I have recently had a craving where I play a complete and total tool whose girlfriend is so in love with him, adores him so blindly that doesn't seem to understand that he treats her like crap.

More then just the standard bad guy and good girl where he becomes nicer or she becomes corrupted, he will continue to be a complete ass and she will retain her innocence, blindly believing that she he loves her no matter what others say...

I'm interested in this and, since you said that she retains her innocence, is it possible to keep the sexual component out of it?
 
I'm sorry but while I did picture this being plot heavy I did intend for there to be a sexual aspect
