One of my favorite authors, least for the type of books he writes, also speaks to future LEOs, and military cadets.
I dont agree with everything he has written and in my opinion there are some serious holes in some of his theories. But much of what he says makes sense.
One of my favorite speeches is called On Sheep, Wolves and Sheepdogs. I would greatly appreciate it if you give me your opinions on it. But while reading it please remember the context in which it was written. It was designed for the young LEOs out there. But can be read and applied to normal everyday citizens as well.
