Jill nodded "yea we kissed the other night"she said as she made the coffee

"O-Oh......I'm ok really" Sarah smiled.

Jill shock her head "did you know he's the mayors son"she said

"Oh.....yeah I know. Roy told me" Sarah said

Jill smiled "and you didnt say"she said

"Well....I thought it would be better for him to tell you" Sarah explained.

Jill nodded "well thanks anyway i thought you wanted him"she siad

"huh.....oh no...I don't" Sarah said, looking away

Jill smiled "you sure"she said

"Y-Yeah yeah" Sarah said, forcing a smile.

Jill smiled "ok then"she said "fancy some cake"she asked

"Sure" Sarah smiled, realizing she had to get over it if she wanted to keep Jill as a friend.

Jill got up and went to the cuboard and got a fruit cake out and cut some off

Sarah took her piece "Thanks" she smiled then took a bite.

Jill sat down with her cake "so hows the farm coming"she asked

"Good. We are really making a profit" Sarah said.
