Roxanne seemed a bit surprised when he escorted her out of the pet store and walked her into a limo that was waiting outside to the two of them. As he began to stroke the dogs head gently she opened her sleepy eyes and looked at up at Nathan. Roxanne then gave Nathan address. "It's only a few blocks over from work." She said and as she waited for him to tell his driver she told herself that she should get used to Nate spoiling her because she figured he wouldn't have it any other way, since she was his girlfriend.
 
Nathan nodded and gave the address over to the driver, who simply nodded and began to drive slowly and casually. There were hardly any bumps within the car thanks to how new the vehicle was and how well it was maintained. He leaned over and laid his head on Roxanne's lap, next to the puppy but he closed his eyes. "If you do not mind, I am going to rest my head for a few moments. I will still talk if you want to though."
 
Roxanne watched as he leaned over and laid her head so that it rested on his lap next to Cassie and closed his eyes after giving his driver the dress. While she held the puppy with one hand Roxy moved her free hand down to hold his hand, lacing her fingers with his. "Shh, my love. Why don't you just rest for a few minutes. I'm sure you've had a long day." She said, sure that before she had arrived at work he had been super busy just as he had been while she sat in his office.
 
"Enough with the whole 'my love' bit. It was fine earlier but use it too much and it loses its shine. Just use my name like I use yours." He said as he closed his eyes and held her hand gently, holding it to his chest as he began to snore lightly as he lay there on her lap. within moments they would arrive to her place, and the driver would signal this to Nathan and Roxanne. Nathan yawned and sat up before looking up and ordering the man to stay in the driveway. "Alright. Lets go in."
 
At his comment she took it as him snapping at her and while she didn't pull her hand away from his she fell silent, not going to say another word to him the rest of the way there. When they got there she nodded and as she got out gently pulled her hand away from Nathan's. Now she used her free hand to pull her keys from her bag and walked up the path to the door. As she put her key into the lock and unlocked the door she could hear him walking up to the door behind her and she left the door open upon walking in. "You can look around if you like, Nate." She said, looking over her shoulder and glancing back at him as she walked over to the kennel she had ready for Cassie. It was big enough in size to fit her as an adult.
 
When Nathan walked inside, he did indeed look around. "Interesting...Its pretty simple in here." He replied as he continued to look before turning to look to her. He walked over to Cassie's pen and reached down to pet the dog. "Hm...Wonder how this one will grow up." He shrugged. "Whatever...Are you ready to go, Roxanne?" He said as he turned to her and took her hand, waiting for her to answer him.
 
Roxanne let out a small laugh at his comment and looked at him as he walked over to Cassie's kennel. "What exactly were you expecting? I mean, I'm sure you know by now that what you see is what you get with me, I don't go out of my way to hide things." She said with a shrug as he reached out to pet the puppy. "My mom and dad breed pit bulls so a very general description that seems to apply to almost any pit is they grow up to be loyal to a fault to those it sees as his or her pack. She'll be very gentle and loving to her pack, so both you and I, as well as anyone else whom you or I trust who is around her enough. With strangers she'll cautiously approach them and should anyone try and hurt us she'll be ready to protect either of us with her life, if needed." She said, giving him a very general description of how the breed was. "Let's just say a Pit Bull has saved my life more than once and I have come to love the breed." She added. When he took her hand she glanced down at their hands before nodding. "I'm ready when you are."
 
Nathan turned and led her out to the limosine. Once inside, he pulled her in with him and sat her down on his lap before telling the driver to take a cruise around the town. He'd tell him when to stop when Nathan or Roxanne would see something that would catch their eye, preferably a shop more than likely given they were cruising around the city. "Any places in this place you recommend?" Nathan asked Roxanne as he looked out the window and watched as the stores went by while the limo drove.
 
As they climbed into the back of the limo Roxanne seemed a bit tense, although when she could feel herself being pulled into his lap she relaxed some. When he asked her if there were any places she would recommend she leaned back so that her head rested against his shoulder and shrugged. "Depends, what exactly are you wanting to do? If you were wanting to take me up on my offer of modeling some things for you the best place to go is the mall, though." She said before closing her eyes.
 
"Then the mall, we shall go." He said as he ordered the limousine driver to take them directly to the largest mall around. It would be some minutes before they'd get there. Nathan kept her in his lap and wrapped his arms around her stomach and held her close as he looked to her. "Forgive me if I know nothing of the area. I do not tend to go to such public places so....frequently and openly."
 
As she felt his arms wrap around her stomach while she remained in his lap Roxanne looked up at him. "I understand why you don't." She said with a shrug, understanding that when something illegal did happen and he was questioned by the police he needed an alibi and being out in public alone or even with some of the men that worked for him didn't make an ideal one. "However, you don't need to allow yourself to be seen with me in public just to make me happy, Nathan." She said as she continued to look up at him. While she didn't doubt that he wanted to show her off both to his men and to average people she couldn't help but to think that trying to keep her happy was part of it too. "I love you." She said softly, in almost a whisper.
 
Nathan had heard her and shook his head. "Do not say that L word just yet." He murmured as he looked to her. "It is too early to call this love, and only moments ago yesterday we had hated each other's guts to the point where I almost didn't feel anything at all for you." He said with a shrug. "Let us simply date and see where this goes."
 
Roxanne shrugged and closed her eyes. "Fine, I won't say it if you don't want me to." She said with a sigh. Roxy knew he was right, at least partially. Why a day ago she had acted as if she couldn't stand him she had been nowhere near hating him. "Fine, we'll see where it goes." She said, although it seemed there was something on her mind that she wasn't telling him. "So... Where do you want to go in the hall?" she asked, hoping the subject change was enough to keep him from asking what was on her mind.
 
Nathan shrugged. "You're the civil person. You tell me. I don't know these places or what there is to do. You'll just have to lead me around until we leave." He said with a yawn as his eyes stayed closed as he laid his head in her lap. He didn't catch on to what she was feeling, that she was hiding something from him. He was just going along with whatever happened and was not really thinking hard about things at that moment.
 
Roxanne watched with a sigh as he rested her head in her lap, not moving her hand down and resting it on his head like she had before, when he had used her lap as a pillow on the ride to her place so that they could drop Cassie off at her new home. "I don't care what we do." She said with a shrug. "We could go get something to eat after some shopping, I guess. But if you don't want to, that's fine too." She said.
 
Nathan frowned as he opened an eye and looked at her. "Whats wrong?" He asked out of annoyance. He didn't understand why she would be so annoyed. He was telling her that she could go wherever she wanted yet she didn't know. He wished that she wasn't so simple when it came to making decisions.
 
Roxanne looked down at him when he spoke. "I never said anything was wrong. "Nathan, I'm not gonna be that complicated. I'm well aware you have the money to both take me wherever I want to go and get me anything I could ever want but honestly just spending time with you outside of work is good enough for me. That and maybe the chance to see you happy." She said with a shrug. "If you want me to tell you exactly where I want to go as far as the mall foes I will. But, I guess I'm not used to being treated right by a man." Roxanne said, not going into detail, figuring he would ask if he wanted to know.
 
Nathan shook his head. "Alright whatever..." Was all he said in a mumble as he waited for the driver to head to the mall. Eventually they would arrive and Nathan would have fallen asleep in her lap by now, arms hugging her lightly as his face buried itself into her stomach as a pillow. He seemed kiddy compared to how strict he usually was.
 
Roxanne sighed, not bothering to say anything else. She figured anything she could say would only aggravate him further. As his head remained in her lap and he eventually fell asleep Roxanne began to run her fingers through his hair. She then watched as his arms wrapped around her stomach and his face buried itself in her stomach. It made Roxy smile to know that despite his usual strict and tough exterior that he did have a softer side. As she continued to stroke his hair Roxy looked out one of the windows, allowing her mind to wander.

About twenty minutes later when his driver was driving into the mall parking lot Roxy gently shook Nathan. "Nate.. We're here." She said softly.
 
Nathan groaned and held his head as he had gotten a headache from the sudden awakening that came from Roxanne. He sat up and rubbed his eyes and looked out to see they were at the mall. "So we are...Driver...You're allowed to wander the premises until I phone you to return to the limo. You are to be absolutely certain you are back before us, as I do not wish to wait." He turned to Roxanne. "Well then...shall we be off into the mall then?"
 
Roxanne watched as Nathan sat up and rubbed his eyes, continuing to keep her eyes on him as he spoke to the driver. When he finally turned to her she nodded and smiled weakly at him. "I'm ready when you are."
 
He began to lead her into the mall, not really knowing where to go first. He just began to walk around until something would catch his or her eye. He had noticed a food court several times but said nothing, keeping it in the back of his mind so he knew that he could eat some mall food for the first time.
 
"So, any ideas of where you want to go first, Nate?" She asked as they began to walk through the mall. Looking around as they wandered around she had noticed several lingerie stores. As they walked she tried to think of the things he might pick out for her to try on, having no doubt that whatever he picked would be much sexier than the things he wished for her to wear in his meetings, since they would be for his eyes only.
 
"I've seen many stores that I've wanted to go in, but I am here for you...But if you insist...Let us go and try on some lingerie for you...And then maybe fool around inside a stall if you get horny enough from being watched." He said with a smirk as he took her hand and led her into the nearest one. "Go on and go try some on...Surprise me."
 
"I do insist because I'm certain you'd love to see your..." She paused, seeming somewhat hesitant to use the word, unsure of how he would react to her use of the word. "Girlfriend in some sexy little outfits that are or your eyes only." She finished before smiling at him. "You mean we'll fool around if I get you horny enough." She joked, although she knew full well it would turn her on as she more or less performed for him in the dressing room; modeling all sorts of different things for him. As he took her hand and lead her into the nearest lingerie store. As they walked in together she looked around, trying to find something that made her look sexy yet beautiful as well as something that Nathan would like. "Okay, go wait back by the dressing room and I shall surprise you with something." She said, giving him a beck on the lips before letting go of his hand so he could go wait for her. "After all, it wouldn't be a surprise if you saw what I picked out."
