Then she turned her blue eyes to Ken and gently patted his back "Its okay Ken... I collect Action Figures too....Lara Croft....Luke Skywalker..." She shrugged her shoulders with a giggle before she looked to her step-father. "You told me you had some dinner plans for us tonight?" She asked gently and smiled

When Ken heard that she was also a collector, his cheeks became red as well. She collected nerdy action figures too? She was perfect! Every other girl he had met thought that was a terrible habit. "Thanks... That's nice to know. Maybe we can compare one day." he said, happily. He and Michael both looked to their father when she mentioned dinner.
Michael said, "Dinner? I never heard about this." and laughed.
Their father smiled. "Yeah. I thought I'd take us all out some where nice to eat. How does Red Lobster sound?" he asked, knowing Ken and Michael liked it.

Amberleigh let out a soft laugh as she looked to her step-brothers with a smile and then looked to her step-father. "Red Lobster? We didn't have one of those in my town... sure I like lobster.." she said gently with a smile and looked to her new family, Even though her mother was gone these men made her feel wanted and special again.
Hearing the location he had picked, the two brothers smiled. "Mmmm..." Michael exclaimed, looking over to Amberleigh. A good dinner after a fun afternoon.
Their father grabbed the car keys and looked at the trio beside him. "Great, let's go! I can't wait. I'm quite hungry after work all day." he said with a laugh.
Ken walked over, standing beside Amberleigh. "Hmm.. Do you care if I sit by you?" he said, smiling and acting a little shy.

When Ken moved beside her and acted abit shy Amberleigh found herself blushing slightly as she nodded. "S-sure... Im okay with that.." She smiled gently to him before turning her blue eyes towards Michael a moment and then slipped into the back seat of the car with Ken while Mike and their dad sat in the front.
