Alisa walked through the library, swaying her slender five foot eleven pale frame as she did, all the young men stared at her being distracted from their studies and research. She picked up Platos Symposium and glanced through a few pages before tucking it under her arm. Chewing gum and running her fingers through her jet black hair, she wasnt there to gather books, she was really after her next meal. Oh how she loved the young boys, she would find one, draw one in with her impeccable beauty and scent, her charm, she would bring them home, make love to them, and then right when they were at the height of pleasure she would bite them and satisfy her own needs, for blood gave her far more pleasure than sex.

He had how many books around him now? 5? 6? He didn’t really pay attention as he took pieces if information from each one. He had a notebook completely filled of different notations and equations. Alexander was on a breakthrough, a major one… and yet he was missing one thing. One minor piece of information that would just send this mystery tumbling down and solve itself. He got up and went through the bookshelves, completely absorbed in his work, sliding it out and heading back to his table. He flipped to the index, then halfway through the book… yes! That was it! He scribbled a few things down before closing the book. It was 10 minutes later that he put down his pencil and leaned back in his chair, stretching. It was about time he took a break. He had been at this for hours. So slowly, he took the books, putting them back where they belonged, careful to take his notebook with him.

Alisa looked over at this man frantically writing things down, he got up and looked for a book feverishly, found it and wrote something down, she followed him as he put up his books, as he was putting the last one on the shelf she leaned up against the opposite shelf behind him, "Watcha doin?" She said as she smiled careful to cover her fangs, "You seem like a smart guy, and i dig smart guys." She inhaled and exhaled sensually, "You ever hear of Pearl at Midnight, the club?" She smiled agian, she knew she had him, "Im actually headed there, and as weird as it seems im a bit of a geek too, I was here looking for a date and i wanted the most handsome smartest guy of the bunch." She got behind the man and whispered in his ear. "Are you that man?"

Alexander had been very careful to keep out of prying eyes, even if such feverent work brought those eyes on him. He was careful with the books as he was putting them back, almost religious in his care for them. As he heard the words spoken behind him, he was careful to shift the notebook into his coat. What was written in there was more valuable than his life. Even still, he did not turn to face her as he listened. Seemed like either a rick girl or a prep that wanted him to do their work for them. Her voice was sensual, but a frown crossed his face, even as she whispered into his ear. β€œThank you, but I-β€œ He chose that moment to turn around, and was silenced as he saw her. He didn’t recognize her from anywhere, but she surely was a beauty. β€œβ€¦ But I would love to go. I don’t have anything else to do.” He offered a soft smile to her, brushing a small lock of hair from his eyes. β€œMy name is Alexander. And you are?”

Alisa stared the man straight in the eyes seductively drawing him in further and further, "Alisa." She shook the mans hand, "Pleasure to meet you Alexander." she let his name pass through her lips like silk, "My driver is waiting outside lets go." She said as she grabbed the man by the hand and led him outside, there was a bently phantom parked at the curb and a man quickly got out and opened the door, she slid in and dragged Alexander inside with her, the man shut the door, got in the car and turned around to look at Alisa.

"Pearl at Midnight." She said, and the man nodded and started driving. She turned to Alexander, "So tell me, Alex, ever been to the Pearl at Midnight lounge?"

Alex took her hand without a second thought, somehow unable to look away from her eyes. They were surprisingly mesmerizing. But they soon broke, once she dragged him outside to her car. She had a driver? And she decided to pull him, out of most of the people around? He had no idea what was going on, to say the least. And he doubted that he ever would. Probably an elaborate joke. Well, he wasn’t laughing. And yet… somehow he was hoping it wasn’t.

β€œI can’t say that I have.” He said, with a soft chuckle before turning to her. Surprisingly mesmerizing. β€œI’ve heard good things about it, though. So it sounds like fun.”

Alisa smiled, this time she made a mistake, for a brief second she exposed her fangs, "Oh its a wonderful club, they have beer and liquor from all over the country, its so amazing, and theres dancing, a new dj every night, and theres food, so, much, delicious food!" She was ecstatic.

He saw it, for all of a half second, and he was curious, although he didn’t say anything about it. β€œSounds like a lot of fun.” He stayed silent the rest of the way there, just letting her excitement wash over him. He didn’t actually have anything to say, anyway. Her beauty was too distracting to say anything.

The car pulled up to the club and the driver got out, he was a gigantic man, almost seven feet tall and extrodinarly muscular, he opened Alisas door and she slid out, the main leaned over and stared into the car motioning for daniel to get out, the man was gigantic as big as a bodybuilder and clearly capable of protecting himself and Alisa, his had long dreadlocks and tattoos all over his body even his face, his eyes were red, whether it was from contacts or his regular color, you know he wouldnt say.

He sat still in the car for the longest time, staring at the man that had opened the door. He wasn’t fearful, just surprised. After a long minute, he got out, looking around. β€œLarge place. But you seem to know this place, to lead on!”

"Alisa grabbed the man by the hand and lead him into the club, people were dancing in cages, half naked bar tenders were walking around carrying trays of god only knows what type of drinks, she walked over and sat down at a booth, a topless waitress came by and she ordered something for her and him, and the waitress left, Alisa sat and people watched, but there was a strange hunger, a strange lust in her eyes, only she knew what it was, and she was hungry.

He let her grab him by the hand, dragging him through the club… and he was truly surprised. If anything, he did not expect to see topless dancers and waitresses. The embarrassment didn’t show on his face, though, and he sat down at the booth with Alisa, letting her order for him before he leaned back in his seat. β€œYou could have told me it was a strip club.” He said, with a smirk. β€œI would have brought some singles with me.”

"It isnt, its just the way I run this place, you will find there are naked men walking around as well." She smiled as the drinks arrived hers was a deep, dark red, and his was a glass of vodka with a red bull next to it, "I wasnt sure what you liked so i ordered the traditional poison of choice of people in this place, i hope you dont mind, its also my favorite as well." She took a deep sip of her drink and sat it down as she lit a cigarette, "So tell me about yourself, what do you do and what were you so frantically researching in that library?"

So she ran this place? That would answer… well, none of his questions. Their drinks came, hers the deep red and his the vodka, and he picked his glass up, trying to swirl it to test the weight for anything. It was a moment before it was swirling right, and he smiled slightly Good. He took a small drink before answering her. β€œI mostly study. I like to learn about the world, as much as I am able to. What I was doing in the library… simply finishing some work that I had to do. But I don’t like talking about myself much. Tell me about you.”

"Ahhh why dont we play a little game then, you tell me what you were researching and I might let you in on a little secret, something that may change your life forever." She took another sip as a naked man walked by followed by a few topless women, she smiled again, letting the entire world get a brief glance of her fangs, she didnt care she was in her element, and if this mortal really discovered her secret, or anyone else for that matter, she would simply kill them, end of story.

β€œA little secret? You mean like your teeth?” He simply smiled as he took a drink, looking into her eyes, avoiding her smile. β€œIt’s rather miraculous, really. I’ve never seen teeth like them. They’re almost like…” He shook his head slowly, eyes closing as he chuckled. β€œNo, that’s silly. Anyway, I cannot tell you what I was researching. That is secret information. Even if you looked at my notes, you wouldn’t be able to read them.

"What about my teeth, do tell me, you are intelligent, ask a question you might get an answer you are already expecting, you already know what i am, so either ask your question or say what i am." She took another deep drink and gave him another brief glance of her fangs just to confirm his hypothesis.

He swallowed a little hard as he saw the fangs flashed to him, almost dangerously. β€œYou have sharper and longer… well… fangs. It’s not unheard of for a person to have them, although they’re rare enough to have that size that it isn’t usually seen.” He took another drink to wet his throat. It was starting to get dry from his eyes on hers. β€œYou could be… well… a Vampire… but that’s unheard of. There’s no such thing… is there?” He chuckled, halfway.

Alisa took a deep breath, "Your blood type is B negative, as a child you had asthma every now and then it still flares up, you are wearing hair spray along with a cologne that has a high alcohol content, earlier today you had a sandwich for lunch it was peanut butter with strawberry jelly and last but not least, you havent washed your hands in the last four hours." She smiled and took another sip of her drink.

A frown crossed his face as he looked at her satisfied smile, watching her drink before he said anything. β€œEverything but the asthma and hair spray. Still, the fact that you hit a few of those things is… well, extraordinary. Tell me. How did you do that?”

"Oh i wasnt worried about the asthma and hair spray, your blood type was what was the most correct, no?" She smiled, and got close to him and whispered in his ear, "I can smell it, the other things i just made up and got lucky as to not make you scream once you realized." She kissed him on the neck and rubbed her fangs up against it, as she whispered, "I am a vampire."

β€œYou’re right.” He said. And then she finished her words, kissing and teasing his neck with her fangs. A cold chill went down his spine. So it was true. And here she was, teasing him. His face paled slightly. β€œPlease don’t kill me.” He managed to whisper, subconsciously shifting to put the notebook behind him in his jacket.

"If i wanted to, I would have done it in the car." She whispered back, she then sat back in her chair and took another sip of her drink and a drag of her cigarette, one of the topless women walked by and sat another identical drink on the table, she finished the rest of the drink she had been working on and started on the other one, she was wondering if at all the man knew that she knew what he was researching, and she wanted to let him in on all the secrets, for a price, of course."

β€œThat’s… reassuring.” He whispered, letting his eyes close as she leaned back to her seat. He took a deep breath before finishing his drink. β€œWhat do you want of me.” He said softly, just loud enough for her to hear. β€œYou have me here for a reason. What is it?”

Alisa smiled, "I know what you are after, and I just want to help you, if you had clear evidence that a vampire existed then it would change your life, and all your work wouldnt it?" she took a sip of her drink, "So why dont you conduct an interview with me, using no names and ill give you enough information that anyone reads your report will have no choice but to believe in the fact that you actually talked to a vampire, what I want from you, you will know after the interview is over."
