Hostile Takeover (Ryanmo97 and Heart Summers)

Stacy was going to protest, but decided that she better just accept what she was getting and what she was going to get by the time this was all done. Listening to his phone call she waited until he set the phone on the receiver, "So explain to me what this new agreement involves from me?" She decided that it was better to start working her charm now rather than later, her body getting up moving to tease him.

Ryan looked at her... "Well, this new agreement voids the last one. Everything goes back to the way it was before. If we get divorced for some reason, You retain control of the company and you get to keep this house. But, the rest of your assets are divided equally between us. Sound good?"

"Yes it sounds much better, now that it's all agreed you can sleep in the guest room until we do get married, wouldn't want to spoil the honeymoon," she smirked, heading out of the kitchen to move into her study and take a look at some of her designs that had yet to be made known to the world.

Ryan followed her to the study, "Fine, I'll sleep in the guest room... But, we should get married soon... I should really go to my place and get some of my things..." He gave her a kiss on the cheek... "See you later sweetheart..." He walked out of the house, got in her car and headed to his place.

Watching him leave she took a moment to make sure he was gone before moving to the bookshelf, undoing the combination to a secret safe in the shelf she placed her spare cash with in the little metal box inside. She would have to give him half of everything, but not half of things he didn't know about, hell if her plans followed suit she would be able to convince her new fiance to let her keep her stuff.

Ryan returned with a few of his clothes and other personal items. He called a moving company to help him with the rest of his things later in the week. He put his stuff into one of the guest rooms. Just then the doorbell rang. It was Annabelle with the prenup. They walked into Stacy's study.

"Well hello you two, glad to see that you still remember where my house is," she smirked, looking over to Annabella with a simple face before watching her pull the paper out. Looking to the sheet she reads over it before starting to write her signature on the line happy as anything waiting for Ryan to sign too. Looking to Annabella she waited for the ordeal to be settled before looking to her. "Oh and Annabella...your fired as my lawyer, I'll get another one."

"Fine with me," Said Annabelle, "I've made enough money off of you to retire anyway." Annabelle left.

Ryan looked at Stacy, "So, when should we get married?"

"I don't know I guess soon would be fine, I mean might as well get it over with while I can," looking to him with a simple face, her eyes scanning over the woman that was still standing in her room. "Your not needed anymore." Stacy shewed her from the room.

Annabelle left and Ryan said, "OK. So do you just want to go to Vegas or what?" Ryan sat back in his chair and looked at his wife to be. He smiled, he hoped that once Stacy got to know him, she would know the caring loving man he really was and not the monster that she forced out of him.

"Ryan I'm a classy woman, not a tramp," she reminded him moving over to her future husband letting her hands settling on his chest she smiled to him, letting her manipulative eyes start there magic on this man. "We can plan a simple wedding with a few friends, nothing that needs to be explained to the press or guest," she confirmed to him.

"Sounds good to me..." He smiled. He pulled her close and kissed her on the lips. "You know, I've always thought you were a sexy woman. You know what the sexist part of your body is... Your brain... You can invite who ever you want... the only person I want there is my sister. Except for you she's all I have..."

Looking to him Stacy wasn't sure what she was going to say, she didn't want to feel sad for him yet his story seemed much more sad than she thought possible. "Thank you Ryan," she said simply, looking up at him awkwardly moving towards his face she gave his cheek a simple kiss.

Ryan smiled as she kissed him on the cheek. "Stacy... I want to apologize for all of this... I'm really a nice guy... It's just you pushed me over the edge and I just snapped... I hope I can make this up to you one day... What would you like for dinner? I'm a pretty fair cook if I do say so myself."

Stacy looked at him and for a moment wanted to shout at him, telling him how nice guys don't snap like that but instead she decided to let the matter go. For now she would play pleasant wife and caring mother as he wanted to and soon she would see just how much of a nice guy he was. "Hmm, well something a little more healthy, maybe a Caesar salad or maybe something with sesame orange shrimp," she smiled looking to him to see if he would even know what that was.

Ryan smiled, "You've got it..." he headed into the kitchen and started to work on making dinner.

Moving to settle on the plush chair she grabbed for a pad of sketch paper, glancing over her works before flipping to a clean page to start her newest design. Looking in on her fiance every once and a while to make sure he wasn't burning himself.

Some time later, Ryan walked into the study, "Madam... Dinner is served in the kitchen..." He said with his best fake British accent.

Stacy was surprised by his joking, wondering hoe he could be turning so quickly and hoping to forget so soon of what he had done only moments before. Giving him a soft laugh she followed him to the kitchen sitting down at the table she let her nose run over the food with a smile at the smell. "It smells good, I bet it's going to taste great," she complemented him.

Ryan smiled as he started to eat, "So... You know my family... how about your family..." He wanted to get to know her on a more personal level

"Well my father is an old time judge that has long since retired, my mom a stay at home wife, and my brother a college graduate just starting business," she sipped at her drink looking over to the man that had changed her life.

"Very nice," He said as he continued to eat, "What are you going to tell them when they ask about how we became engaged..." He was a little worried when she said her father was a retired judge.

"I'll just say that work brought us together in a strange way," she smiled to the man knowing that for now she would have to lie about the entire incident leading up to their engagement, but for now bliss was best.
