The Ranch, as the team has taken to calling the abandoned bunker they've currently requisitioned as their base of operations, is really just an old bunker that once served troops during the Cold War, but has long since been abandoned and forgotten. The team has set the place up to serve as both a living quarters and a rally point, in case they get scattered and need to regroup. Being out in the countryside and away from prying eyes makes it the perfect hideout for a group of soldiers on hostile ground.

While, technically, Russia might not be considered enemy territory in general, there has been a faction on the rise that has quickly been gaining the interest of the people. This faction, calling themselves the Crimson Dawn, has one primary goal. They want to restore the USSR and reestablish its dominance in the Eastern Hemisphere, not to mention they wouldn't mind 'American Trash' a bit of payback for playing a large role in the crumbling their beloved empire.

The Ranch has been divided into sections, all serving a specific purpose. The communications center allows them to keep in touch with the friendlies across the border, using encrypted messages, and at the same time allows them to receive enemy transmissions, and often just a bunch of useless chatter, and on occasion some idiot having phone sex with his girlfriend on an unsecured line.

The barracks, of course, is where the team sleeps when they're at the bunker, being little more than a few cots scattered about with old footlockers serving as storage for their personal effects. The leader, Ace, even sleeps here with the rest of them, often saying "The team that sleeps together grows together." Of course some of the team members may have taken his meaning a bit differently than he intended...

The storage area is where the team keeps most of their supplies, along with equipment they have either brought along, or have managed to 'requisition' (John insists that 'stealing' is such a harsh word and simply has no finesse to it) over the course of their mission, having been there for a month already.

A section of the bunker has also been converted into a medical bay of sorts, although a rather crude one, where wounds are treated when received. Most of the team members tend to try and avoid going there if they can, however, since the medic tends to be a bit of a psychopath and apparently is just as willing to test her new 'truth' serum cocktails on team members as she is on enemies.

Finally, a small area of the Ranch has been set up for practicing personal combat, with a few makeshift training dummies and an area for sparring with a partner. Outside the bunker, a few targets have also been set up for marksmanship practice, though a rule has been implemented that one can only practice with a silencer to keep from giving away their position, just in case enemy troops might be coincidentally nearby.

Whether they love it or hate it, the Ranch is currently 'home' for the team, and living in close quarters does get a little stressful from time to time. They usually manage to find ways to deal with it and ease the tension, however...

Walking into the compound after having been out on his own for a bit, scouting the grounds near the Ranch, as he did on a daily basis, Ace sighed to himself as he began to remove some of his equipment. First to go was the shoulder strap that held his twin 1911 Colt .45 pistols, tossing it onto the table near his bed as he sat on his cot. He then pulled the tieback from his hair to let it fall around his shoulders before running a hand through it to push some from his face. Looking around, seeing the barracks was empty at the moment, he felt a bit of relief. It was nice to have silence, given the chaos that usually encompassed the small compound. Grabbing the hem of his shirt, he began to pull it off slowly, raising it over his head and tossing it aside, letting the cool air offer some comfort to a tightly muscled, somewhat scarred, and tattooed torso.

Finally, after taking a few minutes to relax, he stood once more, heading for the area of the barracks where they had set up some showers, which were really little more than modified garden hoses being secured to the wall by brackets with some canvas pulled around them for a small measure of privacy. Grabbing a towel, he began to remove the rest of his clothes, starting with his boots, then the fatigues that covered his legs, finally getting out of them and stepping into the 'shower'. Reaching up, he turned on the water, jumping a bit from the cold liquid before it began to warm up, having set up a water heater for it to run through before coming through the nozzle. It was Russia, after all, which wasn't exactly a tropical paradise. The fact was, this damn place stayed cold enough to freeze the balls off a bull year round. That was just one more reason for people to complain, of course, but Ace never seemed to have much to say about it.

Getting his hair wet, he reached for the soap and began to lather his head, then started on his neck and shoulders, working his way down. He had to wonder what the others were up to, but pushed the thought aside as he simply let the warm water soothe his tired muscles after hours of walking the hillsides around the compound. Even though they had managed to remain here undetected for a month, so far, he didn't take any chances, and patrolled every day just to be sure their position hadn't been compromised in any way, and to handle the situation if it had. For the moment, though, he was at ease, a state the team rarely ever saw him in, and not quite as alert as he normally would be.

There went Ace, walking into the compound following another lengthy patrol. "Pew...pew pew pew," Reks whispered to himself, one eye squinted, one side of his face grinning, as he watched the unit leader through the reticle of his scoped pistol from nearly a field and a half away. Not that pistols were accurate at that distance. Not that he'd shoot anyway. Guard duty was boring, though, especially when it was self-imposed. But Reks had insisted on that, that at least someone be keeping an eye on the perimeter whenever possible. Being the one whose job it was to hang back from the group, typically alone, the boredom wasn't something he was a stranger to. This was just one way of amusing himself.

Once Ace entered the compound the scoped pistol lowered. 'Longbow,' the precision expert of the group, sat up in a tree over by the shooting range. The targets had already been shot to shit and he didn't feel like hopping down yet to change them, opting instead just to lounge, bare back leaning against the thick tree trunk and both feet stretched out on one of its lower limbs, one ankle crossed over top the other. His rifle sat propped up against the trunk of the tree. His shirt hung from the barrel, and his vest and leather cap lay out on the ground beside it. His wasn't a body as fucking gorilla-like as the other members, but, eh, it didn't need to be; he wasn't carrying around a retarded amount of firearms or breaching any heavy doors anytime soon. He was tone and he did have some solid definition to him, but at a buck-seventy he had more of a runners body, or maybe a swimmers. Or whatever you'd compare it to. Did constantly adapting, tactical combat snipers have their own category? If they did, that was it.

Reks pulled the ruby red goggles from his forehead down back over his eyes. Sighing boredly, he held the pistol a foot or so in front of his face while slowly swinging his arm horizontally, surveying the treeline, then the hillside, and then the nearby dirt road. Seemed some people were returning from whatever they were out doing. He pulled the trigger, after centering the reticle at the head of one of them.

Click.

He snickered. Reks counted every last bullet he fired, always; he knew the chamber was empty and the next clip still tucked in at his hip. Still, it amused him. A guy had to make his own entertainment when he spent so much time alone, watching the others' backs.

Meanwhile, in the makeshift and cramped medical room...

A crashing sound could be heard and a frustrated cry of annoyance soon followed. "No, this isn't right..my calculations were off. Again!" She screeched, her voice bouncing out of the room and into the hall way. "How can I experiment like this...I can't use myself as test subject with this medicine, otherwise I would not be able to record the results properly." Sighing she realized that she had somehow managed to knock all of the contents on her desk including two beakers that had been filled with mystery goo. The contents slowly formed a puddle and eventually ran into each other, creating an odd bubbly fluid that was beginning to turn a sharp shade of violet. "Huh," She began as the room began to fill with a strange smell. She began feeling a little light headed and well...a little frisky, but that only brought a smile to her face. That had been the reaction she was looking for. Funny how her failures turned into a success. She truly was a genius...

The red head quickly grabbed her gas mask that hung proudly on the wall beside a few disposable medical masks and then promptly strapped it to her face. Second to go on was her generic lab coat, which was as much clothes as she ever wore in the bunkers since she had decided long ago that anything but bandages and ridiculously short shorts were too confining. She'd go nude if her boss hadn't put a rule against it, saying that it was not appropriate or fair to everyone else she lived with. He wouldn't let her have any fun. That was just as rediculous as the "no testing truth serums on your patients without consent" rule. It wasn't like it was life threatening or anything. The side effects were actually quite enjoyable.

She grabbed a vial from her cabinet and something that resembled a turkey baster and began to collect the new serum that may have been her ticket straight to easier and a lot more funner interrogations. She still needed to test it on someone even though she had been affected by it a little herself, and that was just by the scent of it! After successfully collecting all that she needed from the puddle of goo, she placed a cork in the vial and then set it on her desk. Proceeding to clean up her mess, she wondered how she would explain why she was wearing a gas mask inside the facility. Knowing her experiments, the vapor of the truth serum would not leave the air in quite sometime, and it would have been bad if she were exposed even more to it. Oh well, no one came back here anyway, for some odd reason. All she did was help people and just because she somewhat expected their cooperation as a test subject in return did not mean that she was a monster or anything. They should have trusted her by now when she told them nothing she did was life threatening.

After all, playing military medic for four years had increased her skills majorly and she knew exactly what she was doing. Despite being slightly off....slightly....She was one of the best. Her love for the human body drove her to become the best, after all. She sure did miss those days in the military however. At least she had a place to conduct all of her studies there. Alas, she had taken it a little overboard, but, that was something that she needed to think of now. She had to record the ingredients of what had created this new serum before she forgot.

The storage room was somehow immaculately organized, unsurprising if you perhaps knew the man who lived there. Literally lived there, he preferred it actually. He had certain..oh..shall we say..connections, that made his job easier. Although it made it hard to utilize said talents when you were putting AK rounds into the side they favored..but hey! Money made the world go round, right?

John Margrave was currently settled at his workbench, a Lucky Strike settled on a almost full ashtray as he checked his watch in minor annoyance, his coat and backpack were settled nearby, but in a rare moment he was devoid of them; showing a lanky figure in a shirt that looked like it almost was a little too big. Surrounding him were racks of weapons, most of them taken from the enemy, but quite a few of them were from his own collection, personal donations to the cause, as he would say. Problem was always ammo, though, and while he did enjoy himself an AK, they weren't his first choice. Like anything in Russia, there was so much soviet shit about that it was hard finding ammo for much else.

So who else but him to make sure everybody had some bullets to shoot things with? Problem was, he couldn't just run out like he did before, he had actual things like "responsibility' and 'obligation' and 'a steady paycheck'. Stupid things, if you asked John, but you never asked John. What with the wife wanting something more than the illegal amounts of money he was making before. Some women are so picky..just a year or two of insured safety, was that so much to ask? she said...ah well. The bad part was, he had to rely on other people to supply him and his job WAS supplying. Which meant that he had to rely on idiots like Dimitri, who was late. Again. He was your typical Russian when it came to looks, but he was a fairly shrewd guy. Course, John didn't trust him in Bosnia and he really didn't trust him now. But he was getting money, that was enough to keep him loyal..maybe.

Wish it would keep him fucking punctual too. But after fifteen minutes of sitting around doing nothing, John heard the appropriate knock on the door and he walked over with a small sigh. Like always, the Russian had the biggest smile on his face as he gave John a brotherly hug. Ugh..you wanna know a guy that smelled like death? That would be Dimitri.

"Johnathan!" He said in his thick Russian accent. "I apologize for taking so long, had a bit of trouble on the way here, those rebels..they..do not like trucks with ammo." John rose a brow at that, but shrugged his shoulders casually. "Probably not, especially since it's nothing local.." He mused, glancing over the truck..oh, there were bullet holes..good thing Dimitri was proud of his job and invested into something a little bit more durable than your standard pick-up.

"So, fifteen, that was it, right?" He said, reaching for the wad of bills in his pocket. Oh, if you could buy crates of ammo for fifteen bucks, John would have been out of work, years ago. Dimitri gave him that cocksided smile of his that made John narrow his eyes warily before he settled back with a sigh. "...Go on, out with it." He dreaded.

"Ah! Well..you see, Johnathan.." He started and John waved his hand somewhat. "Let me guess," He started dryly. "Because the trip here was so dangerous, you feel it is 'in best of interests' "He said in a faux russian accent. " 'that you will be paying me extra for next trip?' He continued, as Dimitri grinned wider in agreement.

"Ah! You do understand!" He said cheerfully.

"Nope," John replied, flicking the fifteen hundred at him as he headed over to the truck. "You want more money, bring me more than just ammo," Dimitri frowned at that, but of course he took the money. John was a very strict person when it came to money, but very reliable. It was hard to turn down someone who would consistently give you what they offer without a gun in your face, especially in Russia. But even so, he sighed and moved to help him. Once Dimitri was gone and paid, he checked over the crates in satisfaction, perfect..and it only cost him fifteen hundred bucks to replenish stocks of western ammo. Hell of a deal when you had barely anyone in Russia using this stuff.

Now, with this duty done..he had a more important one! Calling his wife and taking a nap. Preferably until dinner, unless something came up!

Ariana let out a huge sigh of irritation and boredom and rolled over on her stomach, a small metal object in her hand. Wrinkling her nose she looked down at the object and tilted her head, licking her lips she stared at it long and hard "Whats missing here...WHY isn't it working?" she thought in irritation. Letting out a soft growl she set it down and sat up, brushing a few stray hairs from her face she stretched loosening some of her bunched muscles. Looking around she stared at the empty room and frowned "It's so boring when everyone leaves!" she said falling back onto her cot. Sprawled over her cot her legs swinging back and forth on one end and her hair pooling into a pile on the floor at the other end, turning her head she glanced at the gadget she'd been fiddling with earlier. "Stupid thing..." she muttered irritatedly. She lied there a few moment longer before rolling off her cot, standing up she smoothed the wrinkles from her clothes and picked up the metal object from her bed and stuffed it in her pocket. Turning on her heal she started whistling her footsteps keeping in time with the rhythm.

Walking outside the building she shivered slightly and looked around the building. Looking behind her she stifled a small giggle as a small explosion could be heard, which meant the medic was at work which also meant she wasn't gonna go investigating. Truth be told the medic scared her sometimes, shrugging a little she walked around to the shooting range to visit "pops". Pops was an older man in the group whose actual name was Reks he was the sniper of all of them. She really only called him pop's because of the reactions she got from it, smiling a little she did a little skip and hurried around "The Ranch" to the shooting range. Blinking she saw Ace go inside from his usual daily patrol "I'll bother ace later.." she said and hurried to the tree reks was in. Blinking she looked at him from his position in the tree to the well what was remaining of the targets and smiled. Rocking back and forth on her feet she just stayed there a moment in silence " Sooo having fun there pops? Did a good number on those targets again..." she said with a small giggle.

Turning around she waved and ran off in the general direction Ace had gone in, Ace was the leader of all of them she really didn't know his real name or even his age then again no one in the group did. Opening the door she walked back into the building and made her way through the rooms, one room was occupied by John. Smiling she waved to him slightly as she ran out of the room, frowning she stopped by her cot and shrugged off her vest and tossed it messily on her bedding. Heading over to the showers she saw Ace come out and smiled, Running over to him she wrapped her arms around his and looked up at him " Hiiiii ace! Done with your patrol?" she asked with a large smile. " Did you hear medics little explosion? Gonna check it out?" she asked tilting her head slightly. Ace didn't say much but she still looked up to him. Blinking she released his arm a small blush on her cheeks, interlocking her fingers behind her back she looked down at the floor and rocked on her feet " I suppose...I should have let you get dressed first..." she said timidly realizing he was just in a towel. Turning on her heel she ran out of the room waving behind her " I guess I can go see medic..." she thought.

Stopping in a hallway leading to the medic's lab she stopped and leaned against a wall letting her face cool down. Medic had an odd way about her and she didn't feel like having 30 questions and 20 tests on why and what caused her blush. Wrinkling her nose slightly she smiled and walked down the hall to medic. Peeking her head around the door she blinked and looked around " Hey medic...what happened...and whats that smell?" she asked coming in the room "Oh...ace might be coming this way..." blinking she blushed a bit feeling a bit off. Raising her hand to her forehead she looked around "What were you experimenting with?" she asked looking around once more. In-taking a deep breath she leaned against the wall "I feel a bit funny..." she said looking at medic.

As one of the newer members of this rag-tag group Steve found himself wary and suspicious of the other members. He knew Ace was a good a leader, his reputation preceded him, but as for the others he was clueless. He contemplated this as counted down his push-ups inside the training area; ‘five, four three two one’ he leaped to his feet as if the ground he sprung from was a trampoline, twisted in the air, withdrawing one of his knives with his left hand and in a single motion hurled it at one of the target dummies. With a quick exhale, Steve approached his target tilting his head in an analytical way. “Hmm, that’s three in a row, maybe it’s better now” Steve withdrew his blade from the throat of the dummy with his right while examining his left. He had broken it a few months back and was afraid it wasn’t fully healed. But he would be damned to have the “nurse” check it out.

That brought his mind back on the team. The girls were real lookers alright but had a spooky quality about them that promoted Steve's initial feeling of mistrust. Steve re-sheathed his knife into its proper place across the right side of his chest before unbuttoning his jacket. He wiped his brow with the back of his hand as he headed to a shed that doubled for a mess. A cold beer was what he was after. He pictured the rest of the day basking in what little sunlight there was, having a cold one and finishing his newly acquired book about Lao Zi. But his mind still wrestled with where he had found himself. How had he come to this place, why was he here, and what he had left behind.

His mind raced through images of himself fighting for survival in ‘the Hole’ for six months, telling the forces where to shove it when he quit ,and the most heartbreaking; saying goodbye to his girlfriend who had no idea what he did or where he was. He reached into his breast pocket and withdrew a picture of her; a beautiful girl with long blonde hair, cheeky smile and eyes that radiated innocence. ‘Well six months here could rack me up a lot of money’ he thought as he desperately tried to justify his decision to join the group. He paused momentarily as he passed the medical bay hearing a crash followed by some sort of eerie scream from inside. ‘Keep healthy keep healthy’ he kept telling himself as he continued on to quench his thirst and temporarily escape this extraordinary reality.

Alexia was hunched over her desk, quickly jotting down the notes of her new serum before hearing a random voice. She quickly put her finger up, signalling that she was busy for the minute and was not planning on responding. With the distraction she simply leaned down so her face was inches away from her notes. After a few minutes she put her pen down and then turned her seat towards the intruder. Just realizing it was her favorite woman out of the entire band of misfits that she was involved in, she jumped out of her seat with join and then hugged her. Alexia was taller than all of the females, standing at 5'10". She loved it, otherwise it would have been difficult to mash them into her generous cleavage. Sometimes she would get a little too carried away and the bandages would come loose, but she totally didn't mind.

"Ari...How are you today?" She said, taking the young girl by the shoulders and looking her up and down. She almost forgot that she was wearing the gas mask still, otherwise she would have tried to place a kiss on her forehead as usual. As Ari's questions began to flow into her mine, a large grin spread on her face. Poor Ari, always walking in on the wrong moments. Perhaps the vapors alone would be enough to test her truth serum. She was doing anything wrong. Ace wouldn't be able to scold her for this. "You're not feeling well? Oh no, please sit down. Don't mind the funny smell, its nothing dangerous. I'm just wearing this gas mask for fun." It was a terrible lie, but she didn't care.

She backed Ari onto one of the two available beds, the only beds they had because really, a cot was not good for a recovering patient. She then grabbed one of her tiny flash lights and checked the dilation of her eyes. "Hmm..." She exclaimed, and then pulled over a rolling stand for all of the tools she needed to check her patients. After taking several notes of Ari's blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate, she put her notebook down and then sat next to her. She didn't think the vapors were enough to make them tell the truth, just influence them slightly to be honest. "So Ari, did you see anything today that you wish you hadn't?" She grinned at her innocently. Not that she could see the grin behind the gas mask, but still.

Mariam Star was outside of the compound in the snowy surroundings. She had her leather pants and jacket on, with her red bra under her jacket. Around that outfit though, she had a thicket winter coat, in black too, so that she was sure to keep the warmth while being outside. She had a smoke in her mouth and her hands in her pockets, looking around a little, taking in the surroundings, keeping her eyes open for any kind of movement that might have appeared in the area, but there were nothing there, thankfully. She took a drag of her smoke, without holding it, and blew out the smoke afterwards, shrugging a little. She closed her eyes for a moment and just listened to the silence that was outside of the compound, listening to the surroundings too, so peaceful, compared to how it had been inside the compound a few times after she had joined the group. She shook her head slightly and took another drag of her smoke, sighing a little.

Flashback.

"She has taken the documents! Awaiting your orders!" the other agent called over the radio as he was pursuing Mariam through the underground weapon facility. "Shootz her! Make sure she doesn't get out of this facility alive!" "Yes sir!" the agent answered and turned right at the next turn that Mariam had turned at too. Mariam growled a little and cursed under her breath, looking behind her at the agent that was running after her. Not only had she stolen documents, she had also stolen the gun she was holding, though that was months ago, they just hadn't realized that until now. 'Merde! Should have had better timing with this crap!' she thought to herself as she ran and turned left to run up some stairs that would lead towards an exit.

Ending flashback.

The flashback was abruptly ended when she felt snow fall down on her coat from a tree. She shook it off slightly and sighed a little, taking a final drag of her smoke before throwing it into the snow and putting it out, pushing some snow over it to hide it, in case someone came by here, though she didn't know who that would be really. She turned around and walked back over to the compound again, looking at it for a moment, she had hidden the documents in her small bag she had been travelling with when she joined the group, she could be in much greater danger if those were revealed, even if they pretended to be her friends, she didn't trust anyone, not yet at least. She walked into the place and into their sleeping room, she had to share one with the others for now, but she hoped to get her own room at some point. She took off her coat and boots, her leather jacket standing open so that her read bra could be seen. She sat down on the cot, her elbows resting on her knees and her hands going to her head, eyes closing, horrible images flashing by her eyes as she sat there in silence.

Ace had just finished drying off after his shower and had no sooner wrapped the towel about his waist when Ari entered and practically flung herself at him. Catching her reflexively, he blinked a few times. He didn't normally mind her showing affection toward him so much. She was kind of refreshing in her adolescent behavior. But he was wearing nothing but a towel, and it felt kind of awkward. Still, he managed to give her a light squeeze in response before she realized his condition and sprinted from the area. With a light shrug, he walked out into the main barracks once more, then paused.

"Wait," he said to himself. "Explosion?" With a groan, he turned to walk down the hallway toward the medical bay, having forgotten that he was dressed only in a towel, more concerned with what their medic was up to and just what she'd blown up this time. "Damn girl," he muttered under his breath as he stormed down the hallway. "More likely to die from her than an enemy bullet," he continued as he turned the corner and stormed through the med bay door. "Alex! What the hell did you blow up this time?"

He paused, looking around the bay, seeing everything was in order, then blinked again. He was sure Ari had said there was an explosion, so either she was wrong, or Alex had simply gotten better at covering her tracks. He figured the latter was more likely. With a sigh, he started to leave, but caught sight of Ari on one of the beds and spun quickly, moving toward them to check her out. "What did you do to her?" Naturally his first thought was Alex testing one of her concoctions on the girl, his eyes moving up to stare at the gas mask. "And why the hell are you wearing that...thing?" His pause had been because of the sudden lightheaded feeling that washed over him briefly as he took a step back.

Shaking his head a bit, he took a deep breath to steady himself, probably not the best move, but how was he to know that the air was now contaminated with another of the medic's cocktails? Looking to Alex again, he wanted to scold her, even if he didn't know just what he was scolding her for. It would probably be hard for her to take him seriously, though, given the tent that was forming in the front of his towel. Even worse, he didn't seem to notice, being too busy trying to regain his senses. "What the...fuck...is going on in here?"

Ari blinked and felt her face flush a bit as she watched the medic work on some notes, her weird gas mask on. To be honest what made medic scary was that spooky mask of hers she wore, which also made her realize that something HAD blown up in here. When she finished she'd turned and looked at her she jumped from her seat and shoved Ari's face into medic's bountiful breasts. An even bigger blush spread over her face and it got a little harder to breath, waving her hands slightly she was finally let up for a breath which she took happily. Blinking she felt even more off with every breath she took, medic took her by the shoulders and looked her up and down asking her how she was "Uhm...fine? I guess?" she said looking at medics gas mask covered face curiously. She had this odd sensation that medic was planning something that could prove to be bad for herself, her suspicions were confirmed when medic feigned concern for her and hustled her off to one of the beds. Wrinkling her nose she sat down and shook her head slightly blinking slowly, the small blush on her face now even more noticeable. " Wearing the gas-mask for no reason? Hardly..she's doing something..." she thought staring at medic.

Ari's eyes widened slightly as she saw medic bring over her tools of the trade, fidgeting slightly she shot a look at the door wishing something would happen to distract medics attention. When medic finished the normal tests she seemed a mix of disappointed and curious and thats when she started asking her questions. Ari stared at her and fidgeted again pressing her hands in her lap, her breathing a bit heavy and her face flushed and eyes dilated slightly. Ari went to shake her head slightly to lie but found herself going to tell the truth "W-well no---" she started to say but was cut off bye ace storming into the room still in his towel. Ari blinked and stared at him, licking her lips she swallowed hard around a lump in her throat. He looked at medic hard and then around the room as he turned to leave though he caught sight of ari and turned back around asking what medic had done to her. A small smile touched her lips and she looked down, the funny feeling getting heavier. Her glance moved from ace to medic before settling back on ace. He seemed off balance and he also seemed to be trying to regain his senses "Just what is going on here....." she thought trailing off as she noticed a bulge forming in the front of the towel. Staring at it a moment she blushed even more and turned her gaze back into her lap, fidgeting again she pressed her hands harder into her lap. " I feel...really...funny..." she said her breathing getting a little heavier.

Tightening her arms pushing her boobs together, compared to medics her smaller 34 C's seemed even smaller than they really were. Moving around slightly she fidgeted again squishing her boobs even closer together, her nipples slightly visible through her half shirt. Blinking she stared at them a moment and then blushed even more crossing her arms over her breast in an attempt to cover it up. Naughty things started swimming around her head and her eyes widened a bit and she shook her head in a small attempt to get rid of the sexual images. She bit her lower lip and pressed her legs closely together "What are you experimenting with medic?" she asked looking up at her, her breathing still heavy.

The thing was, Alexia had never imagined that both of them would come. Usually no one ever came back here, but this must have been a twist of fate that karma had rewarded her with for all of her hard work. She was lucky to have the gas mask, because when Ace came in, she had a grin that reached from ear to ear. Sure, there was an unmistakable twinkle of mischief in those eyes of hers. She didn't want to be so obvious about it, however. "Blow up? I didn't blow anything up. I just knocked over a couple of beakers. Did the glass breaking really sound like an explosion?" She snickered, her voice sort of muffled by the presence of the gas mask. She wondered exactly how long it would take for a man of his size to be affected. It didn't take Ari but a few breaths to succumb to the vaporized aphrodisiac. And even Alex felt a little funny just by a minute without her gas mask. When Ace accused her about doing something to her own teammate, she pretended to have a hurt expression on her face.

"I didn't do anything to her, she just walked in and complained about feeling funny. And also, it's called a gas mask. I'm wearing it since the contents of my experimental truth serum seemed to have began releasing some sort of vapor. I haven't been using any toxins or anything life threatening, but still...I can't be getting all loopy during my work time. I've got notes to do. Although," She paused and stared at his towel, seeing a tent forming. Then her eyes went to Ari as she began fidgeting, noticing her nipples poking at thin shirt. "It certainly does look fun. It's too bad I can't be apart of this experiment." She walked passed the aroused and confused man and slowly shut the door to the infirmary, and then locked it with a key she carried in her lab coat. "That's better. I already have more than enough to study with a man and a woman here. And this way, the strongest of vapors will simply stay in this room until they dissipate."

She slipped the key back into her coat and then walked over to Ace, backing him into a wall and then pressing her body against his. "Don't worry Boss, this was just an accident. Both of you just walked in at the wrong time. Perhaps if we would have gotten a base where a laboratory was present, this wouldn't have happened." She felt his bulge just below her belly button and smirked. "Oh well. Shit happens." She took him by the shoulders and then pushed him onto the bed next to poor Ari. She also put him through a quick medical examination just like she did with her. "Ohhhh, this is amazing, amazing indeed!" She said with great enthusiasm. "And now," She put down her notes and walked towards them slowly. "Its time for your physical." Grinning, she nearly picked Ari up before setting her down on Ace's lap. "Hmm, what else?"

Her hands shot to one of Ariana's soft yet firm breasts and she began to tease her nipple. She knew that would cause her to squirm and grind against Ace. "Ace, are you aroused right now? Got anything you'd like to share with the class?" She asked as she observed the Ariana's body carefully.

Ace tried to resist when Alex backed him into the wall, his mouth opening to protest, but only a moan escaping as she pressed her body into his and rubbed against the growing erection that was forming beneath the towel. Shaking his head to try and clear it, he once again tried to protest, but could only release another sound of building desire. He even tried to push her away, but being in the state he was, he had little strength to do so, and it probably seemed more like an invitation as his hands rested on her shoulders. Finally she pulled away, but only long enough to push him onto a bed and start an 'exam' on him.

When she moved away to give Ari some attention, he almost sighed in relief...until Ari was planted in his lap, right on top of the tent that had formed in the towel. With a soft groan, he placed his hands on Ari's hips in an attempt to try and move her, causing him to rock gently beneath her instead. Looking to Alex, he narrowed his eyes a bit. "You're...fucking evil," he managed to say before Alex started to tease Ari. He was certain his own attempts at trying to get free didn't help, as it only made him squirm beneath Ari.

When Alex began asking if he was aroused, he wanted to say 'no' in the worst way, but for some reason he couldn't. "Yes," he finally admitted after trying desperately to say nothing, again giving Alex the evil eye. The expression soon changed, though, to one of lust as the feelings that the strange vapors kept inspiring began to take over. There was no doubt, her latest attempt was some potent shit...

Steve finished his beer as he reclined in the well abused lawn char he found at the back of the shed. ‘Lao Zi had some pretty good insights on the parallels between human interaction and nature’ he thought as closed the book. He stretched his arms way out separating his unbuttoned jacket so far as to expose the deep nasty scar on his right side. He should really wear a shirt under his jacket, he thought, even though it was too cold for most, but not for him. He wore his dark green jacket religiously as it had all the tools he needed to perform his various duties. His fatigue style pants were not a standard issue from any army but it matched the color of his favourite jacket and were loose enough as to not inhibit him from any of his ‘special moves’ he used in close combat.

Voices from the medical bunker had once again distracted him as he rolled his eyes and combed his short black hair with his free hand. While he felt as though he couldn’t count on some of his comrades and had definitely no confidence in the medic, he still kept thinking about that body and those huge tits. He shook his head to trying to get the image out his mind and replace it with thoughts of his own girlfriend. “Shit” he muttered unconsciously as he stood up and took a few steps towards the barracks hoping to run into Ace. Steve was anxious to pummel someone and now that his hand felt better, it was time to do some damage.

There, he heard Ace’s voice but not from the barracks; from the medic’s hovel. ‘Damn’ he thought. Would he interrupt him in there and risk getting to close to that witch? Well at least was another chance to take a gander at them cannons. He found himself slowly, much slower than he usually walked, approaching the bunker. He stopped just short of the door as he listened in on the conversation inside. He struggled to understand what was happening inside based on the words he heard but once he figured it out his eyes widened with both curiosity and fear. Steve did not like to lose control and it sounded as though a veteran like Ace had already succumbed to the noxious fumes inside. “Hmm, that could come in handy’ he grinned. He turned to look over his shoulder to see if the sniper was looking in as he so often did. Big brother was indeed watching in this compound. He pondered what the rest of them might think of this unusual activity. Maybe he wasn’t alone in his apprehension of the nurse.

Ari's blush only intensified when she watched medic press her body against ace, biting her lip harder as he moaned she fidgeted around some more. She watched medic push ace over to the bed next to her the bulge in his towel a bit bigger, looking away she fiddled with her arms as medic locked the door and put away the key. She made her way back over to them and began examining ace, taking a glance over at them she smiled a bit at ace's not to happy look at medic. Looking back down she shifted again and bit her lip once more. Before she could make any objections medic had picked her up like a bottle and placed her right onto ace, her eyes widened and she let out a small surprised gasp her blush increasing. Ace placed his hands on her hips, most likely to move her but all it accomplished was having him move his erection against her making her bite on her lip a little harder. Immediately afterwords medic's hands were fondling her already sensitive breast causing her to close her eyes tightly and let out a soft moan, shifting in ace's lap slightly she bit her lip again.

A large blush covered her face, her body moving on it's own her hips grinding against ace a soft moan escaping her lips. She heard ace say something to medic but didn't open her eyes to see the expression. Whatever was happening to her felt really good but sort of odd at the same time. She heard ace grind out a rough yes to medics answer, not that feeling his erection underneath her could answer that question. Her breathing got ragged as she leaned against ace's chest her body feeling hot and heavy. " M-medic what are you d-doing?" she managed to stammer out. She squirmed around in ace's lap her chest rising and falling with each breath she took, the panties she was wearing dampening though she didn't notice with everything that was going on. Placing her hands in her lap she pressed them against herself in an attempt to quell the sensation's she was feeling.

Medic's knowing hands had her nipples hardened and perked without much effort at all, fidgeting again she attempted to press her thighs together tightly. She let out another soft almost inaudible moan, her eyes closed tightly "Of all the times to walk into medics room....." she thought blushing even more. "W-why exactly d-did you need a m-male and f-female for this ?" she asked opening her eyes and looking at medic. Her eye's were still dilated and had an almost lustful, desperate gleam in them

The explosion in the medic's bay didn't faze him any, as out here, in the fresh air, and a good distance away from the main compound, Reks was too far removed to really be aware that had even been one. Not that it would have surprised him. Amidst a unit of questionably eccentric talents, part of him wondered if their medic should really be the most oddball among them...but eh, she put some spice into the days. That alone was enough to keep her around in the marksman's eyes. Anyone really, so long as they could keep him entertained.

Eye still peering through that scope, he kept scanning all around until he saw the blonde little basket of sunshine bounce his way. "Well hello there," Reks began to say, pleased that someone came out to greet him, but then she did it. The fucking mouth on that brat. Pops?! He would have thrown his goggles at her, or a boot, or something, but as quickly as she'd come the sprite was heading back toward the compound again. ...Did she really come out here just to mess with him?! "My kingdom for a tranq dart," he muttered, staring through the scope at Ari's tush as she walked back to the building.

Whatever.

That Steve guy was an interesting one. Reks rolled his eyes and took to watching the man training at the other end of the practice field, using several throwing knives in quick succession on the lined up targets. "Lord and a half," he breathed, watching his teammate through the reticle of his gun, "I thought you were recovering. Sheesh. I could probably do that twice with my knife on a good day." Though, his was a straight up combat knife, if a bit large, not at all designed for throwing. "Can't wait to see that shit back at a hundred percent."

In time his friend packed up and went inside. Reks went back to surveying the surrounding area, arm moving horizontally, one eye staring through his ruby red goggles, then through the reticle of the scoped pistol. "Well, hello there Red," in reference to Mariam's lovely, and enjoyably small bra. "Why choose between underboob and sideboob when you can have both?" He smirked, watching her throughout her steps. She was heading back to the compound too.

"Bah," he said with a sigh. People-watching would quickly get boring without any people to watch. The pistol lowered, then found itself slipping back to its holster at his hip. Reks let one leg fall to hang lazily off the tree limb and just took to relaxing for awhile, pushing his goggles back to his forehead.

She was so pleased with herself. Even though this wasn't enough to prove that her truth serum worked, she had still successfully created a very potent aphrodisiac where just the smell of it drove people to become this aroused. Even if it did not make someone tell the truth, it sure as hell was a good torture method. Strapping someone down and not allowing them to touch themselves or having other touch them was probably one of the worsts tortures anyone could go through. Hell, she felt bad for whoever was the first one she tested it on. She laughed when she was called evil. "Hmm, as I recall you gave me the clearance to invent something that would make interrogations easier. Just because you walked into it doesn't mean I'm evil." She said passively as she watched the two of them squirm and pant in excitement. "Gee, you guys look like me after a night of treating close to forty bleeding and injured hot guys. Good thing I'm wearing this gas mask, ahahaha."

She moved her hand down Ari's chest, her face filled with amusement. Seeing the goose bumps appear as she grazed her skin was very exciting. She moved so that she was breathing on Ace's neck and made sure he could enjoy the show. Moving her hands back up Ariana's shirt, she grabbed her breast and began fondling it. "You're so cute when you're turned on." She said with a smirk. Despite her perving around, she really was giving her a physical to make sure no...mutations had happened. And she also needed to make sure that everything was reacting correctly. "Fufufufu...Ari I need you to strip. I'm just making sure you're reacting correctly. Oh, and if I were you, Ace, I'd lose the towel. Its not like I haven't seen that gift from the gods over and over while I was...errrr treating you."

She released Ari and then stepped back to get her notebook and jot down some notes. "Hmm?" She said quietly as she noticed a shadow underneath the door. "If its an emergency I can let you in, but if not I'd suggest you go on your merry way." She said aloud.

Ace finally managed to get Ari up off of him without the added weight of Alex on them, not that either of them were heavy, but combined they had been enough to keep him pinned. As he managed to get Ari to the side, he slipped off the table, his towel in full tent mode now...and it was an impressive one. Biting his lip, he stumbled around the bed, leaning on it for support, looking to Alex and pursing his lips. He was a strong willed bastard, there was no doubting that. Then again, he had spent a lot of time building his resistance to certain drugs, such as truth serum. It didn't seem to help much with this, though, but he was able to maintain some small measure of control, slipping away as it was.

Looking to the medic, he narrowed his eyes a bit. "I'm not...taking the towel off," he managed to say defiantly, still leaning into the bed for support. "If you want it...come and get it," he dared her, his face showing his determination to try and keep a handle on himself. Her remark about having seen his 'gift from the gods' before didn't help much in maintaining his state of mind, but he managed to somehow fight the urges. Giving a glance to Ari, he frowned softly, knowing she was lighter and probably more easily affected, and would probably be stripping soon if she wasn't already. There wasn't much he could do about it, though, having his own battle of willpower to fight.

Steve heard the muffled commands of the alchemist and was all too pleased to oblige. He could wait to find out about the mission from Ace at another time and was definitely in no mood for a standoff with her. He turned his body and walked away looking over his shoulder and checking his 6 just in case…, well he wasn’t really sure what to expect from her. He only hoped that Ace would emerge from his predicament unscathed. He wasn’t sure about Ari, he had no idea where she stood, but one thing was for certain, she wasn’t running from the shack screaming. What other ones might be falling into her web and more importantly, how was this going to affect the mission. He vowed to himself to stay true to the job, keep his head straight and never enter that chamber of … well whatever.

His thoughts returned to his training. Another workout perhaps, or maybe target practice. Out of one his side pockets he withdrew a tub that enclosed the silencer for his 9mm. As he walked toward the shooting range he twisted on the mechanism keeping in strict adherence to Ace’s rules about noise. Admittedly this was his weakest skill but at close range it didn’t really matter. He would have to pick Longbow’s brains sometime for some pointers. Soon as he arrived he was loaded and ready to take out his frustrations on the poor target. This is how he felt was the best way to train; when desiring to use brute strength practice finesse, when calm and peaceful work on his aggression. As he squeezed off the first rounds he once again pondered his decision to join this outfit. It might very well be the death of him.

Ari blinked in surprise as medic shot her hand under her shirt, blushing deeply "N-no! D-don't" she said in protest to medics exploration of her body. She felt herself being removed from ace's lap and heard him inch around, then she heard medic order her to strip down. Her eyes shot open and she looked at medic "You want me to WHAT? In front of HIM and you????" she asked a little dumbfounded. She stared at medic in silence not even hearing what ace said. Shaking her head a bit she looked back at ace "She'll most likely go after him first...he's got less on he challenged her and he seems...well yeah.." she thought blushing as her eyes saw his fully erect self. Clearing her throat she eased herself off the bed and inched herself around medic trying to remember which pocket the key had been put in. Sticking her hands in her pocket she edged towards the door, medic seemed a bit occupied with ace and probably wasn't paying any mind to Ari's inching towards the door because it was locked.

Biting her lip she stared at the door and then back at medics pocket " There's no way Im getting that key..." she thought fiddling around in her pockets. Blinking her fingers hit a small metal object, bringing it out she smiled. It was the bomb she'd been fiddling with earlier, she knew that the new type of bomb she was working on wouldn't work at this point but by removing the new experimental part and recalibrating it to the old settings and removing some of the explosive matter she was able to make a small non-lethal bomb. One able to remove a wall or door, grinning she set a small timer on it and threw it at the door. Ducking her head the small bomb went off making a nice hole in medics wall and door. Running out she turned around and waved "Sorry medic, ace" she said with a large blush before taking off.

Stopping by her cot she blinked and grabbed her vest/coat, and stopped blinking as she stared at one of the newer members of the group "What was her name? Mar..? Mariam Star? That sounds right." smiling a bit at her she waved and took off out the room. Putting her coat on she stepped out into the chill air, shivering she ran out to where "pops" was. Running up she jumped and grabbed onto a lower branch and lifted herself up next to him. "Sorry...hiding from medic she was doing more testing..." she said rubbing the back of her head. "...I had to blow a hole in her wall to get out...I left ace there..." she said looking back at the building her blush covered by the chill air. Climbing to a branch above him she leaned over and poked the back of his head " So what have you seen pops?" she asked with a small giggle

"Hmm," Alexia began as she walked over to Ace. She hated when people were so difficult. Hearing Ari's outburst began to frustrate her further. The one thing she hated about having human test subjects was a variable that she could never predict. Their will. They never did what she wanted. Sighing, she shrugged figuring that it wasn't like she could leave without the key. She began to reach down slowly for Ace's towel and then suddenly heard her fiddling around with the door. "Silly girl," She began with a smug look. "Did you not see me lock...this?" She began before hearing something click and attach itself to the door. "What are you doing, fool!?" She screamed whirling around only to see the explosion happen knock the door down. It was enough to cause the floor to tremble, knocking over the vial containing the contents of the serum and send it spinning off her desk and onto the floor.

She heard a small "clank" sending a jolt through her heart. It would not only take her weeks to get the supplies to make that serum over, she would have nothing to compare the new batch to the old one. Meaning there was a possibility that she'd have to experiment all over again if her notes did not provide her the exact serum that she made today. She was so stunned that she let the girl slip away. However, when she saw movement from Ace from the corner of her eye, she turned back around slowly. "You. Aren't. Going. Anywhere." She said slowly and then launched herself right at him to pin him on the bed. It was probably unfair of her to take out her frustrations on him, but self control wasn't one of Alexia's strong points. As she sat on his stomach her hands reached back to grab the towel that he had challenged her to remove from him.

Steve was back. Reks heard him walking through the grass, turning his head in time to catch sight of the guy swiveling the silencing barrel to the tip of his pistol. He hadn't really watched him shoot much, come to think. For a brief moment he entertained the notion of hopping down from his perch and taking a better gander, but then something else caught his attention.

Something else that came in the form of a boom.

Which one was it this time? "Those girls make the have-to-use-a-silencer rule pretty darn pointless," with a roll of his eyes. Reks glanced over toward the compound to see Ari come running out and, though mostly dispersed, he could see some smoke wafting out of a back window. "This is why I stay outside," he commented dryly as she dashed over to his tree.

She climbed up to sit beside him with relative ease, easier than even him, and he was used to having to scale things at times to make his 'eagle's nest.' This girl was something else, though. When she settled beside him and started talking Reks sat up and was actually about to slip an arm around to give her a hug, but then she was up again and jumping to the branch above him...like a friggin' monkey girl.

Then the goddamn 'Pops' bit again! Reks bit the inside of his lip. "You little brat!" sneering, swatting at her hand. He caught Ariana by the wrist and started tugging. "Thirty-one is NOT old! What the crap! Do I need to teach you some respect?!" Tug. Tug.

A thought popped into his head. She'd left Ace in there alone with Alexia? ...You're supposed to look out for your teammates. That's just fucked up.

Ace had been trying to get his thoughts clear when Ari burst into action, running for the door. Then she stepped away, leaving the bomb behind that took the door off the hinges, allowing her to escape. He had been trying to get back to his feet, contemplating making his own mad dash for the door. Before he could get his feet into action, however, he was bowled over by a blur of red hair and bandage covered boobs, driven back toward the bed and falling onto it. His head was still spinning, both from the fumes, which were now getting worse with the broken vials, and the blast, which didn't help on in regaining equilibrium.

As Alex wrestled him down, he fought back, struggling as best as he could, though not to much avail given his currently weakened state. He was unable to get his hands between them to stop her from yanking the towel open, so he went for an easier target. If the crazy bitch was going to play dirty, she was at least going to make it a fair fight. His hands got hold of the gas mask, and stripped it off, throwing it across the room as hard as he could. He then grabbed hold of her and held her in place so she couldn't recover it, having at least enough strength to just lock his hands together and squeeze.

"Breathe deep, sweetheart," he muttered with a somewhat triumphant grin, though in hindsight, exposing her to the chemical might not have been the best move. He was acting in desperation, though, as his mind was starting to collapse even more, giving into the urges caused by the fumes. Now she would at least suffer the same effects, making it a level playing field...or so he thought.

Ari sat there a bit and saw the smoke filter out of the building, wincing slightly she grimaced "Medics gonna kill me when she gets a hold of me..." she muttered shivering at the thought. "Ouch!" she said as he swatted at her hand. Before she could recoil he grabbed her by the wrist, shooting her other hand up she grabbed another branch as he tugged on her. Leaning over she looked at him and blinked smiling a bit "Aww come on you know you're my favorite!" she said with a small giggle. He tugged on her wrist again and she feigned falling off the branch. Smiling she wiggled her wrist free and pulled herself upright.

Moving around she sat sideways on the branch her legs hanging off the side, grabbing the branch she let herself fall backwards. Tightening her legs around the branch she let her hands go and poked his side. Grabbing a branch near him she loosened the muscles in her legs and slid them off the branch, her body swung down from the upper branch and she pulled herself up onto the branch next to him.

Leaning against the trunk of the tree she looked around and leaned her head against his shoulder. " Jeese... I don't think ace will forgive me for bolting like that..." she said sighing heavily. The effect of the gas still effecting her slightly. "...and he was still in a towel..." she muttered blushing even more. " She really shoulda chosen someone more "experienced" I'm still a virgin after all" she said sounding like she was trying to defend herself. Sighing heavily she thumped her forehead " Besides what was medic trying to accomplish? " she said folding her hands in her lap. A cold wind blew through the tree playing with tendrils of her hair, raising her hand she brushed stray hairs from her face. " What the hell was in that air? It made Ace lose his control....and...other things..not to mention the effect it had on me..." she said sighing again. An image popped up into her head and she blinked and closed her eyes willing the image away her face reddening noticeably.

Turning her head slightly she poked reks " So what chya been up to you old perv? staring at the women?" she said teasingly. Smiling she reached up and grabbed the goggles from his forehead and put them around her neck. " So what are you doing here?...keeping away from the medic?" she asked tilting her head slightly.

She was like a primate, hopping about from branch to branch, tightening her legs and falling backward on one, grabbing and pulling herself over to another. Reks just blinked his gray eyes, smirked and watched her moving about. At least she made for a cute primate though. Behind that relaxed smirk he wondered if she liked bananas.

Most of what Ariana was saying Reks just wrote off; he wasn't ignoring her, nothing like that, he was paying attention, but the young thing had a penchant for rambling. Something about Ace losing his control, which was weird. But considering he was in there with Alexia, maybe not so weird. If the man emerged with two eyes and all ten fingers one could call it one of the better trips to their pretty li'l doc. There was something about Alexia being angry too. And, wait - what? A virgin? Reks' left brow raised. The right side of his lips twitched a little, eventually growing into the slightest of smirks. A virgin, you say...

This didn't help with the 'creepy old man' shit she teased him about, mind you.

"Of course I've been staring," he blurted out with a snicker, not the least bit caring to deny. "I'm out here keeping an eye on things. Don't ever underestimate the importance of having a perimeter. While you're all relaxing inside and getting silly on her happy pills or whatever, someones gotta play guard duty. And without a few curves here and there, guard duty can get boring."

Speaking of which, he reached over with two fingers, brushing Ari's light brown jacket to the side, to sit outside the curvature of her chest. "I'll be expecting those back, you know," he commented while oh-so-casually following this touch with helping adjust her other side as well, not the least bit shy in looking at her shirt, enjoying the young, perky view.
