Aiden looked up and saw her wrapped in a towel and still dripping wet. He smiled and shook his head. "You are going to get my entire house soaked if you walk around wet like that." He smiled as he shook the two bags he had in his hands. He had to try and divert his eyes from the sight in front of him. Not a pet, not a princess, she is a fighter. Trained to kill or be killed. He thought to himself as he sighed. "I have some clothes for you to recover in. After that we can both go and buy some outfits for your job." He said, eluding to the fact of her fighting experience. He smiled and started his way to her room. He was excited to see her in some of these outfits, for reasons other than battling.

"For my job?" She asked as she turned following him to her room. Looking at him with a curious look but walked by him grabbing the bags from him. Walking to her bed she poured the contents out on the bed seeing the skirts and pants. Couple of shirts. "Pants?" She asked with a slight giggle though she removed the towel from her form and slipped into the pants and slit the back open. There she pulled the shirt over herself having her sore wings popping out of it. "Your butler saw the wounds. Told him I was in trouble and you helped me. I know of your..position in this society. Didn't want that to be tainted." She said with a smile as she braided her wet hair back then formed it in a bun.

"How was I to know what to buy for you?" He asked as he shrugged his shoulders innocently. He turned around when she started to get dressed and smiled to himself. He figured she must not be used to such privacy. He couldn't imagine what it would be like to have all these people watching him do everything.

"Thank you for not letting it slip as to what you do. That would most likely cause more harm than good if it got out that there is an arena fighter here." He said seriously. He braved to turn and saw that she was dressed and doing her hair up. "How are you feeling after a nice night of sleep? I hope the storm didn't keep you up too long. You looked quite peaceful this morning before I had left." He said as he remembered the position she was in when he did see her this morning.

"Last night someone came in and laid blankets over me. Even though I was laying on top of the comforter...I think that is what you call it." She said as she pointed to the large plush blanket that had imprints of her form on it. "I didn't think you wanted me to get out since the way you've dressed last night and such..." She said as it seemed she studied human behavior as she wasn't JUST a fighter but a person with a mind.

"So that was you who got me up." She said as she turned to look at him. Smiling slightly as she folded the other clothes up. "What did you mean clothes for my job?"

"Ah yes, I had dressed strange because I was going to the fights. I can't exactly have people know about that little piece of information. I have to find a way to explain why I am around you in public and not bring up any kind of suspicion." He said as he looked over to the mattress and smiled. "Yes that was me. I thought you might have gotten cold and I didn't want you to get sick after your injuries." He said as he returned the smile and nod of the head. "Yes, we need to find you something for when we get you back into the ring. That outfit you wore from your previous owner was a joke of an outfit. We will have you wear something that will make people want to see you win, they will know you are the best fighter of all time." He said, his voice starting to fill with excitement as he thought of standing at the edge of the arena rooting her on as she dominates yet another foe in front of her. His smile stretched almost the full length of his face as he let out a happy sigh.

Listening to the tone of his voice but her cheeks redden as he seemed excited about this. "You...You think I can still fight?" She asked him in a low tone as if she was still processing what he just said. Looking up at him wondering what she could wear that would encourage others to want her to win. "You know those skimpy outfits were to promote sex and violence. Plus no armor in the ring to make things even." She said to him though shook her head as she sat back on the bed but she remembered the butler rushing out of the bathroom after hearing Aiden's voice. "I am guessing you'd never approve of your butler seeing me naked?" she asked with a soft laugh. "After a shower I asked help from him to tend to the wounds on my back." She explained as she didn't want that older male to lose his only source of income because of her.

The cloud that Aiden was on dropped as soon as she mentioned his butler helping her with her wounds. It was not the fact that he had seen her naked, although that didn't make him happy either. It was the fact that he had come in to help her instead of getting a medic or someone with better experience involved. He sighed as he shook his head. "I would rather have either done it myself, or found you a personal medic to do it." He grumbled slightly as he let out a small sigh. He brought his smile back on his face as he looked up at her. "Skimpy outfits promote sex, and the arena itself promotes the violence. We want something that will have you remembered. Something that can be recognized in a crowd. Something that screams your name through the heavens themselves. Let the poor and lonely bet on sex when you have skill." He said, calmer than he had last time. He held out his hand and lowered his head to her. "How would you like to join me for a nice lunch out in my field? I am sure you are becoming stir crazy from being locked inside." Those under his father's pay knew not to say anything about what went on in the house, so they would be quite safe as long as they stayed out of view of the public.

"I asked for his help, Aiden...He mentioned you instructed him to help me when I needed it." she pointed out but when he lowered his head to her she leaned back to add space between them. Even if her being around naked men or seen fighters being bred to create a better fighter, she was shy still when it came for her being close to a male. Though with him promising food she nodded to him. "Mind...Not getting so close.." She said as she slipped out from under him. True his butler did see her naked but he also noticed her claws were always in sight. Slowly she shifted from Aiden as her face was still red.

Aiden smiled and nodded his head. "Alright, I will keep my distance." He said innocently as he walked over to the door and lead her towards the kitchen. He smiled as he looked at all the lavish decorations from all across the land. He was used to picking up things on his travels, normally as a front for his arena trips. He smiled as they reached the nice size kitchen. "Can we get two small meals to take outside with us?" He asked the cook who nodded and went feverishly into cooking. Aiden turned to Lillian and smiled brightly. "We can wait in the dining room for our food and then we can head out for the meal." He said as he lead her to what could be easily mistaken for a banquet hall. "My father used to hold grand parties here and we would feed every single one of them whatever they wished. That was, before he fell ill." He said with a small sigh. He loved his father, although they weren't as close as when he was younger.

With him leading her out of her room she followed him down the stairs to the kitchen. There the new sights of things did catch her eye. Looking around as his movement lead her away to the large hall. There she stopped frozen as she heard him speak of his father. Smiling softly as she walked up behind him as her hand touched his back. "Be lucky...You can remember your father and you have him here..." she said with a soft smile. Though she walked around him exploring the paintings and the vases. She didn't dare to touch or get close to the vases they had.

Aiden sighed as he felt her hand on his back. He didn't consider what it would be like to not know his father, or to not even have him around. When his mind finally cleared he watched her exploring the room. She appeared to be careful around everything which made him feel confident that there wouldn't be much problems with her in the house. In a matter of moments, the cooks had a large basket that had been filled with food. Aiden smiled and thanked the cook. "Come, let us eat. I know I am getting hungry myself." He said as he waited for her to join him again and lead her out the back into the expansive yard full of shrubs and flowers. A small pond with a tall lone tree standing next to it. "How about there?" He asked pointing to the tree with a smile. "It was my favorite spot as a kid."

The smell of food brought her out of her curious state. Turning around as she quickly followed him outside where he pointed out to the tree. "Alright..." Sadly with her being outside she had the urge to go flying in the air. Looknig to her sliced wing seeing it wasn't healed. Sighing sadly as she followed him to the tree where she stood just looking around. He was her owner now and it felt odd for him to treat her like this as if he was "spoiling" her in a way. "I've never been treated like this before." she said suddenly as she sat down in the soft grass then laid back looking up at the dancing leaves.

Aiden wasn't naive as to how the other owners normally treat their fighters. Most breed them for stronger fighters and give them less than acceptable conditions. "Well I am not like the other trainers or owners. They are worried about making money. I don't care for the money, I have the money. I prefer the fight, the sight of two being in a natural area surviving. The drama of the rise and fall of a hero. When you are here, you are not just a fighter. You are a member of this family." He said as he set the food down and opened up the basket. He grabbed a sandwich that was in there and began to eat. "If it makes you feel any better, I have never 'owned' anyone before so this is all new to me as well." He said as he looked at his sandwich and then back to the pond.

Looking over as he seemed to understand why she was kinda awkward with these conditions though she sat up as he mentioned she was a member of his family. Smiling at the thought of it as she grabbed her own plate and sank her teeth into the meat. Eatting in silence as she didn't look over at him for awhile. Though she was done she laid back stretching her wings and arms out. Moaning in delight as she relaxed suddenly feeling as if everything was just right at that moment.

He ate in silence as well, enjoying the openness of the field. He heard her laying down and he looked over to her. She had her wings spread out and she seemed happy. Suddenly a curious question came to his mind, one he had often asked the wildlife of the area. "How does it feel?" He asked before he thought to clarify himself. "To fly, I mean. How does it feel to be up in the sky and watch as the world just rushes past you?" He had always wondered when he would see birds in the sky, or others of her kind fly as if there was nothing to it.

After hearing his question as she really never thought about it. Laying there in silence as she tried to put it in words. "Its jsut...a feeling I can't explain. Tell me what its like to swim under water..." She said as she looked over at him. "When I fly I'm free from the fighting and the worries if I will survive the next fight. I do fear death at times, Aiden. Though when I'm fighting everything just disappears just like when I'm flying. There are some things I can't explain or describe to you..." she said as she looked over at him. "How about this...When my wing heals I'll take you up there." She said with a smile as she pointed up to the clouds.
