Coming up to Ashley, "At least we'll be able to have a fire tonight." Smiling at her he turned around and waited for her to climb onto his back.

Opening the poptart pack, Andy handed on to her before looking around the area. Setting next to her, he pulled out the map and tried to figure out how far they had walked. "If I'm right we should be about here," he said pointing at the map, "Looks like we have a town to the west that should be close enough to get to before it gets dark. We might be able to find someplace there to hold up for a day or two."
 
Ashely toke the pop tart in her hand,and began eating. Watchign her brother sit next to her,pulling out a map. she looked over his shoulder,at the many areas that could work as a hide out."maybe we can find an abndoned house or something,you to hide for awhile.until we find someplace new.'She said,taking another bite of her pop tart. 'We shoudl get there by nightfall I hope.'she added,finishing her food.
 
Finishing his own poptart, Andy smiled at her, "We'll get there before nightfall. We just might have to walk a little in the dark until we find a house to hold up in." he said wrapping his arm around her. Kissing her gently, "Then we'll start looking for someplace we can call home. A nice place where we can raise our family," he said before standing up. Folding the map up, he held out his hand for her, "Lets go love..."

"Oh I'm sure they're awake... I'm hoping they won't miss us until tonight. By then we'll have a full day on them. It being Saturday they won't expect to see much of us..." he said giving her hand a squeeze. "I will never let you go back to that hell hole. Your place is with me just as mine is with you."

Starting to walk toward the town on the map. Andy could help but pray that he was right and they wouldn't miss them until later. He knew that if anyone was missed it would be Ashley. Their father had been trying to fuck his little sister for over a year now. It was only by luck that he hadn't.

Walking for several hours, it was nearly dark before they reached the first house. Seeing the lights Andy stopped, "We'll keep to the woods as much as possible. Keep an eye out for any house that's dark. We'll check them to see if anyone lives there."
