Novack bit back a growl at Alexis trying to talk Shade into things still. Getting up he made his way through the crowd and outside of the building where he waited off to the side of the door so he would be out of sight. A grin touched his face as he leaned against the wall, arms crossed over his chest, as she stayed tapped into Shade's mind.

Shade sighed lightly as she got up. "Actually, i think i'll be going for a little while. Forgot a few things that i didn't take care of back in my dorm." She told them.

From the corner of his eye he could see the guy walking away and disappearing through the crowd. Drake excused himself to the girls, leaving it up to Alexis to talk to her on her own and using his bathroom break excuse to move away.

Going through the crowd he started to look for the guy. But he couldn't find him anywhere inside on the ground floor. He briefly considered that he might have left so he walked outside to see if he could spot him there but he couldn't. Sighing to himself that he had lost sight of him he turned around to head back inside to rejoin Alexis and Shade. Thinking how he might make good on the threat that Alexis had uttered by slinging her over his shoulder and carrying her upstairs himself.

But as he turned around he saw the guy standing next to the door, arms crossed and pretty much minding his own business. Not for long if Drake could help it as he stepped up to him. "Hey there, I'm Drake. I haven't seen you around here before. What brings you to our humble little abode?" He asked him. He knew the answer was obvious but he just wanted to get a bit of small talk going to see if he could learn more about the man.

On the inside though he felt it was uncanny how the guy, who had only been watching from a distance and left after that to boot knew exactly how Shade was behaving.

He also mentioned an interest in joining the omegas. While it could just as easily be a lie he thought he'd talk a little more about him, make his lie more elaborate, make him dig himself a deeper hole so it would be easier to catch him out and reveal what he was really doing here. "Ah, thank you for your interest. Out of curiosity who from the omegas do you know that might help you getting in? People usually need to know a current member of the omegas as well as a fairly good list of credentials to be even considered to join. Maybe if you tell me something about that I could perhaps tell you what your chances are in joining."

Alexis noted Drake get up and search the place and them that he had gone to confront the stalker guy. sighing she no longer gave shade a choice as she grabbed her hand "come on ill give you a quick tour and then you and i will hit the town in my car and find somethign better to do then this party" she told her knowing well somethign was up. without lettign shade protest she dragged her up stairs to her room and shut the door behind them as she then used her vampiric powers to put a shield up in the room so that if someone was influencing her then they no longer could. as she did this she studied shade carefully.

He suddenly added, a hard glare on his face as he watched Drake carefully for a moment.

Shade looked around the room for a second, studying the details before looking to Alexis. "Nice room you got here." She said with a smile.
