Eve had finished dinner and went upstairs to grab something from her room. She wasn't really worried about seeing the boy with a towel on or clothes. She sat it down on the table for him before turning around to make her fathers plate. She put it in the microwave for him to keep it warm before finally getting her own plate. She placed it on the table before turning around to go to the fridge. "What would you like to drink?" she asked as she opened up the fridge. "We don't have any soda right now, but daddys gettin some for ya tonight... Thought you might like that at least."

"just water is fine." he said as he began to eat his food, a bit surprised it actually tasted pretty good. "Im a farm girl," she said, looking over her shoulder at him. "Of course I can cook," she then poured herself some lemonade before starting to get him a glass of water. She handed him his food before finally sitting to start eating her own. She smiled as she took the first bite, then just about jumped as she heard a truck door slam outside. She had almost forgotten about her father. She then hopped up and grabbed a plate for himself and hurried about to get him some milk for his dinner.
 
He chuckled softly and continued to eat before almost laughing as she jumped out of her chair upon hearing the truck door. "You put a plate in the microwave remember? I think the fumes from the paint and crap affected you more than me." he said with a laugh as he pointed at the microwave which was blinking showing something was in it awaiting a setting to be punched in.

Eve rolled her eyes as she put the plate down on the table then took her seat. She then started to sit down returnig to her eating. She sighed softly as she looked over towards the door, her father walking in. She then smiled, "Everythings ready. Eat first then we'll get the groceries."

He watched her set the stuff down for her father and simply sat there and continued eating his food, soon finishing it before both of them. "Food was good. I'll go get the groceries." he said as he got up to head out to the truck, almost tripping over the dog as it walked around his legs again.
 
Eve chuckled softly as she looked him over before continuing with her dinner, talking with her father about things. She then smiled as they got onto the conversation of him, how he did that day while he was gone and so on. "Yeah, no, dad... I do believe he'll do pretty well. He might take a little while of adjusting though," she said as she started to take another bite of her pork chop. She then smiled as the boy walked into the kitchen with all the groceries.
 
He went out to the truck, again followed by the dog as he went to the truck to grab the groceries. He sighed and reached down to try and pet the dog. "there that what you wanted?" he said as he gave the dog a quick scratch on the head before grabbing and carrying in the groceries. As he walked in he heard them talking about him and simply ignored it, moving over to set the groceries on the counter before beginning to look where all the stuff went to put it away.
 
"Don't worry about that," she said to him with a smile, before starting to get up. She put the rest of her food in the fridge and then started to put the groceries away. When she was done she bid her father and him a good night and went up stairs for a nice long shower. She got goosebumps from anticipation, it had been a long day for her.
 
He watched her practically push him away when he began to put away groceries. He shrugged and headed upstairs to his new room for the duration of his stay. By the time he was coming out of his room, Eve was in the shower.
