm.. Sorry.." She repeated, whimpering a bit again. She then slowly looked up to Chandra, shaking her head a bit. "I.. I don't.. I don't think I should bring my rifle.. O.. Or any boomstick.. I.. I'm too afraid of him.." She whispered, so only Chandra could hear it, a slight bi embarrassed about it herself. But it was clear in her mind and heart, that she meant it. She was too afraid that she was too unstable. That she'd end up just shooting at Armand, should he make the slightest twitch. Slither smiled at her words, nodding a few times. She looked to Ashalah, as Chandra mentioned regretting getting involved, and Ashalah lowered her head a bit with a sad expression. Slither reached a hand out to Chandra, placing it on her's, smiling. "But we're in it.. Together." She said, looking up to Chandra. "We would've found out what you where doing, if you had ordered us away.. You wouldn't've had a chance to keep us away from you." She said, smiling with a soft grin, as Ashalah rose her head with a soft chuckle, looking up to Chandra. "I.. Think your right.. He is powerful enough to've destroyed this entire base by now. And.. He would not've contacted you like he did, if he didn't want a message out." Ashalah said with a soft smile.

As Chandra rose, Emilia nodded, looking up to her, as she lent against Slither, no longer crying. She stopped feeding off Chandra's warmth, knowing that could get taxing as well, smiling lightly to Chandra. 'Thanks' she whispered in Chandra's mind. Ashalah nodded a few times, knowing that they all where. This was far beyond anyone, and it would not've been fair, to put anyone in this situation. "I.. Know this.. Might sound.. Both wrong and emotionless, but.. I think it's good. This ended with you. Anyone else would not have been able to handle this. But.. Your all strong individuals, as long as your together. The only weakness, being each other.. I.. Admire that. And.. I'm sure, not even one as powerful as Armand. Will be able to take that away from you." Ashalah said, smiling lightly, hoping they wouldn't misunderstand. Emilia smiled lightly, cuddling against Slither, who also smiled, shedding a tear. Not a tear of sorrow, nor fear. A tear of happiness for what she had. Ashalah looked to Tank as he spoke, smiling with a soft giggle, nodding a few times to agree with both him and Chandra. Slither grinned a bit, before she chuckled lightly. "You should probably get some food yourself, pretty boy.. Even you need nourishment once in a while" She said, smiling as she rocked from side to side with Emilia in her arms. Emilia as well giggled, looking up to Tank with happy thankful eyes, before letting the same glance of joy fly from each part of her family. "Iii'll have the usual.. A large piece of meat." She said, grinning towards Tank. "Someone has to hold this girl up right.. And I think she had quite enough." She said, clapping Emilia's belly a few times, making the girl gasp lightly. "Are you suggesting something?" She asked, looking up to Slither, who grinned. "Oorh.." She protested, before starting to gnaw on Slithers wrist, not pulling out her fangs, to not hurt Slither, not really knowing Slither enjoyed it. Slither giggled, playfully trying to push off Emilia. Ashalah looked to Tank, and if he was about to consider getting them food, she placed a hand on his. "No.. Let me?" She said, smiling lightly. "I just.. Need to know what you all want." She said, before raising, not really allowing Tank to contradict her, wanting to do something for them all in return for what they did for her. If they all mentioned what they wanted, she walked to the kantina, to get what they wanted, doing her best to remember each thing.

Chandra smiled a little. “alright, you won't carry a gun.” she promised. “and you'll stand behind me.” she promised stroking the girls hair as she listened to Slither, grinning a little.”yeah your right, your all too nosy for your own good.” she growled playfully, chuckling a little as she smiled at Ashalah, thanking her for reassuring the family that Armand really wasn't going to kill them, she hoped so anyway. She sighed as she stood up and ran a hand through her hair and did something she knew bothered every one of her children, she twisted to the left, and then to the right, cracking all up her back with sick cracking noises and sighed happily before cracking her neck, just to be an ass, Tank grimacing as he shuddered hard. “Tank wishes you would NOT do that!” he whined, laying his head on the table and sulking as Chandra laughed a little.

Chandra smiled when Ashalah spoke and shook her head. “that wasn't wrong or emotionless at all Ashalah.” she stated softly. “that was the most heartfelt and perfect thing I have ever heard anyone say... and it's true.. as long as we five have each other, no one can defeat us.” she promised, adopting Ashalah as well in that one breath Tank beaming happily, his stomach growling when Slither commented that he should eat too. “Want rump roast.” he ordered pouting a little. “and salad.” Charisma chuckled as she looked at Ashalah. “are you sure you want to?” she asked before smiling. “alright get Tank a rump roast, raw, and a pound salad, just tell them it's for Tank they'll know what to do with it.” she promised Tank licking his lips. When they gave the food to Ashalah they gave her a five pound slab of roast, raw and dripping and a salad in an ice cream bucket.

He ran his tongue along the side of her face when she brought him the food and started in on the salad first, using a fork but having very few table manners beyond that as he chewed and smacked and slurped Chandra chuckling as she accepted her coffee from the alien, muttering a thanks as she started to down the caffeine riddled drink. The kitchen knowing exactly what to giver her when Ashalah said she needed a coffee for Chandra. Four shots of espresso and heavy whip. “we'll get food for Armand as soon as we're done eating ourselves.”she promised grinning a little at Tank, who was so worried that Armand might be hungry and that's why he was so grouchy. Only Tank would think all problems could be solved with food. As soon as they where done eating Chandra stood. “Tank, go and get food for Armand.” she ordered calmly. “you will not be getting a gun.” she promised him, the man nodding. He never got a gun, he always ended up shooting himself somehow. “Slither, Ashalah, come with me, we'll get our weapons... Emilee would you help Tank? He's bound to get lost again.” Chandra admitted winking at her before leading the way down into the armory, handing two laser pistols to Ashalah. “be careful where you aim those... have you ever handled a gun before?” she asked lifting an eyebrow at the alien woman.

Emilia smiled up to Chandra, nodding a few times. She really didn't want to bring her rifle, even though it made her feel safe. She was a Master with scoped rifles, but she rarely used them, liking it better in the computer room. Both Emilia and Slither giggled at her words, Slither winking slightly. "You might be our Captain, but you know very well that you could never have the heart to chain us, to keep us back. Although.. Some of us, would often love that..." Slither said, nodding her head a bit from side to side, as she looked away with an innocent expression. Ashalah giggled lightly, until she looked up to Chandra with a somewhat worried expression, as the cracking noises broke from her. Slither lowered her head, and pinched her eyes, shivering with the final crack from Chandra. Emilia squealed at the first crack, putting her hands before her ears, reaching out a foot to gently push Chandra's stomach. "Dooon't do thaat...." She complained as well. Ashalah tilted her head lightly, realizing it hadn't hurt Chandra. "That.. Can't be good for you, in the long run..." Ashalah suggested, with a soft giggle, seemingly not annoyed by it, merely as always worried about Chandra.

Ashalah smiled at Chandra's praise, lowering her head a bit as her tentacle's writhed among themselves. This time, Slither was incapable of keeping it to herself. "When you do that..? That means, your shy, doesn't it?" She asked, grinning lightly at Ashalah. Ashalah looked up with slightly widened eyes, before biting her lips and looking a bit down again with a few nods. "Awhorh.. That's so cute..." Slither said with a teasing voice, gently ruffling the tentacled hair of Ashalah, making her giggle lightly as well. She then looked up to Chandra again, and nodded a single time. "That's.. How I see it, too." She agreed. She then turned her attention towards Tank, smiling with a nod, as she rose to her feet. She nodded to Chandra, stepping over the bench she sat on, nodding at each of their orders, heading towards the kantina.

She came back with her tentacles writhing among each other wildly, clearing her throat a bit. "Their.. Certainly.. Generous. At the reception..." She mumbled with a soft giggle, before placing the plates on the table. She giggled as Tank licked her, a few tentacles managing to touch his tongue before it stopped licking, and as they mingled with the rest of her tentacles again, she shivered lightly. It was clear she felt what her hair did as well, not like humans, who only had senses at the root of their hair. She cleared her throat a bit, before pushing the Roast to Tank, and then the large steak to Slither, before offering Chandra her Coffee. Ashalah herself, had ordered something random from the menu, not really knowing what anything was, and she now observed her Lasanga with a tilted head. Slither's nails grew in length and strength, and she used them to eat her food, so she couldn't really use her for silent advice, so observed Tank for a short time, before taking her falk, and eating nearly as primitively as Tank.

Ashalah nodded a few times at the order of where she was going, raising from her bench, and Slither spun around on her chair, cleaning her claw of the last piece of meat. "Aye, aye, love." She agreed, heading off to the armory, without even waiting for Ashalah and Chandra. Emilia nodded to Chandra, before almost hopping over to Tank, wrapping her arms around one of his big hands. "Come, come!" She said happily, finding her cheerful spirit again. As the two reached the kitchens supply room, she tilted her head and looked around. "What do you imagine big Spacy want's to eat?" She asked, now letting go of Tanks hand, as she hopped around.
Ashalah looked around on the weaponry, and then down on her guns as she was given them. She made a crooked smile, before tilting her head and then slowly shaking it a few times, before offering them back. "I'd.. Be afraid to end up shooting one of us... As a Seer, I have other ways of defending myself, I think I'll stick to that.." She said, giggling a bit. "But. Thanks." Slither looked up to her and grinned, as she applied a tight black suit, that now covered her usually half naked body. "Where's the fun in that?" She said with a giggling grin, as she got a belt, containing through pistols, looking a bit different then all the other weapons, having decorated them herself. She didn't really need weapons either, she merely enjoyed having them handy. She specialized in close combat, being far more agile then accurate.

Chandra snorted a little. “i have the heart to do whatever I want.” she complained, even though they all knew it was true. “tell you what, how about I put a nice pretty chastity belt on you?” she teased pinching Slithers ass playfully. 'THAT would teach you a lesson.” she teased chuckling a little as they all freaked out about her back cracking habit. “oh it's not even that bad!” she complained playfully before grinning at Ashalah. “it's not bad for me.” she promised. “all it is is releasing air from my joints.” she admitted with a shrug. “feels pretty good actually. She admitted with a small snicker looking surprised as she realized... yes, Ashalah's hair really was expressing her emotions. “wow, expressive through hair, amazing.” she chirped looking impressed. “do the Arkthorian's do this as well?” she asked curiously, her head tilted, wanting very much to know more about the creature she was supposed to be hunting. Between her and Armand though, she had no real inclination to capture him, or kill him in any way, which was probably one of the reasons why he trusted her.

Chandra had to laugh a little at the alien's embarrassment. “did the cooks flirt with you?” she asked looking amused. “don't mind them, their Nymphs, they can't help themselves, they have sex with everything they can talk into bedding them.” she admitted smiling a little as she enjoyed her coffee and sighed at Tank's terrible manners before grimacing as Ashalah mimicked him. “no no darling, don't mimic tank, he has terrible table manners, here like this.” she carefully showed Ashalah the proper way to eat, for example cutting up your food and chewing before swallowing, Tank employing neither. “there you go.” she chirped happily as Ashalah started eating like a decent human being. “Tank for the love of all unholy CHEW.” she complained. “if you barf on my rug again so help me.” “i wont!” Tank whined, pouting at her before resuming his meal, Chandra rolling her eyes. “i don't even know why I bother some days.” she admitted simply.

As they split up Chandra led Ashalah tot he weapons room and handed her a suit similar to Slithers. “this is a Poly-suit, it's bullet proof, and if Armand decides to hit you it will take some of the blow.” she explained. “please put it on.” she ordered before getting undressed, revealing all of her gorgeously perfect body, the smooth pale flesh littered with various scars from her many missions, most of them where small, but to be able to scar a pure blooded vampire was an amazing feat, Chandra wore the marks with pride, knowing she had tackled some of the hardest opponents anyone could ever think of. She stepped into her own poly-suit, the material clinging to her skin once she pulled it on, it was a latex, or spandex outfit, showing off every muscle and curve of their bodies until it was covered with clothes once more. “Slither, take a sword with you.” she had trained slither in the art of swordplay herself and wanted Slither to carry a blade in case things got rough, Chandra had no doubts lopping off Armand's head would at least slow him down.

Tank was upstairs making pondering noises as he examined all the stuff before he shrugged, pulled together a salad, stuck a bag of carrots, two large chunks of meat, apples and oranges, a couple of peppers and an enormous tub of jello into what looked like a clothes basket before lifting it and trotting out to meet the others in the armory, Amelia getting tossed her own Poly suit. Tank was too big to fit into one and if they made one to his size it would fail so he had to go without, not that he cared, he wouldn't be able to shift properly with a Poly-suit on. “brought food for Spacey Man.” Tank stated holding it out for inspection, Chandra chuckling as she strapped a sword and two guns to her belt. “very good Tank,” she stated calmly. “i think that should be plenty enough to make Armand not so hungry.” if he even was hungry. “alright, let's head out, Em's you have his last known location?” she asked the woman before taking a deep breath. “then lets go.” she ordered, heading up tot eh surface and pausing at the tents to give everyone a chance to get ready.

Slither and Emilia both giggled, shaking their heads a few times, both knowing that wasn't true, Ashalah smiling happily as she watched. Slither rose a brow slightly, before squealing lightly as her ass was pinched, before grinning widely. "You'd have to fight me, to get that on... Never, going to happend..." She said, shaking her head a few times. "And it wouldn't work.. She'd find a way to open it, sooner or later.. She'd be desperate for that at the end..." Emilia said, grinning lightly with a giggle. Slither padded the back of Emilia with a gasp. "Not true... I could live without.. Fun.." Emilia looked up, still smiling widely. Slither rolled her eyes, and put a hand up to block her from staring. "Or perhaps not..." She admitted, causing both Emilia and Ashalah to giggle. Ashalah pouted lightly, still looking somewhat doubting. "Still think it would have some bad.. Side effect.. Other. Then causing one of those two to bite you, one day." She said with a giggle, nodding towards Slither and Emilia, who both giggled as well. She looked down with a somewhat shy expression, giggling a bit, as Chandra eyed her hair, still writhing. She then looked thoughtfully up to Chandra at her question. "Hm.. The normal Arkthorian, does. But I've never seen Armand's do. B.. But.. That. Could also be because of his sorrow. Sorrow causes the strings to go limb. Like this." She said, her hair almost clenching to her head, and all the way down to the longest tentacles, reaching the mid of her back. "So.. I don't really know if Armand does.

Ashalah had slowly nodded with a soft chuckle, at Chandra's question about the cooks. "They.. Liked my strings as well." She said, as her tentacles writhed among each other, clearly talking about the hair. She looked up to Chandra as she offered to show Ashalah how to eat, giving over her fork to Chandra, watching curiously. Slither and Emilia observed with gentle smiles, finding it quite amusing to watch Chandra teach the Alien how the 'usual' person ate. Since everyone around this table, with the exception of Chandra, would never eat like the 'norm'. Ashalah nodded, as she understood, taking back her fork and knife, easily taking up eating like a normal person, already almost seeming elegant the way she ate. Slither rose a brow lightly, as she stabbed a cut off piece of meat with one of her long claws, leading it to her lips. "You don't have to be elegant at everything you do, love.." She said, grinning widely. Ashalah looked up, and giggled softly, as her tentacles started writhing among each other again. They all giggled at Tank and Chandra's disagreements, Ashalah looking to Tank with a gentle smile.

Ashalah examined the suit, tilting her head lightly as she accepted it. She nodded and looked up to Chandra, hoping she realized that was not how Armand would try to kill any of them, should he actually want to. Slither looked over to Ashalah as she had been given the suit, grinning lightly. "And another function... You'll look sexy in it.." She said, winking as Ashalah giggled a bit, her tentacles starting to writhe among each other once more. "Better without though.. Just like Chandy.." She said, the tip of her tail gently whipping the bare skin of Chandra's ass once she was undressed. Ashalah's yellow eyes couldn't help themselves from taking in a glance of Chandra's naked body, gulping as she fought to look away, the tentacles on her head having started to reach out towards Chandra. Ashalah swiftly stroked a hand through the strings, to make lay down her back again, as she cleared her throat, hoping no one had noticed. She stripped down as well, putting on the suit with some trouble, never really having worn anything this tight. Slither noticed her troubles, grinning widely. "Wan't some help?" She asked, her tongue hissing happily past her lips. Ashalah looked up, smiling lightly as she shook her head.

Emilia kept hopping around as she watched Tank pack his basket, before following him happily, also pointing the way if he was about to go the wrong way sometimes. As Emilia came into the room, she gasped as the suit bumped into her head, giggling lightly as she put it away, stripping down as well, her pure young body, unstained by any scars, or visible combat experience. She put on the suit, wiggling her arms a bit as she groaned. "I never liked these thingies..." She complained. Ashalah looked down herself, stretching her shoulders a bit in the suit, before smiling lightly. "I quite like it." She admitted, before looking up to Chanda. Slither rolled her eyes as she was asked to bring a sword, picking down her sword from her top shelf. "I'm really still more comfortable with my claws..." She complained, but didn't disobey, throwing the sword's strap around her, so the sword hang on her back.
Emilia looked up and nodded, taking out a small handheld computer device, pressing a few buttons, so a big fish pointed in the direction of the door out of the armory. She spun around on her heals, not removing her eyes from the fish-arrow, and pointed towards the door. "Thata way!" She said. Everyone was as prepared as they'd get, unease still tingling in their hearts. Emilia had not suppressed hers, through her trust to Chandra.

(I'm gonna go ahead and display the scene they meet, once they reach his position in the forest :) You can decide if you wish to rp the small way on foot as well, but not much would be said by the others, really. All kinda scared.. Heh.)

In a small clearing of trees, on a moss covered spot, stood a black furred creature, crouched down almost menacingly uncomfortable, holding something in it's right hand. They would not be able to hear the creature from where they where, but it was clear on his lips, that he was muttering words, as his left hand stroked the object in his hand.

Chandra actually yipped a little when Slither smacked her ass and she paused, butt ass naked to scold the little Dragon, shaking her finger at the woman as she growled threats and promised her she'd be on tent duty for YEARS, which wouldn't happen because it was clear Chandra had just been embarrassed. The woman was blushing bright red, she wasn't used to being 'accosted' as far as anyone knew Chandra had never taken a lover, or if she had it wasn't anyone they knew. She appeared to be completely celibate, and while she enjoyed the playful acts sometimes she got flustered and hid it with anger like she was doing now. Slither knew better than to take Chandra seriously when she went all red faced like that.

Chandra zipped up, still blushing hard, completely unaware of Ashalah's lusting as she strapped on her weapons, watching Tank almost walk right past the door only to be redirected by Emilee. He had tried to go the wrong way three times, but Emilee easily redirected him into the right hallway. Chandra smiled at Slither, embarrassment forgotten. “i know you prefer your claws, but if he attacks I don't think your going to want to get close enough to touch him.” she pointed out patting Slithers head before she helped Emilee into her outfit, smiling at the woman. “alright Tank, you ready? You want to transform now or when we're outside?” “outside.” Take grunted, smiling a little as they headed out.

As soon as Tank was outside he paused to shift, growling as he changed, painful but not hurting too much as he picked up the basket and followed the others out into the woods. Chandra could feel the terror and calmly opened herself up, offering calming emotions to Slither Emilee and Ashalah, tank was a little too... er.. special to really be afraid of anything, he was more worried that Armand wouldn't like his food. She nearly laughed as she saw his mental thoughts, but the others would have given her funny looks and she didn't feel like explaining... in fact she felt like barfing. She paused when she saw him, her breath catching in her throat as she licked her lips.

“One... Sear... Armand..” she whispered softly, choked with emotion as she motioned for the others to wait as she slowly stepped forward, opening her mind to him, not even trying to protect herself, it only hurt when she did that, she wanted him to be able to see anything he wanted from her mind, from the meeting with Divinity, to Ashalah's admittance of guilt and shame, to the time she met Fate, to the day she lost her family to Vampire hunters. Anything he wanted to know, she let him see as she studied him. “we brought you food, if your hungry. It was Tank's idea.” she admitted, wondering if he was even paying attention to her, she couldn't see what he had, but she assumed it was a rabbit, or a chipmunk, maybe a cat or a dog if there where any even around there.

Ashalah's eyes widened slightly at Chandra's 'anger', leaning her head a bit back, her hair again starting to reach out for Chandra, as her eyes was on her naked frame again. But as she saw Slithers grin, and soft giggles, ignorant nods and careless giggles. "Mhm.. Like that's going to happen, love." She said with a teasing grin, noticing Ashalah's hair, her eyes widening a bit in astonishment. Ashalah realized her hair was acting up again, quickly stroking it down as she shook her head to Slither. Slither grinned, again keeping a secret for the little Alien, unable to hide her far too obvious emotions. Ashalah cleared her throat as she worked on her suit, biting her lower lip again, her eyes drifting up to Chandra and Slither once in a while. Now that they both had their suits on, her hair no longer reached for them, now just writhing among themselves again, showing her shyness.

"No, no no, you big dudii.. This way." Emilia said with giggles, as she pulled Tank's hand, directing him down the right hallway, shaking her head with a soft giggle. "How does you manage to get around, when your alone, deary?" She asked with another giggle, and a gentle smile over her shoulder, before they entered the armory. Slither tilted her head a bit from side to side, itching her neck through the red hair, before picking the sword up anyway. "Good point." She agreed, before placing it tightly, so it wouldn't tilt. Ashalah looked up to Tank, smiling lightly with a soft giggle, before they headed out, Emilia leading the way for now, constantly pointing with the fish.

Emilia had been basking in Chandra's emotions, whilst Slither let the girl take what she wanted, not draining anything from Chandra. Slither was afraid, but nothing she couldn't handle. She would not be anywhere else then here, and she was prepared for whatever would happen to her, as long as she at least had the chance to try and protect the ones she loved. Those who was with her here. And Ashalah wasn't really sure how to react, realizing she got emotions from Chandra, when she opened her mind. It caused her tentacles to act up again, this time reaching different ways, displaying confusion if anyone could guess it. But she stopped taking from Chandra, not sure if it weakened her, wanting her to be entirely prepared for Armand.

As Chandra spoke, Sear spun around on his heals, hissing angrily, as the young werewolf like face stared up to Chandra, primitively crawling a bit back, as if he was still but a youngster, unable to walk on two legs. "Who!? W.. Why you know name!?" He hissed, looking straight at Chandra, with unknowing eyes, as if he had never seen her before.
A deep chuckle invaded Chandra's mind, as Armand's figure appeared just behind Chandra, next to the little Emilia who had sneakily followed Chandra. "The mind.. Is a wonderful thing.." He said silently, a wide grin on his face. "So much space for storing information. Yet. If too much.. Capable of splitting reality. Becoming. More then one. So one can bare, what the other can't. And perhaps even a third, can keep the others combined. Over watch them with reason." He explained, as the young version of Armand staid crouched, staring at Chandra with frightened eyes. "I'm afraid.. I won't be able to meet your little hobble, just yet... Your timing. Not really proper.. I hope you live, so I can meet you. Another day." He whispered, before his presence vanished again."
Sear stared up to Chandra, hissing at her, as he pulled the stone he carried in his right hand to his heart. "You no hurt Silent! He Sear's friend.. Sear's comfort! Away!" He hissed, waving his hand at Chandra, as he took another step back. His eyes shortly drifted towards the food, before looking back to Chandra, clearly not caring about the food. His eyes then drifted towards Ashalah, who had tried to stand in darkness, at best she could. But nothing could hide from Armand's eyes. Not even when his form was twisted by madness. His eyes grew, fear stricken, slowly watering. He swiftly pointed towards Ashalah as he fought to form words.
"Captor! No no! Bad person, bad person! No take back! No hurt again! No no!" He protested, taking another step back. "Sear keep Silent safe, he no worry.." He then mumbled towards the rock in his hand, shortly looking down to it. Ashalah gulped, before biting her lip, and then speaking. "I'm.. I'm so sorry.. Armand. So sorry for everything." She whispered, a tear slowly rolling down her cheek. Sear's eyes shot back towards Ashalah, as he started shaking his head manicly. "Nooo! No no back! No no no nonono NO!!" With the last scream of the word, he rose his hand, and swiftly slammed his palm against the ground in front of him. "No!" Ashalah managed to shout, before the hand clapped against the soft ground, a loud booming sound shooting through the air, as time seemed to stand still for seconds, as a barrier was created around Sear, searing the grass bellow him. The barrier then broke, sending a blast wave all around him. Ashalah whimpered, as she desperately clapped her hands together, creating a bright red barrier in front of the entire group, shielding them from the fate of the trees behind Armand, that was ripped up by their roots. But the barrier was far from strong enough to match Sear's powers, and it broke easily, the shock wave still blasting towards them. Emilia barely managed to wrap her arms around Chandra's arm with a cry, if she hadn't, the wave would've sent her flying for more then a mile, unless stopped by a tree. Tank's weight would shield him from the worst, and if he was acctually pushed somewhat, slamming into a tree wouldn't hurt him that badly. Ashalah and Slither, was not this lucky. Ashalah was pushed back, pushed through several branches, giving her several scars, and one thick branch bruising her left arm fairly badly. But she managed to push a hand out behind her, as a red aura showed around her, making her stop mid air, and hover. Slither hissed out a scared plea, but too far away from the others for them to really react to her being pushed, and she was sent flying through the air, being one of the lightest, except Emilia. Her wings sprung out from her back, yet fortune was against her. flying verticaly through the air, her back slammed against a tree, both the tree and her back giving a loud, agonicing crack, one wing pierced by a branch, keeping her unable from flying a desperate distance, to avoid the tilting tree. As Slither and the tilting tree dropped to the ground, Ashalah was lucky to react in time, holding a hand out towards Slither, creating a barrier around her, so the heavy tree, would not smash down on the poor hybrid. Yet, even though the tree didn't land on her, now tumbling to her side instead, she remained limb on the ground, only barely breathing, as her damaged wing twitched. Chandra would also have been pushed back, but might be able to use her's and Emilia's weight to gain balance mid air, and she was fairly free of danger.
As everything was over, Sear was long gone, having almost flown over the ground, and away. Ashalah landed on the ground, quickly running towards Slither, with a whimper.

(Don't think I'll manage an answer for Personal Secretary tonight.. Heh.. Too excited for this one, and too tired to keep more then one thing in mind.. :) Sorry.)

Chandra looked confused when Sear reacted like he did, lifting her hands, trying to show she meant no harm, wincing as the mind invaded hers again, her eyes widening as she realized something very, very important... this, was not Armand, this was Sear... they where different people trapped in the same body, one young and broken, the other strong and sadistic, and she didn't doubt that there was a third in there that responded to One... multiple personality syndrome, he'd had no one to talk to, and the trauma of learning everything all at once had split his mind. She hoped to god he wouldn't kill them.

“shh Sear!, it's alright, no one will hurt silent.” she promised softly. “we won't hurt you or your friend.” she promised softly, keeping her voice low and calm, glancing back at Emilee with a soft hiss to stay back, wincing as he noticed Ashalah. “no, Sear please! She's not here to take you back!” she tried to promise, flinching as the large palm slammed into the earth, the large barrier rose and collapsed. She knew what was going to happen, but even then she had barley a second to brace herself, no time to warn the others, panic lancing through her as the wave hit her, rising her off the ground and slamming her back down, hissing as she gripped Emilee had, trying to keep her with as Tank cried out in terror, his massive frame hidden as he cowered and hid his face in his massive paws, laying on top of the basket, but unaware as he trembled under the force of Sear's rage. Chandra was gasping for air, three of her ribs broken from being slammed into th ground, Emilee in top of her, pinned in place by the downdraft of Sears power, panting hard as she realized he was gone, tears prickling at her eyes as she closed them, darkness swarming her, but she shoved it off. She was glad she had made everyone wear their suits, while the wouldn't help against that massive power it would at least help take some of the shock when they hit the trees.

“Tank!” Chandra finally managed to croak, slowly getting to her feet. “find Slither and Ashalah.” she ordered, coughing hard and spitting blood out of her mouth, wincing as her ribs cracked and shifted as she healed, grimacing hard as she looked down at Emilee. “Em's? Are you alright?” she asked softly, bending down and gently, carefully helping the woman to her feet. No doubt Emilee was the only one actually undamaged, she was lucky like that, looking around to try and find Tank, who was whimpering as he gently nudged Slither. “sly?” he asked softly, small whimpers falling from his massive mouth. “Sly are you ok?... say something... a..are you dead?” he asked terrified as Chandra walked over to him, limping, her ankle twisted but healing as she moved. “Slither?” she asked, terrified as she set her ear to the woman's mouth and neck, listening for breathing and heartbeat.

All Chandra's attempts to calm down Sear, had been for nothing. He was broken. He was scared out of his wits, all the souls courage being dragged from him, into another presence. All there was left for him, was desperacy and fear. As the wave had weakened, and the group where safe from any more harm, the bits of earth and grass that had been ripped from their rest, fell to the ground, finally leaving the family in clear view of each other. Emilia had cried through the blast, and as she felt Chandra crushed bellow her. She did not open her eyes, until she heard Chandra's voice, slowly opening them, blinking a few times, being sore from the pressure. She looked up to Chandra as she was talked to, slowly nodding a few times, before she hugged Chandra's leg carefully. "Thank you... Thank you so much, mother.." She whimpered. Her eyes then shot open again, as she glanced in Tank's direction. "Slither? Slither was hurt!?" She whimpered, realizing Chandra had called for her. Chandra knew Emilia was worried about her as well, but she also knew that Emilia was smart enough to know, Slithers healing capabilities came nowhere near Chandra's. Emilia then let herself being risen to her feet, after letting go of Chandra, helping Chandra on her way towards Slither, who was still laying limb on the ground, even after Tanks attempts to wake her.

Ashalah's face was rippled with tears, as she arrived as the last one to Slither. She had been walking very slowly, her heart and spirit both broken, as she looked down towards Slither. This time, it had been her fault that this family was hurt. She tried to calm herself, and try being useful, but she couldn't. She whimpered as she was a few feet from the group, dropping to her knees with a cry. "I.. I'm.. So Sorry.." She cried, closing her eyes as she lowered her head, her strings clenched against her head and back. Chandra would hear a weak breathing, and slow beats from her heart. Probably no one had seen Ashalah's desperate attempt to protect Slither, and even if they had, this would never have happened, if not for her. Slithers wing twitched, as her eyes slowly opened, fluttering weakly, as they looked up to Chandra. Slowly, and clearly with much pain, her lips formed a smile, before her eyes closed again. Her heart didn't stop beating, nor did she stop breathing. She wasn't dying, yet. She still fought valiantly for her life. Emilia's eyes started spilling tears as well, her lips twitching lightly. "W.. We.. We have.. To get her back.. H.. Harnek w.. Will fix her.. But.. W.. We can't.. Pick her up. P.. Perhaps her back is.. Is fractured?" She whimpered, looking up to Chandra. Ashalah's yellow eyes slowly rose, looking towards them, before silently sniffling. "I.. I can.. Carry her.. W.. Without.. Moving her?" She suggested with a silent, oh so humble voice. She didn't expect any of the others to appreciate her anymore. Now she just desperately wanted to be helpful. Wanted to do something, to mend what she had caused. Emilia looked back to Ashalah, not smiling, nor looking angry with her, merely acknowledging her suggestion, before looking back to Chandra, to wait to hear from her.

Chandra smiled as she gently stroked Emilee's hair, glad that she had been able to save at least one of her children before she rushed over to examine Slither, red tears beginning to rise to her eyes as she gently kissed the woman's forehead. “Ashalah... you cannot blame yourself for this, none of us could have known.” she whispered, gently stroking slither's hair. “we can make a brace...” she was interrupted by Ashalah, her eyes widening. “you can carry her without moving her? Please! Do so!” she pleaded backing away from the woman. “Tank! Run home, tell Harnek that Slither is very badly damaged and he is needed immediately.” she ordered, tank spinning on his heal and loping away on all fours, vanishing in an instant. “Emilee, go and help Tank find him.” Chandra ordered, well aware tank would never find him on his own, she'd just told him to go so he'd stop nudging the Dragon. Plus Emilee was fast enough to outpace him if she wanted to.

She herself stayed with Ashalah, stripping off her over shirt, leaving her only in the Poly-Suit as she ripped her shirt and pants into long bandages which she used to carefully stop the bleeding, wrapping the bandages tight and glad that her daughter was unconscious, this would hurt a lot otherwise. Once she had the more seriously bleeding wounds wrapped up looking up at Ashalah, gripping her shoulder gently. “it's going to be fine Ashalah.” she promised softly, her voice affectionate and gentle, not blaming her for this, blaming herself. “i never expected for Sear and Armand to be two different personalities.” she admitted softly. “One has multiple personality syndrome.” she informed, helping the woman lift the young Dragon off the ground.

“we'll have to go slow.” she warned Ashalah. “there's too many tree's. The bleeding has stopped, as long as she isn't shifted or run into a tree she'll be fine.” she promised pausing, remembering the something she didn't do, sinking her fangs into her own arm, drawing her own thick red blood and gently setting it to Slither's mouth. “suck, love.” she ordered calmly, gently, trying to wake slither enough for her to get at least a mouthful of blood. It wouldn't change the girl into a dragon vampire or anything, but the blood would rush through her system, healing the worst of the damage as much as it was able. “please, drink, as much as you can.” she ordered softly, stroking the dragons head, hoping to the Holy Fate that Slither could regain consciousness long enough to drink.

Emilia only smiled lightly, whimpering a bit as she looked towards Slither, before running there as well. She sat down on her knees next to Slither, not daring to touch as she bit her lower lip, tear's welling up in her eyes. Ashalah gulped, nodding slowly a few times to the comforting words. She still bore fear, that Slither, Emilia and Chandra even though she was comforting, was somewhat blaming her for this. But Emilia never gave anyone fault for anything, knowing it would never changed what had happened, so she didn't blame her at all, and Slither had seen what Ashalah did, the seconds before she passed out. Ashalah had saved her from being crushed onder the tree, which could have caused fatal damage, so Slither felt in debt to Ashalah. But Ashalah had tendensies for Paranoia, having lived under pressure most of her life.

Ashalah nodded to Charisma's question, walking closer to Chandra and slither. She closed her eyes, folding her hands in front of herself. The strings from her haid, started raising as if gravity was shifting, starting to wave behind her head, as if a wind was blowing from in front of her. She then cupped her hands, palms up, as a blue blanket seemed to appear bellow Slither. It went a bit into the ground, before perfectly fitting the position Slither was in, and then the blanket went stiff, and hovered upwards, carrying Slither, in the exact same position as she had been on the ground. Emilia stood up as Ashalah did this, before looking to Chandra as she was given an order. Not questioning it, she spun around, and with a Raven's screech a black formation formed around her, and a large Raven flew out from the formation. The Raven was almost the same size as Emilia was when not in this form, and it's broad wing span, helped her to easily catch up with Tank, flying above him. Emilia only very rarely used her beastial form, even though she liked it very much, but this showed that she wasn't playing fun anymore. Slither was hurt. This was bad.

Tentacles grew from Ashalah's wrists, a blue aura around them, as they helped keeping her magic empowered. She looked to Chandra as she spoke, nodding a single time, with a careful smile, before frowning again. "I.. Hadn't seen One for a few weeks before his breakout. It.. Must have happened then.." She mumbled, looking down to Slither, before she started moving them forward, hovering Slither above the ground. She didn't hurry herself, not wanting Slither to bounce on the blanket. She nodded to Chandra's wise words, continuing forward, as she watched Chandra offering Slither blood. Slither groaned in pain, as she pinched her eyes. Yet she slowly opened her mouth, accepting the blood, yet she couldn't suck. She had to suffice with the blood that dripped down into her mouth. And the little that did, only helped to lessen the pain. The fractured spine and broken ribs, wouldn't bulge. Dragon Hybrids where strong, meaning when damage was taken to their strong Dragon bones, it was nearly impossible to heal.

As Tank and Emilia arrived with Harnek in the medical bay, her used his rights as a medical officer, to call a force open. This forced the gates to remain open and ready Slithers arrival, yet had more deffensive units at the stations, to make up for the open gate. Also, he opened every single door on the way to the medical bay, being as quick and nimble as and light as a Nypmh. Remarkable, he was a mere Ghoul. A very clean Ghoul, of their kind. He knew more about medical care, then any other living being, haven been a Field Medic in many centuries of war. "Tank.. Keep this door here open would yah Lad? That damn lock 'avent fixed yet. Darn buggers down at Engineerin!" Harnek grunted, holding the last door to the outside open. If Tank did as he ordered, he walked inside again, padding Tanks shoulder on the way. "Good Lad.. Emilia! Come 'ere little Lass, help me with the table, will yah?" He asked, smiling to Emilia, as he always did, trying to keep mood up, even when a comrade had been badly wounded. He'd learnt that was the best way to accept death, if it was worked towards with a smile. And he was always prepared for Death, as a worse case scenario. He had seen his share of it. Literally.

Chandra was worried to death, she really was, she was terrified that her daughter was going to die and that she wasn't going to be able to do anything to help save her. She watched with awe as Ashalah began to work her 'magic' doing things that she had never seen be done before. She wasn't sure if it was natural to her home world or if it was technology but whatever it was it was helping her save her daughter. She hovered by Slither as she was lifted up into the air and gently took the girls hand, stroking the scales gently. “it's going to be alright Darling, you'll see.” she promised softly, her voice a bare whisper before glancing at Ashalah. “i don't know.” she admitted at Ashalah's decision about One. “it's strange, most people do not suddenly snap and develop multiple personalities, something traumatic has to happen first. If the sudden occurrence of memories is to blame... he must have been developing the disorder since then, and been hiding it from you, or something else traumatic happened.” she admitted biting her lip. “we'll worry about it later.” she decided. “right now we need to worry about slither.” she admitted smiling at Ashalah. “you've saved her life, I hope you know that Ashalah.”

she watched as her daughter feebly tried to suck and snarled as she realized she couldn't. “stay awake darling.” she ordered, sinking her fangs into her wrist and ripping a gaping chunk out of it, blood spilling in torrents now, holding the bleeding wrist to slither's mouth, making sure most of the blood fell into the young woman's mouth. “swallow Lovely, Swallow.” she ordered softly, stroking her ears and hair gently. “swallow for mommy alright?” she ordered softly, stroking her neck to help her swallow. She wasn't all that worried about herself, if she lost too much blood she wasn't going to die, and she could get it back from Tank, who regenerated blood fast enough that it was like a never ending fountain. Sure his blood tasted fairly disgusting, but she could deal with that, the only thing that mattered was Slither.

Tank rushed into the healers wing following Harnek and Emilia, still in his full form, barley able to force himself through the doors, but too worked up to be able to change back into his human form. He followed the instructions and held open the door, thick tears rolling down his cheeks as he gave intot he panic now that he had done what he was supposed to do, he stood there and cried and held the door open as he waited for Chandra slither and Ashalah to arrive, freezing when they did, watching Chandra rip open her wrist again to keep the blood flow going into Slithers mouth, which would help heal the outer wounds and help dull the pain as well as stop and heal any internal bleeding, with the amount of blood that Slither had ingested the only thing Harnek was going to have to worry about was the bones, luckily. She helped Harnek and Ashalah lay Slither on the bed, trembling violently, her eyes a bright, glowing, crimson red from the loss of blood.

“Ashalah please help Doctor Harnek.” she ordered calmly moving over to Tank who let go of the door and let the woman have his wrist, not making any comments, just gently stroking Chandra's hair as she fed until she was full and her own damages where completely healed. “Tank, where you hurt?” she finally asked, Tank shaking his head. “Tank had broken, but Tank fix.” he promised, Chandra nodding. “good, stay here in case Doctor Harnek needs you, try to change back into your human form alright?” “yes mother.” he chirped, closing his eyes and forcing himself to change despite the mental anguish he was in. Tank's massive strength could help Harnek replace the bones, but in full fur form Tank wouldn't be able to do anything but get in the way, watching Chandra move out into the hall to cancel to force open. She didn't need Sear getting in there on accident and causing another disaster. She also didn't want anyone to see her own mental anguish, as red tears spilled down her face, sobbing once she was well out of sight and earshot of her little family.

As they traveled, it was clear that this magic was taxing on Ashalah. A already taxed individual. She was at the verge of giving in to her own exhaustion, yet she couldn't. She wouldn't. She felt she had brought all this pain on this gentle, loving family. She had to do her part, to preserve it. And this was all she could do. As a Seer of her people, she was supposed to defend them, with her special abilities. Her abilities to create barriers, and shields. And now she would use them to defend this family. And she had never done it with such eagerness before. Ashalah listened, but focused most of her attention on the carpet, holding Slither in the air. "P.. Perhaps.. B.. But.. One's mind is strong.. P.. Perhaps.. It.. Didn't need breaking.. Before time? I.. I don't know. I.. I just. Don't.." As she spoke, it was clear how much this was taking from her, keeping her eyes fixed on the blanket. Dropping it, could cause Slither to fall, and her back perhaps break entirely, probably fatal. She gulped as Chandra spoke to her again, smiling faintly.

Slither groaned silently, as her eyes fluttered, not opening as they did, just keeping her mouth open, even as the wrist was shortly removed. Then as it was brought back, blood now allowed to stream down into her throat, gurgling at first, before she started swallowing properly. She swallowed every drop she was offered, already strong enough to do so. Yet still, the powerful blood only managed to stop all internal bleeding, and feeling her veins with blood again. Allthough a great medical feet, her strong bones remained fractured, unable to fix themselves.

As Tank agreed to stay by the door, Emilia and Harnek rushed back to the medical bay, quickly getting a rolling table, and returning to the courtyard, to away Ashalah and Slither. Harnek tapped his foot a few times, before he noticed Tank. He sighed softly, frowning lightly before walking over to him, having to reach up to place a gentle hand on the brutes shoulder. "Come on, Lad.. I'm sure tha' girl'll be a'ight.. Don't forget.. Dragon's are strong." He said, smiling lightly, before he saw Tank's gaze, looking towards the gate, where Ashalah and Chandra now came. His eyes widened lightly at the sight of Ashalah, and the blanket she was holding up, quickly pushing the table over to meet them. "'Ere.. Lay the little Lass 'ere!" He said quickly, stopping the table bellow Slither. Ashalah groaned softly, as the blanket slowly lowered, gasping as Slither was gently placed on the table, not stopping the spell, before she was laying there. She panted heavily, before looking to Chandra as she was ordered with Harnek. Although she knew she wouldn't be of much good, she nodded in agreement, following Harnek and Emilia as they made their way towards the medical bay. "Emilee.. Go on and 'ave yeself some rest.. We'll take it from 'ere.." He said, Emilia stopping up as he said so, nodding a few times as she bit her lower lip. She walked to the bay's waiting room, dropping asleep as soon as she arrived.

As Harnek and Ashalah arrived in the room he had chosen for Slither, he walked around the table, observing the Dragon with calculating eyes. He growled silently as his head shook, starting to prepared what he needed. "This ain't good.. This just ain't good." He complained. Ashalah looked to him, frightened, as she almost lost her balance, having to lean against a wall with a hand to stay standing. "Wh.. What?" She asked in fright, getting Harnek's attention, only for a very short time. "Oh for the love 'o the damned, get yeself some rest... Your destroying yeself.. And I wouldn't really know what tah do with yah, should ye end up getting Ill as well, now would I?" He asked, with a soft chuckle. Ashalah gulped, before nodding a few times. She didn't leave the room instantly, observing Slither for a short moment, before finally leaving the room. "I work better alone.. Better this way Lass." He explained, before the door closed behind her. As soon as it did, Ashalah cried out, dropping to her knees with an exhausted gasp.

She sat for a few minutes, deciding to get up, looking to Tank as he arrived. "H.. He said.. He wanted to work alone." She explained, before slowly walking down the hall, her head low and face full of sorrow. As she had walked very shortly, she saw Chandra, frowning deeply at the sight. She sniffled, before slowly approaching Chandra. She knew this hurt. She knew how it felt to not know of her child's fate. It had ended up the worst for her, and she had only been told 'It was for the best'. She wouldn't tell Chandra this. She wanted to support, rather then try to break her further. As she got close, she carefully placed a gentle hand on Chandra's shoulder, unless Chandra resisted and moved away. "I.. I'm sorry.. I.. I know how.. This hurts.. B.. But.. Slither is strong.. S.. She'll recover.. I'm.. Sure." She said, her thumb gently stroking Chandra's shoulder.

Should anyone try to get into Slither's room, Harnek would force them out, tell them to wait in the waiting room, working best when he had complete quiet. Mostly his wishes was accepted, everyone knowing how weird he could be, not wanting to risk anything to happen with his patients, although nothing had ever gone wrong. He was the best there was, and had been assigned to Sector 42, because of Chandra's renown.

Tank whined as he was comforted, blinking slowly at Harnek, sniffling a little before he turned his attention to the women who where coming up, not too fast, but fast enough that Tank wiped his eyes clear, not wanting Chandra to see him crying, she would only start to fuss over him too and he knew the Vampire was on the verge of her own breakdown. As soon as he was ordered out of the room he whined again, but walked over to Emilee, determined to be useful he decided to comfort Emilee. He snuggled with her on the bed, like he had done when he'd been a cub, new to the world. He had attached himself to Emilee, the girl the only one he wasn't scared of for the first few months he was there. He pulled her tight to his firm chest, just the way he did when she came into his room after she had a bad dream or had been picked on, and simply held her while they slept.

Chandra jumped when Ashalah touched her shoulder, and turned, burying her face into the woman's shoulder. “i'm sorry.... I'm so sorry.” she whispered, though it wasn't clear if she was apologizing to Ashalah or to slither who wasn't there, or to poor Tank and Emilee who where now so scared. It was impossible to tell and it was the only thing Chandra would say for quite some time as she snuggled into the Alien, simply crying herself out before she staggered to her feet, swaying on her feet. “i need... I need... sleep.” she decided, blinking at Ashalah, her lip quivering. When troubles came, when Chandra was upset she always went to Slither for comfort. Her daughter the strength when Chandra had none. So instead she turned to Ashalah, who seamed so determined to help. Even Chandra could see how tired the woman was though.

“will... you sleep with me?” she asked, her voice pitiful as she blinked at the alien. “please?” yes or no, Chandra turned and headed for her bedroom, stripping out of her suit, leaving herself naked again, bare assed she headed across the room, crawled into some pajamas, basically just a simple night dress, and offered slither a pair so the young woman wouldn't have to crawl in naked, forgetting that the woman was used to being naked. She crawled into her large bed, it was big enough to have held all five family members with room to spare, but Chandra's room was lacking in anything else. She had a dresser, a closet, and a desk, but that was it. There where no pictures, no photos, no paintings, the room was really very bland and blank. She latched onto Slither once she was in bed with her, pressing herself tight against the other woman, sighing softly as she slowly started to relax into sleep, too exhausted to stay awake anymore as she held Ashalah tight, but not hard, simply sleeping until morning, waking with a jerk and groaning softly as she sat up, rubbing her eyes and smiling at Ashalah, kissing her on the cheek. “thank you.”

As Tank came to Emilia, she looked up to him, with eyes just as torn and sorrowful as his. The first meeting with One, had ripped a lot of strength and hope from them, and Emilia had always been the easiest one to hurt. But right now, she had been scared for too long, so as she hugged Tank with a silent whimper, she stroked her head against his chest, laying close against him when they reached the bed. "Don't worry, Tank.. Slither will be alright.. Harnek will fix her.. Just wait, and see.. Slither will be alright.. And.. We will all be happy again.. You'll see." She said with a comforting, calm voice, as she stroked her head against him, kissing his skin gently before finally closing her eyes. "We aren't losing anyone.. I'm sure of it." She said, with a sincere voice, slowly opening her eyes, and remaining like that, even whilst Tank slept. She had never needed sleep, only talking it to calm her mind. But tonight, she just couldn't pretend she needed sleep, and therefor, couldn't get any. So she remained awake, her hands gently stroking Tank, as she kept trying to comfort him with gentle words, until he himself fell asleep.

As Chandra jumped, Ashalah did a bit as well, gasping softly. At first she was about to step back as Chandra turned around, but then Chandra leaned against her, Ashalah looking surprised, before she gulped and closed her eyes, wrapping her arms around Chandra. Her hands gently stroked Chandra's back, a few of the hair strings, reached for Chandra, gently stroking her cheek, one whipping a bloody tear away. "N. No.. No, don't be.. Your family.. Followed you, because they love you.. They knew what they where going in to, and none of them.. Would've let you go in alone. Nothing.. Is your fault.. Ashalah whispered, as a hand gently stroked Chandra's hair. Ashalah smiled and nodded, keeping a arm around Chandra's waist to make sure she wouldn't fall. "I think.. That's a good idea.." She agreed, before widening her eyes lightly, at Chandra's question. She opened her mouth, wanting to answer, but no words came out at first. She gulped, and finally nodded, her lips curving a gentle smile. "Of course.. I will." She said, gently kissing Chandra's cheek, with her soft lips, before following her to her room.

As Chandra stripped down, Ashalah pushed a hand through her hair, the tentacles clearly wanting to start reaching out for Chandra, yet she stopped them from doing so, until she was in her night dress. She accepted the clothes, but she smiled gently, deciding not to wear them. She slept best naked, as she'd always done. She crawled in next to Chandra, hoping she wouldn't mind that she was went in naked, but doubted the poor woman would. And as she was latched onto, her tentacles first writhed a bit among themselves, before relaxing, and starting to gently stroke Chandra's arms. Ashalah herself, gently wrapped her arms around Chandra, closing her eyes as she hugged her gently. "Please.. Don't.. Let your pain and sorrow bulk up.. Your strong.. Immortal. But d.. Don't.. Try to hide mental anguish. Let it out.. Your entire family.. I.. We will always be there for you.." Ashalah silently whispered, as she herself slowly drifted into sleep.

Ashalah woke as Chandra jerked out of her sleep, slowly raising her head and smiling gently. As Chandra kissed her cheek, her strings reached out, a few of the tips gently stroking Chandra's cheek, before she had a chance of pulling back. Ashalah cleared her throat, running a hand through the tentacles to get them down, clearing her throat silently. "Y.. Your welcome. A.. Anytime." She said, smiling a bit shyly, before sitting up. Her eyes twitched towards the door as Emilia suddenly rushed through it, smiling widely, and seeming like her old cheerful self already. "Slither's awake, Slither's awak!" She chirped happily, hopping on the spot she stood. Ashalah sighed with relief, smiling lightly. As Tank had gotten up, Emilia had lead him down to the kantina, so he could get something to eat, before worrying about anyone else. But as she'd walked into the Medical bay and seen Slither awake, she just couldn't wait to tell Chandra. "I.. I.. I..." She calmed herself down from her own trip, breathing deeply. "I gotta go tell Tank!" She said, quickly spinning around on her heals, storming towards the Kantina. Ashalah smiled, and got out of bed to get dressed, before looking to Chandra with a smile. "I.. Should thank you as well.." She whispered, joining Chandra, not only for her, but also for herself.

Whenever they arrived, Emilia had already made it there, sitting on her knees on a chair next to the bed Slither was laying on. Slither had a simple bandage around her left arm, and had clearly managed to pull back her wings. As Chandra arrived, tears started welling up in her eyes, as her lips slowly formed a smile. She giggled a single time, before speaking. "Y.. You look... Horrible." She whimpered sarcastically, before holding an arm out for Chandra. "Mother..." She called out. Harnek, quickly got near to Chandra, whispering to her. "Careful. Don't hug her too tightly.. Come to my office when you feel your ready.. I need to speak with you." He whispered, before walking out of the room, clearly not as cheerful as everyone else.

Chandra whimpered softly when she was buried in Ashalah's chest, enjoying the way those long tentacles stroked and comforted her. It made her wonder what else they could do. That thought was immediately replaced with guilt for even thinking about such a thing while her daughter was dying in the medical wing. “it is my fault.” she whispered softly. “it's my fault because I have to blame someone... and I can't blame anyone else...” she admitted softly, nuzzling Ashalah before following her back tot he room, supporting herself, or Ashalah whenever one of them stumbled or tripped, sniffling softly as she settled into bed, shaking her head. “i... I try not to.” she admitted softly. “but it's hard... I'm supposed to be the strongest here, that is why I am the Captain... strongest, smartest, best...” she muttered softly. “if my higher ups saw me sobbing like a baby....” she shook her head. “but it's my daughter... my precious daughter...”

she was silent for a moment and then. “you know, her mother and father where good friends of mine.” she admitted softly. “they where killed by other dragons... they where practically Royalty, Slithers mother and father, a king and queen among dragons... they where killed for their leadership title... if they had survived, Slither would be a queen by now...” she admitted softly. “i never told her about her parents... maybe I should have? She would be proud of them I'm sure...” she whispered softly, drifting off into sleep, talking because she didn't want to. Unlike Emilee, there where moments when Chandra actually did need to sleep, and this was one of them. She mumbled something unintelligible before slipping off to dreamland, which was thankfully free of nightmares.

Chandra smiled at Ashalah in the morning when her tentacles reached for her and she opened her mouth to say something before Emilee rushed in, her eyes widening in joy as she leaped to her feet and beamed at Ashalah. “come on Ashalah! Lets go see!” she chirped gleefully before smiling at the woman. “there's nothing to be thanked for.” she promised offering her hand to Ashalah, feeling deep surges of want, lust, and love for the alien who had helped her so much, causing rather conflicting emotions inside of Chandra that she pushed aside, not willing to deal with for now as she raced down the hall, her hand holding Ashalah's as she ran, bursting into the Medical room and beaming at slither, before sulking at her when she was told she looked terrible.

“what kind of thing is that to say to your mother?!” she complained, glancing at Harnek and nodding before moving over to slither and hugging her gently. “i was so worried about you.” she admitted stroking her daughters hair gently. “i'm so glad your alright.” she admitted smiling at her as she kissed her daughter's forehead. “now, you rest and entertain Ashalah while I go beat Doctor Harneks head in for not telling us all you woke up.” she chirped happily skipping over to the doctor, forcing herself to keep grinning until she was out of eyesight before she let the worry fill her face. “what's wrong doctor?” she asked softly, biting her lip. “Slither is going to be alright isn't she?” she asked softly, terrified that her daughter was still in serious danger, or worse, wouldn't recover properly.

Out in the rest of the bay, Tank had disappeared, he was moving into the woods with another laundry basket of food, hoping he could both find sear, and promise the poor boy safety before the young thing attacked him. He was in his massive full form, he knew he was going to need it if he failed. he figured that out of everyone, he was the one who understood sear the most, after all, being held captive for no reason other than being born, was a good conversation starter.

Ashalah frowned lightly, knowing how it felt, having built up guilt the way Chandra was now. She caught herself, so gently kissing Chandra's neck, before they started limping towards Chandra's room. "No one.. Is that strong, Chandra. The pain you feel, is one built up out of love. You love your child, like any mother would. And they know this. They all do. And they love you in return. You feel you've let them down.. But you haven't. They'd follow you. Through thick and thin. And they knew how dangerous One was.. They knew.. That if they went against his 'orders'. He'd find them anyway. Yet that fear, isn't what brought them along. Their love for you where." She whispered, until they reached her room, and began moving to bed. As Chandra nudged against Ashalah so gently, Ashalah could do nothing but smile as she closed her eyes.

As Ashalah listened to Chandra, her lips kept smiling, stroking her cheek gently against Chandra's head. She was quite surprised to hear this. Slither was far from formal, then again, that doesn't go through blood. She gently nodded as she hugged Chandra closer to herself, her tentacles, again, stroking Chandra's cheek. "Maybe.. You should. Yet. I don't think, she'd envy, or regret not having that life. She loves you. Just like Emilia. Tank. A.. And me." She whispered, smiling as Chandra drifted off to sleep, stroking her cheek and then closing her own eyes, slowly drifting off.

Ashalah cleared her throat, as Chandra had noticed the tentacles, as they started writhing among each other. She rose her head quickly as Emilia ran into the room, smiling widely at Chandra's gleefulness. She nodded at Chandra, getting up from the bed as she smiled, putting a dress over her naked frame. She turned as Chandra spoke again, smiling gently as she joined her. "There is." She disagreed on the 'nothing' smiling again as she took Chandra's hand and followed her to the medical bay.
Ashalah giggled a bit at Slither's words, standing there with a smile, happy to see both of them glad again. Happy that Slither had made it. Yet there was something wrong. She had experience as a healer, but only on her own kind, that had a very different body. But something pained Slither, that she did not show.

Slither giggled a single time, whimpering as Chandra came to her, laying her arms tightly around her. "I'm sorry, mother! Mmh.. Your.. Beautiful, as always.. Thanks.." She whimpered, stroking her cheek against Chandra's. She looked up to Ashalah, tears still in her eyes, and nodded a single time. "A.. And.. Thanks. Ashalah. If.. Not for you.. The tree would've crushed me.. We.. Can only survive oh so much." She whimpered, smiling gently to Ashalah, who smiled back. She bowed halfly, nodding her head humbly. "I.. Am sorry, I couldn't prevent any more." She said, looking a bit down. "Hey.. You did what you could.. N.. No one suspected more.." Slither said, smiling before nodding to Chandra. "I'll entertain her, alright..." She said, grinning widely, before looking up to Ashalah, who giggled as her tentacles writhed.

Harnek looked up to Chandra, and then slowly shook his head a few times. "Dragon bones, are both tough, and stuborn as hell.. It must've been some force the lass was pushed with.." He explained, dumping down in his chair, holding a hand towards the door. "If she hadn't been a Dragon, she would be a corpse, in a worse state then I.. Yet she lives.. But" He ended, shaking his head a bit as he looked down. "Dragon bones, wont accept any substance, to bring them together. Her spine is still fractured, and there ain't nothing I can do about it.. Or anyone else.. As I read in their Lore.. Dragons used to kill the cubs with fractured bones, expecting their week. Or so it was in the Black Tail clan." He said, leaning his elbows against his desk. "All we can do is prey. Yet there is a strong possibility, that she'll be disabled, for the rest of her long life.." He said, always providing worst case scenarios first. "But.. Slither is a strong lass.. Her bones just might rebuild themselves with time. Yet.. We'll have to give it time.. There'll be no more missions for her, for a long time.. I'm sorry Chandra.. But there's nothing I can do for her anymore.. Now. She needs the love of someone who understands that, to be able to see this through, and understand... That she might never be able to walk again.. Nor even fly." He said, slowly shaking his head with a soft frown.

As Tank was a fair distance from the base, a dark figure walked out from behind a tree, slowly approaching Tank. "It is brave of you.. To venture out to find me alone.." The figure spoke, with a much more clean and verbal voice, then what Sear had, and a none distroted voice, as the one Chandra has heard in her mind. Th figure was the one Chandra had seen, and the one of the tape from the prison, yet his hair was longer, almost reaching his knees, and of the same tentacled strings as Ashalah's, only black, like his fur. "I.. Am sorry, for what pain I have caused your group.. You. Met me at a bad time.. I wish to make amends. I wish to speak with your leader. Chandra. For I believe I have much to explain." He said, before looking down towards the basket, with his dark, deep blue eyes. He then looked back up to Tank, smiling lightly. "And thank you. Thank you for such a generous gift.. Yet, I do not need it. But nevertheless, it was a fine gesture, and I thank you, Tank." He said, bowing lightly, standing tall like a normal person, hardly normal among werewolves.

Chandra chuckled at her daughter and kissed the woman's cheek gently, smiling at her. “you need to rest.” she ordered calmly stroking slithers hair. “no getting out of bed until Harnek says it's alright, got it?” she ordered sternly, knowing full well that if she didn't order that slither was going to be getting out of bed the instant she thought she could get away without being caught. She smiled at Ashalah and gently took her hand. “Slither is right.” she admitted softly. “you couldn't have stopped everything, and what you did stop may very well have saved my daughters life. We will be forever grateful darling.” she promised kissing Ashalah's cheek, silently thanking her for saving her daughter before turning and heading out with Harnek.

She nodded at Harnek's assessment of the damage causes. “it was like a bomb went off, the only one who wasn't shoved back was Tank, and he slid a foot or two.” she admitted. Tank was such a massive man that for him to be shoved back by wind or force alone was an almost horrifying feat. She hesitated when Harnek continued, feeling the bad news deep in her heart, she knew bad things where about to happen and she knew she was going to have to be the one to break them to poor Slither. “the Black Tail Clan are monsters!” she spat furiously. It was the Black Tail Clan who had killed Slithers parents, they had almost killed Slither, had damaged her back, but Slither wouldn't remember that. “she's survived being crippled once, I'm sure she can do so again.” she growled, she had to believe that, just had to believe that. She sighed and set a hand to her eyes, slumping in her chair. “i almost killed my own daughter.” she whispered softly before sighing a little and standing up, setting a hand on Harnek's shoulder. “thank you... for saving her.”

she headed out into the other room and looked at Emilee and Ashalah, wondering where Tank had gone. “would you give me a moment alone with Slither?” she asked softly, her eyes firm, but sad, waiting until she was certain they where both out of earshot, gently picking up Slithers hand. “Harnek had some bad news darling.” she admitted stroking the dragons cheek. “there is a chance that your going to be crippled.” she explained softly, love and pain in her voice and in her eyes. “we don't know for sure yet, but there is a chance that you might never walk, or fly again, just a chance, but I don't want you to not know.” she admitted smiling at Ashalah. “i'll do everything I can to make sure this doesn't happen.. I'll go to the Dragon clans.. see if there is anything that can be done, but right now I need you to keep faith and rest....” she ordered calmly. “i'll stay with you for as long as you want.” she promised stroking her cheek. “i love you, and I always will, your my precious daughter and I will always give you everything I can, ok?”

Tank blinked at Armand his head tilted. “Tank very brave.” he admitted beaming at the compliment. “Tank want show Sear no fear of Chandra.” he explained. “Tank knows big black cages and no friends, Tank knows be lonely and have nothing. Chandra save tank and take Tank away from cages and bad bad men.” he admitted. “Tank won't let put Sear in lonely cage.” he promised setting the food down. “...Mother cannot come now, Mother is very heart sick.” he admitted with a small whine of worry. “Tank hear... Slither might be broken... never fly.. never walk.” he admitted looking at Armand with watery eyes. “no blame for Sear... o blame for Ashalah... no blame nowhere. Big big accident, an oopsy.” he promised, assuring Armand that no one was angry at Sear for being afraid and panicking, nor where they angry at Armand.

He looked at the food and then back up at Armand. “you no want food?” he asked looking confused. “is very good... not poisoned.. I prove?” Tank didn't understand why a creature so big wouldn't be hungry, he shrugged a little. “can take you to Chandra? Tank know secrete way... or Tank can go get Chandra, but Tank not sure if she will come, Mother loves very much, might not leave Slither even for 'Mergency. World go boom, Mother not care, only care about Slither.” but he seamed pleased by that, as if he was glad to have a caretaker who cared so much about her children that she would sacrifice the world for them. “Tank leave food here for Sear.” he decided. “hungry soon I bet.” he was such a large teddy bear it was hard to imagine he could rip out one of those tree's by the root and use it like a baseball bat. And he was so concerned for sear, it was almost sweet how Tank was trying to protect the terrified Alien youngster.

Slither looked up to Chandra, smiling widely at the woman, as she nodded a few times. She knew she needed rest. There was something wrong with her, and that was probably what Harnek had called Chandra in for. She had been injured before, but never this way. She felt her inability to pull out her wings, her tail and even more her legs effectively. She felt crippled. She bet she'd be told she was, soon enough. She just hopped they'd be brave enough to just tell her. "Of course, Mother. I will stay right here." She agreed, before looking up to Ashalah. Ashalah looked a bit down, with a faint smile, as her hair writhed. She looked up as her hand was taken, gently squeezing Chandra's hand as it was, stroking it with her own thumb. As Chandra kissed her cheek, a string from her hair reached out, gently stroking Chandra's own cheek, before she pulled away. "It.. It was the.. Least, I could do.. I'm just.. Happy you all made it." She said with a gentle smile, stroking her hands a bit together, before smiling down to Slither as Chandra left.

Harnek rose a brow, shifting uncomfortably in his chair. "It tilted Tank? Hmph.. Promis me, to never bring tha thing in here..." He complained. He had seen many things, but not even the explosion from a grenade, could push Tank down. Hurt him, but not tilt him. He narrowed his eyes a bit at Chandra's spat at the Black Tail Clan, shrugging lightly at the remark. "Maybe so.. Doesn't change the fact, that it was a book about them, that told me their bones could heal fractures." He added, waving a hand a bit. He nodded a few times in agreement, before turning down to a few pieces of paper. "I'm sure she will.. Just make sure she doesn't leave that bed, until I'm certain it's healed up properly." He said, looking up with a stern gaze, before back on the papers again. "Nah.. Ye didn't almost kill her, she almost killed herself. As did all of you, walking close to that creature, what ever it was." He mumbled, not moving his eyes from his papers. "It's meh job." He said, carelessly, before looking up with a half smile. "Doesn't mean I don't enjoy it.. It was my pleasure. You take good care of her now. But well.. You always do.." He said, before looking down to his papers again.

Ashalah and Emilia agreed, walking out from the room, closing the door behind them. Slither looked up to Chandra, smiling bravely, although she felt she knew what was coming. She nodded as Chandra began, gently biting her lower lip. Her eyes saddened, and a frown graced her lips, as the situation was explained. If anything but her chance to fly had been taken away, she wouldn't have cared this much. But she did love to fly. She nodded a few times as Chandra finished, pressing her lips together as her eyes wettened. "Th.. Thanks.. For telling me.. Mother. I'll.. I'll stay strong.. We'll.. Get through this. Don't.. Don't worry about me." She whispered, with a soft smile, as she reached out a hand, to stroke Chandra's cheek. "Thanks.. Mother." She whispered, before wantingly holding out her arms, begging for a hug.

---

One smiled at Tank's words, nodding a single time. "He sure is." He agreed, before slowly approaching, as if hovering over the ground, without moving his legs. He listened intently to the brute's story, nodding occationaly as it was explained. "I know, I am not alone with this horrible past.. Yet. I am in the unfortunate position, to've lost my mind under this pressure. And now, I have three sides. I am glad that I'm forgiven for my actions, yet I would still like to see those I have wounded in the eyes, and tell them of my regret." He explained, stopping his approach a few feet away from the basket in front of Tank.

"Yes, I am very sure, I am not hungry." He explained with a smile, before holding an arm out in a gesture towards the direction Tank had come. "Please.. Do take me to her. I wish to see them, and let them know how sorry I am, and reassure them, that I've made it clear for even Sear, that you are friends." He explained, starting to hover towards the base's direction, already on his way there, had he not met Tank on the way. "You do not have to worry about a secret route.. I am turning myself in.. I must be returned to Divinty, as soon as possible.. The galaxy.. Won't be safe, until I've learnt how to control myself. And it's better done in his costudy, then anywhere else.." This did not at all seem like reason from him. If he wanted this, he would not've flet to Earth? Yet his goals remained a secret, to anyone else then himself. And sometimes, even to himself.

Chandra smiled a little at Harnek. “it wasn't his fault.” she explained. “we frightened him, he was just like Tank when I first brought him home. You remember, how he attached himself to Emilee and wouldn't let anyone near him or her, desperate to be safe? Well the Alien is, unfortunately, the same way.” she admitted. “and even worse he has Multiple Personality Syndrome.” she admitted sighing a little. “i'll protect her.” she promised smiling a little as she kissed Harnek's forehead before heading into the other room, smiling at slither. She smiled at the young woman and kissed her forehead before pulling her into a gentle hug. “no matter what happens, you will always be my daughter.” she promised smiling a little as she held the dragon. “but, for you to get better you have to stay in bed alright?” she asked softly, knowing it was going to kill Slither to stay in bed. “Emilee and Tank will make sure to keep you entertained.” she promised smiling at her.

“i'm going to go bring them back in.” she decided. “tell them whatever you want ok?” she promised smiling at her, unsure if Slither would want them to know or not. She headed out and smiled at Emilee and Ashalah. “you can come back in now.... where's Tank?” she asked looking a little puzzled, surprised he would go off. Not even hunger could drive tank away from Slither when she was so damaged. “... that's strange..” worried now, because if Tank thought all of this was sears fault, the man would stop at no ends to hunt the alien down and try to kill him. “Slithers going to be bed ridden for some time so she heals, so we have to entertain her a lot alright?” she asked grinning at Emilee, knowing the girl would be doing most of the entertaining.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Tank tilted his head a little. “there are three of you?” he asked blinking a little pondering then. “Armand on in Mothers head?” he asked, quickly realizing that One was not only not sear, but was not the angry one that Chandra had been talking to. Tank was dumb, but he was also very clever. He knew, and understood that One had three personalities, and was rather capable in deducing which one was which. “Tank understand what feel like, be locked up, treated bad, not know why.” he admitted smiling at One. “Tank protect Little Brother Sear.” he promised, just adopting the alien right then and there. He led the way back to the base, abandoning the food, they had plenty and the animals would enjoy the free meal. “Mother be happy to see you.” he decided. “she worried about Sear, big scary place this is... where Silence?” he asked wondering where the rock had gone. “sear be sad without Silence...”

he smiled as he was told they where friends. “Tank happy Sear and Armand and One are friends!” he chirped happily, not many knew it, but Tank was a little broken from his own captivity, he was trapped in an almost childlike state, much like Emilee was only dumber. But it made him cute and cuddly and loyal so it didn't affect his life like One's broken did. He froze however when One said that he was turning himself in and he grabbed the others wrist. “will NOT!” he stated, holding him gently, but firm so that One couldn't get away, well Tank liked to think so anyway. “not turning in! Divinity BAD BAD BAD!” he stated scowling at him. “better ways learn control.” he stated firmly. “take Lady Fate, or Mother helping to learn.” he glared at One. “won't let friend, won't let little brother go back bad cage.” he growled. “hide One! Make Divinity go away, keep One safe!”

Harnek pouted lightly, shaking his head a bit at her words. "Maybe not his fault, doesn't change that he caused it.. Making him extremely dangerous. And if what you say is right, unstable.. Not an individual, we want roaming our base..." He complained, nodding his head a few times. Her mentioning the younger Tank, when he first came here, caused Harnek to chuckle softly, and smile lightly with a shake of his head. "Indeed.. Emilia quite liked that, didn't she? I remember when that... That young lad.. Cant remember his name.. Was hitting on Emilia. Tank ended up breaking his leg, before even realizing Emilia doesn't even understand relationships. Hah." he chuckled to himself, treasuring the few fond memories his old existence offered.

Slither smiled widely as she was hugged, whimpering silently, as she nuzzled her head against Chandra's neck. "I'll never forget that, Mother." She whispered, smiling lightly as she looked up, frowning a bit again at Chandra's next words, sighing softly with a pout. "Really? Not.. Even i.. If I... Get better?" She asked in a whine, Chandra probably realizing she wasn't talking about when her bones had healed, but just when she was capable of standing, which could easily break the fractured bone. She smiled and nodded as Chandra neared the door. She pondered for only seconds, until she nodded again, and the door was opened. Emilia rushed in with a giggle, jumping up next to Slither, causing her to giggle as well, ruffling Emilia's hair gently. "You'll get better Slither! I'm sure!" Emilia said, jumping a bit in the bed. Ashalah smiled at little Emilia, as she entered as well, looking up to Chandra with a light frown, clearly having read through the lines, seen that something wasn't right. Yet she looked back down to Slither with a smile, as Slither agreed with Emilia.
Emilia looked up as Chandra asked for Tank, pouting lightly. "Uhm.. I told him to.. Ouh... He probably got lost in the base again.." She rolled her eyes, giggling lightly. Ashalah narrowed her eyes a bit, before swiftly looking to Chandra, not really expecting that was what'd happened.

----

One nodded at Tank's question, continuing towards the base as they spoke, still hovering lightly over ground. "Yes.. Armand, consists of a whole different mental reality. He only excists in minds, powerful enough for him to enter. That is, until I am no longer able to contain him.. He is the rage within me. He only peaks out, when ever I go dormant. One smiled lightly, nodding at Tank's words, unable to imagine how that would've been. He was not hurt during his captive. Not physically, at least. His dark red eyes turned to Tank, his dark lips smiling lightly, before he gazed forward again. "I thank you.. Sear will probably be in need of a friend, other then his stone." He said, a tentacle among the heavy hair writhing out from the others, wrapped around a stone. "I know of your Leaders worries. Of your Mothers generous heart. Her generousity, might very well be miss guided. I am a dangerous man, to show generosity. Yet I'll do my best, to keep you from any further danger."

Armand chuckled lightly at Tank's chirping, shaking his head a few time. "I and Armand.. Are not friends.. He is a vile, wrathful and blind creature.. He. Is the one, bearing the greatest danger. The one who understands out powers the best." He explained as they started approaching the base, before his wrist was grabbed by Tank. His dark eyes shot down a gaze towards Tank's hand. And so he gazed upon his eyes, staring deep within them, with a glance that could chill the strongest soldier. Slowly his eyes relaxed, as he slowly shook his head. "Divinity is no danger for me.. He is, however, for your world. If you should decide not to bring me in, Divinity would destroy this earth.." His voice had turned dark and shady, and his head shook as he ended. "With one point of his finger, this planet will burn. Your friends and family, swiped away with a single blast. Everything here, reduced to ash. I will not bid this fate upon your world for anything.. I will turn myself it.. With. Or without Chandra's help." He explained, a barrier pushing out from his wrist gently, yet surely, removing Tank's hand, so One could continue towards the base.

Chandra offered her daughter a small glare. “no, not even if you 'get better'.” he growled scowling harder. “you are not to get out of that bed until Harnek himself says it is safe to do so. If you get out of bed too soon your fractures could turn into breaks, and those won't heal darling.. please, promise me you'll stay in bed.” she pleaded, stroking slithers cheek. “promise me...” she pleaded biting her lip a little as she stroked her daughters cheek again, wanting Slither to promise, because Slither had never broken a promise before. She smiled as the other two walked in and sighed a little as she shook her head. “he must have gone to get Slither food, you know how he is, he seams to think Food can fix anything.” Chandra teased the man shaking her head as she got up. “i'll be right back Sil, I'm going to find you some things to entertain yourself with while your down.”

that was Chandra's usual course of things, she got everything they could ever want or need, and spent impossible amounts of time with them, entertaining and comforting them and doing whatever was needed to keep them in bed, tank was even harder to keep in bed than Slither was, Emilee was usually pretty content to stay in bed so long as she had her computer. Chandra had once spent three months in bed sulking at the ceiling, so she was pretty good about staying in bed. She returned with a TV, enough movies to fill the empire state building, three game systems and just as many games as movies. There was even drawing pads, pencils, markers, colored pencils, painting sets, her laptop, anything and everything was brought in to entertain slither for the days... weeks... months.... possibly years she would be in bed.

Tank smiled a little and nodded. “i be good friend for Sear.” he promised proudly, glad that he could be helpful before hesitating. “One not dangerous.” he protested, pouting at him. “Armand not dangerous, just need someone to love.” he stated. “Armand only need someone to care... Mother cares about Armand very much.” he admitted. “mother cares about everybody, Mother is good. Sear an One very good too. Just lonely, and scared.” he whined when the other looked at him with anger, looking a little bit afraid, but he didn't let go, brave or stupid as One had stated before. “divinity need earth, Tank not know why, but he do. Or Divinity would blow up already. Divinity bad man, would try destroy One, even at cost of planet. Better have one dead, than one in another's hands.” he stated, thinking how Divinity might be thinking.

“One and Sear Tank family too!” he complained. “Tank no let One and Sear in bad place! No let suffer!” he pleaded, his lips quivering as he tried to clutch harder, but no matter how had he gripped his hand was forced away and he sulked at One with tears in his eyes. “no let One and Sear suffer...” he pleaded as he followed One. “One is good... Tank know it, Tank protect big brother One and Little brother Sear.. Tank promises.” he stated leading the way to the elevator, deciding to just take the front entrance. “Cannot even be Sure One is one who destroys universe, could be Divinity destroys universe to get One.” he grumbled. “we stop Divinity, stop bad things from happen..”
