Alicia, or Alice was young, and she had been tricked into falling for a very handsome man, but her life was not all happy and joyous before meeting him. Her adoptive parents were cruel and horrible, her life was hell before she met her new suitor, and it seemed that this man did not care that she was low class, instead he was interested more in her body and something else that he would not tell her. He was from what she could a noble, but she had not heard of him before in the town, and for a high class man to be interested in a low middle class peasant was not common, but it was her beauty and unique blood that he seemed to like, not her status in society. After telling the man she could not be with him things took a turn for the worse. Alice was attacked on her way home from work and while the four planned on raping the poor girl the strange man had other plans, he came to her rescue killing three of the four men, but in the end she was caught in the cross fire and nearly killed, had it not been for the man she had met she would have been dead permanently.

What happened next was a blur to her in mind, seeing and feeling it all, it went by so fast, but her body remembered, he had changed her without her knowing, exchanging blood, and bedding her. He made short work of the young beauty and made her his new pet and forced her to be his lover, or at least that is what he asked of her, giving her the choice to be with him or he would show her how to survive and let her go, which he never planned to do ever. Now it was the third day after being turned and he wanted her to return to the village to hunt, and in order to do so she would have to return to the village using her senses instead of a map or lead there, but he left out a major detail about staying out of the Hunter's Domain and that night she accidently accidentally stumbled on the boundary of his land without realizing it.

Alice stood about five foot five, average if not a little slender size for a woman of her age, 20 at most, her long dark red hair fell to her mid back and was tied back out of her face with a dark blue ribbon showing her deep dark blue eyes from beneath the long straight bangs caressing her cheeks, her eyes were something that she possessed before being changed and made her dark red hair stand out as well as her pale pearly white skin. She was flawless, her curves perfect for any man, the change had done nothing except preserve her beauty, she had looked like this before being changed, it had merely been hidden by unflattering clothing and peasant garb so no one saw how beautiful she really was once cleaned up. Her bust was a firm C and her hips were perfectly proportioned. Her full lips let out a sigh as she walked through the woods in her long dark sapphire blue dress with silver embroidery and a silver chain belt around her hips showing off her slender figure. Unless trained others would not have known what she was, her makeup made her look like she was still alive and her body had never gone cold as others do her body remained warm, she seemed unique and her master loved it and her. She looked around slowly unable to shake the feeling of being followed and watched, her breathing soft, a natural habit from being alive.

The woods had long been seen as a sanctuary by the villagers but most did not understand exactly why. The creatures of the night did though... the woods were the domain of a hunter who some stories claimed was as old as some of the elder vampires. Creatures of the night avoided the woods for to them the place was a no mans land, a place of danger unlike any other. But just as the place was a danger and it had become taboo for them to enter it, so too had it become taboo to speak of the old hunter who had felled so many... as if speaking the name of this proverbial boogeyman could call him into being. For the villagers it was the opposite, he did not come into the village often and when he did he never really spoke to the people so only the elders in charge of the village knew the truth.

As for the man if he could be called that, he was named Dagon though most simply called him D for his name was that of the nobility as given by his father and that was a fact that the villagers and men in general would rather forget. It was also why he was both feared and reviled by Vampires at large... his father had been one of them that much was clear and rumors often claimed that his father must have been old and powerful to explain the strength of his progeny. The woods were his as was the fortified abode that sat at its center. No one seemed to know if it had once been a ruin built by the vampires or if it was something else... but it was known that it was a veritable fortress and combined with his skill that meant creatures of the night avoided the woods like the plague.

So it was no surprised that this powerfully built man in his dark armor and wearing a black hooded cloak was wandering those woods so late at night. For though his garb was not what he wore commonly when on a job this was in fact the lord of these woods. He was surprised to see one of them in his woods though... even if he did not recognize her. The aura about her was not the most powerful though it was still different. She was not old or powerful from what he could tell though there was something different about her. He stood upon a branch above her in the trees and drew from his cloak several sharpened wooden needles and threw them with such precision that it was clear had he meant to immobilize the young vampire she would have one through her hears as surely as the moon hung above. They stroke the ground in front of and behind her making it clear he could strike before she could flee even as he called down from above, "You are either very ill informed or very foolish to cut through these woods much less hunt near my home... and doubly so when my mood is already foul because one of your kind broke his word in such a matter not even a week hence... so tell me why I should not strike you down where you stand."

She was lost, plain and simple, and he was right she was ill informed as he threw the needles, she did not move at all, her body tensing as she looked up at him with her sapphire eyes frightened, terrified of this creature, knowing he was not human. Looking around she had hoped to get away, but knew if she moved he would kill her and she did not want that. She took a moment to regain her voice and swallow down her fear a bit to speak, “I… I apologize, I do not know where I am, my master sent me to hunt, but gave me no instructions or warning, I mean no one harm here, and I certainly did not mean to come into your forest, or hunt in your territory, I am merely lost. I am not well trained to know my way and Master Michael made it clear I speak to no one and go to the village to feed before returning to him.” She said, her master’s name of course was known, and very well, but she did not know that, the white haired young vampire who was her master did not think she would run into any trouble, but he should have kept a better eye on his pet.

She looked around, her long straight hair coming out of her ribbon as she stood there, a few long strands of bangs falling over her cheeks as she looked up at him, “I will leave immediately and not return Sir, please I am not from these towns, and was changed only three days ago.” She said softly, hoping maybe he would have pity on her or take it easy on her, but what was odd was she was not trying to talk to her master or allow him to get her out of this some way, the reason was simple, he could not get into her mind that easily, let alone control her. Alice looked up at him, nervous, had she had a heartbeat it would be beating hard enough to explode, and in her throat at the moment, her stomach on the other hand was knotted something fierce, knowing she was in deep trouble with the man. She thought her master had talked of this person, but no one mentioned him much if at all and he did not mention he was so close to home. She brought her arms around herself, trying to calm herself as she looked up at him, her pearly white skin almost glowing in the moon light, her eyes were almost sparkling and her hair was shining a little from the silkiness of it.

She waited to see what he would do, worried this might be her last night living, or what ever you would call her since she was technically moving and alive, but not human, even though even he could probably tell there was something odd about the girl, an if he touched her he would feel her skin was warm as a humans, and was not an illusion, as well as being able to see her soul through her eyes, they were not empty glass pools, hers had life to them. The other thing was she had a conscience as well and so killing humans for feeding was not something she wanted to do, she had heard of releasing someone before draining them completely and while her master frowned on it he had shown her how to. She was far too kind and sweet to be a vampire it seemed, she was not cruel and sadistic like her master and other vampires, she looked almost innocent.

His face was hidden in the shadows of the cowl that was part of that dark cloak. But even what could be seen of his face showed no emotion. He simply shook his head as he seemed to almost glide down to the ground. As if on reflex his hand had slipped up to his shoulder and stood posed to draw the long blade strapped to his back as he stood tall once more and spoke in soft and rather icy tones, "No... no you will not... I just told you one already broke my rules about this territory by feending and the like not even a week hense... do you think I would allow you to leave simply so you could be sent on the village again after I said it was forbidden?"

Even as he spoke his free hand was hidden in his cloak, in that hand he already held several more needles. There was no way she would be able to escape and if she made to bolt he would feel her before she knew what had happened. He had felled elders so a fledling was not much of a challenge for this feared hunter. His voice was still cold and calm as he spoke, "I will not allow such a risk, if you move to leave these woods... you will die... and any who come after will share that fate."

He did notice the oddities about her though including the look in her eyes. It was not the fear of a predator that knew they had been bested but rather more like that of prey... like that her kind so often saw in the eyes of humans. He did not tell her that the name she mentioned is the very one who had broken his word when he asked for safe passage not so long ago. He could kill two birds with one stone it seemed though. He could sate his curiosity about her oddities by keeping her hear and when he came... he could execute Michael to remind others why these lands were taboo and why he was not to be crossed. He spoke once more in those same tones, "You are thus left with only two choices... you may attempt to live without harming those under my protection while you stay here in these woods... or loose your head before sunrise should attempt to leave."

Seeing him move amazed her, she looked up at him, so terrified of him as she took a small step back, her entire body tense, making sure not to let him get to close. The sound of him not letting her go was almost heart breaking and she shook her head, "Please, let me go back to my master, I will not come here again, I don't wish to be stuck here in your forest." She said, trying not to get too upset, but she did in fact have a large male with a blade in front of her. She also thought of escaping since he might not leave his forest, but she was not fast enough, her hopes seemed to be crushed, she felt frightened as she nodded her head, but in her mind she was wanting to go back to her master, to be held safely in his arms, not in the care of this creature. "I will not go to any village near your forest, please let me go home? I have never harmed anyone in my life and I do not plan to, please don't force me to stay, I will talk back in the sun if need be." She pleaded as she gave a hint that she was not easily effected by the sun, not nearly as much as stronger and regular vampires.

Alice seemed to have no choice and felt like her legs wanted to crumble underneath her, she was stuck, trapped, and not allowed to leave because of this man. "If I remain here, how am I to survive, if I can not feed on humans under your protection I will starve and go insane, and what is to happen to me, I have no home here, I do not know this place, and how long must I remain here?" She asked, all reasonable questions, knowing her master could feed her from himself, but this man was different and she was not sure if that was possible, and the problem was animal blood did nothing for her, she had to have vampire or human, or a mix of both. Her eyes were beginning to show how hungry she was as she looked at him, her sapphire eyes turning a dark shade of purple as she watched him, not realizing this was happening since she had great control over her hunger, but only for so long before she would need something, and going without blood was not a choice, she was not half, she had been changed and needed it to survive. Her arms tightened their grip on her slender arms, her body shaking with fear and hunger as she looked at the ground, feeling so helpless.

She remembered that feeling, her master had made her feel that when he took her, he had taken her to his home and put her on his bed, then gave her no choice, he raped her and changed her, claiming it was the only way to save her, and that in return for saving her life she needed to stay with him, be his lover and pet, all of which worried her, but it was either that or be beaten until she became what he wanted, much like a choice she was being given now, so there was only one real choice. "I have no choice, I will have to remain here, whether I like it or not." She muttered, her legs getting weak underneath her as she admits it, her eyes watering a little, but it was in fact tears, not blood, a very odd girl she was.

D of course noticed the oddities and was puzzled by them. He waited silently as she continued to speak of what she needed in hopes of persuading him to release her. He knew all about the nobility though and so nothing she said had surprised him though her questions did hold some merit. He did not know about the rape and the manipulation just as he did not know she was the one taken from the village. He knew her master had hunted and fed in the village less than a week ago despite promises that he would not. But he had not yet received word on the details. The elders would not come to tell him for fear of nobles learning they informed to him... instead they would send word via notes attached to fox or carrier pigeon.

His hand still remained close to the hilt of his blade as he spoke in those soft even tones, "I suppose you have two options in terms of shelter... there are several small caves near the heart of the wood though most vampires avoid the ones behind the falls since it is considered a sacred place and the water itself has never be a friend to their kind. The other option is to submit yourself to my watchful eye and use one of the rooms beneath my base of operations... they are not cells mind you but neither are they lavish.... as for food... there are ways and you will learn them if you wish to survive in my territories. It is the composition of the blood that is important not the method... and as such there are ways around harming humans... the nobility simply refuses to use them."

She listened, and he seemed to be making this rather difficult on her, and she was a little worried, she knew she would not be able to die of cold, or anything natural like that, but sleeping in a cave did not seem to fun, but her fear of him made her think it might be a little better than what he wanted, his words caught her attention as she looked up at him, confused. "You say submit my self to your watchful eye, what does that entail?" She asked, wondering what strings were attached to this deal. She sighed softly as she looked up at him, "How else could I feed if you are the only thing close to human allowed in the forest or even wandering in if you will not allow me to hunt, I have never killed someone from feeding and have never hurt anyone, but I can not starve myself, unless you intend to tell me what else you know. My body can't handle animal blood, it rejects it, I tried, and it was not a fun experience." She said, remembering vomiting it all up, finding it very disgusting going down, but coming up was worse.

She was half tempted to say she would rather stay in the caves than be under his watch, finding that no different from being her master's pet as she had been forced into. She however had not mentioned the city she came from, it was not as far as she though, and it seemed she was far more lost than she had anticipated, but not many care about a peasant girl being kidnapped and changed by a vampire, other than her foster family and the elder of her village. She sighed shaking her head as she moved slowly so she could lean against a tree, feeling weak already, her eyes now the dark purple, almost red now, her master had not let her eat that day so she was in need of something and looked to the male sadly, knowing he would be able to tell, but by distancing herself from him she hoped he would not notice, both her hands touching the tree trunk, trying to keep her mind from getting clouded. The problem was she was young and in this state needed her master to keep her in control in order to stop her hunger from getting out of hand. Her head lowered a little, not wanting to look at her captor.

He of course could see the signs of her hunger and could tell from her question that her master had been less than noble in his actions. That in of itself did not surprise him given what he knew of the one she claimed was her master... he was a dishonorable lout who had broken his word to do no harm while in D's territory and sooner or later he would pay for that betrayal. Before he answered her thought it was clear that her hunger would have to be dealt with. He reached to his belt and produced a collapsible cup which he opened and then filled with water from a small canteen, last but not least he produced a small tablet and dropped it into he water. In mere moments it had dissolved and the water turned blood red and now held the distinct iron tinged scent of blood. He walked over and handed her the cup, "Drink this... it may be cold but it will do the trick."

He took a few steps away and once more found several of his needles though his hand was hidden beneath his cloak. He did not know if he could trust her word just yet but a wooden needle through the heart would leave her paralyzed if it came to that. He spoke once more in those calm even tones, "It is a mater of chemistry and medical science... animal blood lacks the proper enzymes and amino acids but at the same time those compounds can be synthesized or stored from willing donors the same way they are in medical centers.... the nobility just refuse to use such methods."

He did not know if she would believe him or not but she did not have many other options. She could not force herself on him if she tried and there was no other option. He hoped she was still lucid enough to simply accept his offer and drink the blood to slake her thirst. As he waited though he answered her other question, "I mean only what I said... you came to hunt in my territory and so must be watched because of it... I do not trust the nobility because for the most part they are traitorous and duplicitous... untl you prove otherwise it is only logical to watch you."

She frowned slightly at the thought of it being cold, but as he put the tablet in the water she watched it and noticed what had happened, not understanding it since she was not a high up person at all. She accepted the cup but kept her distance from him, not trusting him as much as he did not trust her. Once she took a sip she felt like she wanted to spit it out, her body wanting to reject it, but she forced it down, making her cough as she tried to keep it in her body, her body did not get rid of it as quickly as it had with animal blood, but it wanted to get rid of this stuff she had drank, she looked a little ill after drinking it, disgust for the junk he had just given her as she shook her head, "That is disgusting, is there nothing else you have? My body wants to deny it as well, I have to fight from it coming back up." She explained as she remained still not wanting to jostle herself in fear of her possibly hurting herself or throwing up, which ever happened first.

Listening to him she sighed shaking her head, "You really are not going to give me any type of benefit of the doubt are you? I was never noble, my master chose me because of something unique about me from my village, I was taken against my will and so I do not consider myself to be like him, ever, I was a peasant when I was changed, and other than clothing he has given me, none of that had changed." She snapped softly, sitting down on the ground as she closed her eyes, trying to calm her stomach, while it did the trick in getting rid of the hunger her body was not happy with it, most likely what made her unique made her body want to reject anything other than vampire, and human blood, and this synthetic was barely passing for either. She was insulted, she had been honest the entire time and of course because of who her master was and what she was no one wuold ever believe her, she felt horrible, so helpless and still vulnerable as she looked up at him then away in anger an disgust not wanting to speak with him for the time being.

He did not move towards her just yet but instead simply stood there watching her reactions and gauging her responses. He did answer her comment though, "Emergency rations.... synthetics do not expire. I was not expecting company or trouble so that is the best you will get for now. I do not carry condensed plasma caps on me, that would be the non-synthetic variant... might have some back at my base but not sure. I have trained myself to handle the synthetic when I have to travel since you never know when a med lab that can process plasma capsules will be handy." He held his empty hand out for the cup but his other hand remained obscured by his cloak. He had no idea about her beyond her professed lineage in terms of vampiric bloodlines and that in of itself made things iffy.

Her vampiric lineage was also the second reason he had not moved to lead her to the caves or to his fortress yet. Most fledglings could be tracked and sensed by their sires and he was waiting to see if hers would show. Though it was odd he had not arrived as of yet and made him begin to wonder if her oddities might extend beyond the physical and into the mental and supernatural abilities. He had trained to suppress his own so that he could not be easily tracked but he doubted that was the case for her. He could see the displeasure in her eyes and on her face though. He was used to such look though given his own mixed bloodline. After a time he spoke again, "So which do you want directions too.... that I will leave to you, but rest assured if you bolt from either my home or the caves... I will know, I will track you, and you will find out why the nobility avoids this place... on the other hand if you prove you are an exception and can live peacefully... I may see about making you more comfortable in which ever place you choose, but you will have to earn that."

Despite his explanation of the little pills she still did not like them, she never would, real blood was much better than that junk. Already she hated this man and sighed nodding her head, "I don't want to live comfortable here in your forest, if I could I would leave and travel far from this place and you. But since that is not an option I would rather not stay in a cave, I might have been a peasant, but at least I had a home to stay in." She said, not mentioning she had slept out in the living room area on the floor since the others all took up the chairs to sleep. His mention of earning things made her feel angry looking away from him, "What do you mean earn that? What are you expecting me to do in order to earn such things?" She asked, trying to keep her temper and the tone of her voice calm not wanting to give him a reason to kill her. She of course wanted to leave, to travel somewhere far from this god awful male.

She handed him the cup back not really caring about the thing, sun was coming up and already she could feel it weighing down on her as it peaked through the trees on her arm, but it did not effect her too badly yet, she was sitting there without it burning her flesh crispy, not even red yet from the sun, it would be and hour before it became a sunburn at most. She watched him and even turned to look at the sun, a few stray beams coming through the trees to touch her skin, and she actually enjoyed the sight, the warmth of the sun on her skin was nice for a moment before she looked back at him as though it were nothing important. "And will I have a room separate from yours?" She asked, not meaning to offend him, but she did not want to have to share a room with her captor, let alone a bed.

It was increasingly apparent that she had some sort of predisposition to assume he was being less than wholesome. D could only assume it had to do with her so called master and the way he handled himself. He shook his head at her comments a bit before he spoke, "You are acting like a child... first you assume because the dishonorable whelp you call master would do something that I apparently would act the same... then you spurn my kindness at given you a chance to prove yourself. Would you prefer I take your head or heart here and now and save myself the trouble of giving you a chance to prove you are more than just another monster?"

His hand drifted back up to the hilt of the massive blade on his back as if to emphasize the point. Once his hand was there he finally spoke once more, "Because if that is your preference I can easily make it so... I said exactly what I meant, your actions must prove you are deserving... I have no responsibility for whatever lewd or undesirable tones you add because you assume I am as despicable as the one who made you. He will get what he has earned with his lies and betrayal sooner or later... I will not stoop to his level though so do not presume to act as if I have. If I was as you seem intent to imply... I would have already raped or killed you, or both." His point made he lowered his hand from the blade and turned towards the woods motioning to a rather obscure path that would have gone unnoticed if he had not pointed it out. He walked towards it as he called back over his shoulder, "Follow if you wish a warm bed rather than a rock, and to answer your last question.... why would I keep one I am not sure yet can be trusted in my own bed? You will as I said stay in one of the spare unused rooms if you chose to follow."

With the last he made it clear he would not force her to stay at his base of operations. He had noticed the way the sun did not harm her as quickly but he had no doubt that given time it would begin too. She needed to seek shelter in short order because unlike him she could not handle the full brunt of the sun for a prolonged period. It was interesting she could at all without physical harm but he could tell by her rabid hunger she was not like him... so it only raised more questions.

Hearing his words she shook her head quickly the fear never leaving her eyes, "I am sorry if I offended you, I have known no other vampires other than my master, and my experience was not pleasant at all, so I am frightened and cautious, I was used and abused by my master, as well as almost being raped by those other men, I have not had good luck and am a little nervous, overly cautious, I did not mean to anger you or sound disrespectful, I know I am different from others, I was just making sure where were not strings attached such as the ones my master put on once he changed me." She explained as she looked up at the blade, her eyes watering a little, feeling like she wanted to cry. She watched him turn away and slowly got up and followed after, keeping distance between the two of them as they walked.

She sighed, seeing things were not going so well she could only hope that some rest would help her since it was time for her to sleep and she wanted to so badly since she had been walking all night to get this far and hardly wanted to walk much further. "I did not mean to imply that you were anything like my master, but he had warned me that if any others know of me I would be hurt far worse and that by choosing to be with him will save me from many of them in return, I just don't want to be hurt by the stronger and more cruel Masters and Mistresses, he said there was something about me that they would want, but he never said what it was." She mentioned, not sure if that would help him with figuring her out or if he would want her gone if it meant much stronger vampires possibly coming for her, but she figured she would tell him now so he knew. She looked up at him, wondering why he was there in the first place, of all places to hide why here and she was just as curious to know what he was since no one spoke of him other than not to go near his forest, "What is your name by the way? I'm Alicia by the way, if that matters at all." She muttered, "You can call me Alice if you like." She added.

He lead her through the woods with an almost eerie grace. His footfalls made no sound even on the leaves or twigs and he left no sign of his passing. There was no doubt that this hunter was no mere human. Of course given how the nobility feared him that was already something that was likely implied. Her question about his name was a bit of a surprise but he had long come to terms with the fact that he was a monster as well, "I am Dagon, though because of the nature of such a name most simply call me D... as for the nobility... They will not come here save perhaps your master if he assumes I have captured you for some reason such as those he holds himself. Most are afraid of this place and of me... you will be safer here Alice than you ever were with him should you prove trustworthy."

He headed deeper into the woods and before long they reached a large and rather fortified looking structure. It looked like a sort of small mansion at first glance but upon closer examination one would notice the 'windows' on the ground floor were simply some kind of metalic plate that displayed an image and that the walls were not simply stone but synthetic reinforced materials that only looked like stone which had been affixed to armored walls. In short though it looked like an old mansion it was honestly more or a fortified base or fortress. He walked up to the front door and passed his hand over a metal plate.. then with a loud whir followed by several clicks the large doors swung open.

She looked up at him shaking her head, "I don't mean someone like my master, if anyone as strong as you found out about me and that I am here, I don't know if I would be safe," She said, that last part of it mainly to herself as she looked up at the large mansion and sighed softly, knowing she owed him much, sighing softly she followed right behind him, "Thank you Dagon, for not killing me and giving me a chance, not many would, thank you." Shesaid softly as she looked up at the sun, her skin getting a little too warm as it began to feel too warm like a hot shower, but she could withstand it longer if she needed to. She looked at the design and structure of the place, looking at everything as she moved, and even as he came to the door and opened it with a wave of his hand she seemed as curious as a child and looked at it but gave him his space, knowing he may not like her there right on his toes.

She ran a hand through her hair and straightened her dress as she followed along with him, "Do you live in these woods alone or do you have friends..." She paused for a moment wanting to take back that word since he did not seem to be a people person, "...Or a pet I should be aware of?" She asked, knowing there were so many different creatures in the woods, many that would kill her, but animals were very good judge of characters and would be able to tell right away if she was a good person or not, not that she would really know why they knew that or if he had some pet hiding around the corner ready to attack her, but she did not put it past him.

Once they were inside and the massive reinforced and armored doors swung closed and were once more barred, and a strange hum filled the air around them suggesting they were barred by more than simply the massive super dense metal bolts and slabs, he turned to her. His face was still hidden in the shadows of his hood as he spoke once more, "No... people do not like to be reminded of my kind and animals do not react well to tainted blood regardless of weather the one it flows through is a vampire or not." He finally lowered his hood and revealed a face of such unearthly beauty that even vampires would be in awe of it. If there was any doubt that his lineage was mixed it vanished with that unearthly visage... as did question as to why he was so strong.. so noble was this visage that it could only have descended from one of the eldest ancestors of the vampire nobles.

He turned that face that was the stuff of fantasies to rest his gaze upon her as he spoke once more, "Likewise you worry more than is needed.... if those as strong as I were that common, then Vampires in general would not dread these forests... nor would they flee when they hear I was hired to hunt them. If any come for you it will be their pride or their hubris that brings them... your master and perhaps his kin." He took off his sword revealing that it ran the full length of his body meaning it had a reach of almost 6 feet since this unearthly beauty stood at least 6 feet tall and its blade ran from his shoulder to below his knee when sheathed. He set it to the side and then removed his cloak hanging it casually over a chair and revealing his body was slim but powerfully muscled beneath the compact armor made of the same sort of super science produced materials as the door that now barred entrance to this place. He then took the sheathed blade in his hand and turned back to her, "There are rooms here on the ground floor though those on the higher floors would technically be safer."

She listened to him listening to him closely as he began to remove his had and cloak, that alone made her stare at him, first off because he was handsome and while he was her captor she still could admire someone like him, however she wondered if he knew he was as attractive, or if he was like her, unaware or not believing what she was told by others, knowing some would stare at her as she was staring at him until she realized she was doing so and looked away, a little embarrassed as well as blushing, showing there was much more to this girl than what she even knew. She of course knew he was no human, but he was different, like her, but not, hard to explain, but she was sure of it, however she was young, just changed and so she knew nothing of everything he did. "I know they are not that common, but I know they are interested in me." She said as she looked at him again, this time not staring at his attractiveness, "And if you were any weaker than you are they would come for you as well, but I was just trying to be nice, and a little cautious, because I am sure there are even vampires or monsters you worry about a little." She said softly as she sighed and looked at her dress, finding it looked a little worn, but then again she had walked for hours just to get where she was.

Looking up at him she bit her lip debating asking something, but she figured there was not harm in asking, "Is there any place I can take a bath or shower here?" She asked him softly, stepping a little closer, but she was not planning anything she was just still nervous about his home and did not know it well so if he were to say yes she would have to follow him there as well as to her room, or one that he would not mind her going into to rest in. She did however want to clean off and try to relax, her muscles tense and knotted up from the entire encounter with him.

That unearthly visage of beauty betrayed no emotion as he spoke once more, "It is abundantly clear you have not heard of me so I will not bother to correct you again.... suffice to say there are a dozen or so elder nobility who no longer prey on mankind who might disagree with you." He moved towards an ornate staircase and motioned for her to follow. He did in fact know how unearthly his beauty and allure was but he also knew that mortal men and women feared him because of what he was. His blood was cursed and those who saw him could tell that was the case... his visage as much as his name is why so many were uncomfortable around him.

As he ascended the stairs he called out behind him, "There are sufficient facilities in the upstairs rooms for such things though I do not entertain so I fear only the most basic of combat or traveling garb is likely available." He lead her up the stairs and through the halls to where the rooms where and then unsealed one for her to use. He turned to head further down the hall but paused, "Trust me when I saw those old enough to know about me in detail avoid me, those young enough to have heard stories fear me... any others who come looking are either to young to know better, or fools... even if their raw power matches or pushes my limits... my skill is sufficient to make the difference and doubly so with the flaws of their kind. That is why they fear these woods... no noble who has entered them has ever left again. You are young and seem different so I give you this chance to reside here in peace... no other has been given this chance, no other showed anything to merit it."

She followed after him, feeling like she was a child now as he spoke to her of things she did not know. She watched him as they walked and seemed interested in what he was saying, but some of it was going over her head a little, but it seemed to click a little at a time. She heard him talk about the facilities and wondered if any dresses were here or anything more femenine for her to wear, and if not if he had some sort of shewing machine or even thread an needle to make something for herself since she did not want to wear her dress for the rest of her life stuck in this forest with him.

Entering the room for the shower she listened to him as he told her of letting her stay and nodded slowly, "As I said before, thank you." She repeated before entering and starting the water, allowing it to flow and warm up before she began stripping off her dress and put it aside on a chair. She looked around just as she got to removing her corset wondering if he was still there watching her in case he did not trust her or if he was going to walk away, either was fine with her, she did not mind if he wanted to watch her bathe, hell he could join her if he wanted to. She stripped the rest of her clothing off and set it to the side before going and getting under the water, feeling it relaxing her body as the water flowed over her perfectly sculpted figure, her long hair soaked against her back while a few bangs strayed and became matter to her cheeks, water flowing down her neck over and between her firm and perfect breasts, then over her flat tummy, to her hairless womanhood, and finally over her curvy hips and tone rear, down her long slender legs and dainty feet. She was beautiful and closed her eyes as she ran her face under the water to wipe away any dirt there might have been then she began washing her hair and body, only missing her back with the rag, but she did not see a scrub brush to get it with so she tried her best, but just left it for later until she could ask him if there was a scrub brush to use. Finally she put in the leave in conditioner and remained under the hot water singing softly to herself as she bathed, her voice soft, beautiful and perfectly on key with every note. It was an old lovers song, one she had been taught by her mother when she was little, but she did not remember the words, and she could barely remember her mother, she had been given away when she was young and her parents were gone.

D had not expected her to so quickly strip in order to bathe and so soon found himself treated to the sight of her in all her glory seeing everything from her full firm breasts to her bald womanhood and everything in between. He understood why some might seek to seduce her and make her a sexual plaything but he was not such a person. He turned away because it was simply the proper thing to do and simply nodded, "You are welcome." With that said he made his way down to the end of the hall and the large master suite there.

Once inside he removed his own armor and then the shirt beneath revealing a slim but powerfully muscled body that seemed a perfect match for the unearthly beauty of his face and then let down his long midnight black hair. If she should walk in at that point she would have been treated to the sort of image that was want to set women aflame with desire but such thoughts had not occurred to him so his door stood wide open. He set his sword behind his bed and then walked over to retrieve a talet from a case on his desk. As he had done in the woods he prepared a cup and drank it down without a word. His fathers cursed blood meant he needed to feed in such a manor at least every few days to maintain his supernatural power. He honestly did not know if he had any actual plasma tablets instead of the synthetic as he had long ago trained his body to accept the synthetic. He rolled his powerful shoulders and then stretched a bit as he took a seat and closed his eyes going over the days events in his mind.

She had relaxed in the bath and cleaned off rather quickly and well, but then realized when she got out she had no clean clothing and so without really thinking about it she dried her hair off with a towel and then brushed it out a little before wrapping the towel around her slender figure, the thing barely managing to cover her from her bust to her mid thigh at best, if she were to bend over anyone would see everything. She made sure she was dried before looking around, figuring she and he were alone so she had no one else to worry about other than him. Heading down the hall she could smell him, despite they were undead you could still smell the musk of a male and his was different, and rather interesting. Finally finding his room she noticed the door was open and stepped in not realizing that he had gotten comfortable.

For a moment she wondered who the rather attractive male at the desk was until she realized that it was the same person who had taken and captured her. She was stunned for a moment, just looking at him as he sat there, and even blushed as she gave a soft tap to the door next to her, "Um... Dagon... would you happen to have any women's clothing perhaps, or something I may borrow until I can get something more suitable for a lady?" She asked, clearly she was not fond of the military outfits that were here and she liked dresses, they were elegant, light, and easy to get off and on. She took a small step back so she was no seen in her towel by him, the blush in her cheeks seemed to go down her neck and to her ears a little as she stood there, a little embarrassed that she had been gawking at him like a young school girl after an attractive man at school.

She hoped he could not tell what had happened by her blushing, but then again she really did not care, so what, she was blushing because she found her captor attractive, was that wrong? Probably... now that she thought about it, but hell what woman would not have found him attractive, and he was right there, she wanted so badly to touch, but decided her hands would stay wrapped around her towel to keep it up and in place, occupied.

He had of course noticed the flushing of her cheeks and the way her gaze had become a tad fixated. He had not expected such a reaction from her though given her earlier comments. Generally he was used to such gazes from those who did not know exactly who and what he was... and on occasion from human women who simply could not resist even knowing. But to see a reaction from even a fledgling vampire was a bit more odd. Most of them were terrified of him and either more so once they saw him unmasked in any sense of the word and realized exactly what he was. Dagon had been given a name of the Nobility because simply put his father had been one of the Vampire Nobles, and that in turn of course meant that Dagon was a Dunpeal. But if one was to believe even half the stories about him... then his strength was more akin to the great elders of the nobility rather than that of a mere Dunpeal halfbreed.

Her gaze made him wonder if she was even that attached to her master. Even the most basic of thralls generally had eyes only for their masters and that made him wonder if she even had the normal mental bond with her sire. If not it was likely some trait related to her other unique talents and that would mean even if Michael was afraid of him... he would eventually come for her. That suited D just fine though since he wanted to deal with the vampire for his traitorous lies anyway.

He thought for a moment on her question and then stood. This of course caused the occasional flex of his impressive chest or arms as he rose. He walked towards a large wardrobe as he answered her, "I do not know... it is possible I might have something left here from when this place was a safe house... before I took it over. Beyond that I fear you will have to wait till I next go into town for anything else." He then opened the wardrobe and withdrew three rather lavish and sinfully seductive gowns. One was done in blood red, another in black, and the last in midnight blue. Of course in the process of retrieving them he also treated her to more glances at his arms and body as his tightly coiled muscles worked just under his pale alabaster skin. He walked towards her and then held the gowns out to her noticing she was clad only in a towel and it did little to hide her lush figure which with the way she was blushing almost gave the image of a women in need of something.... but he doubted that was anywhere close to how she felt.

To Alice it did not matter what he was, she knew her master would show up to try and claim her, and probably die trying, she had no doubt about that. So she figured she would have no choice other than to get over the fact of who he was, and what he was. It was true however she was not as attached to her master as she should have been, but that was because she had hardly fed from him, had she fed from him more her connection with him would have been stronger, and not so weak as to let her look flushed around this man. Her traits however allowed her to drink from humans or other vampires, and her body would accept it as both one in the same. She watched him as he looked at her then move, her eyes trying not to fixate on his body and more so at the floor as she tried to not think about him, but the harder she tried not to the more she did, of course. Taking a soft and slow breath she tried to calm herself a bit to get the blush to go away.

Finally she had something else to look at, the dresses. She had of course already decided which one she liked more and carefully took the midnight blue dress from him, trying not to make eye contact with him or else she might give away that she was in fact her for the first time wanting someone this badly, to touch, and more. "Thank you." She managed to say without squeaking, her voice rather calm and level, 'thank goodness,' she thought to herself. With the dress in one hand and her holding up her towel in the other she decided it may be best if she found another room to change in and turned around to leave before she said or did anything she would regret, cursing herself for having any attraction toward him, but it seemed she could not help herself, she still was female, and her unique abilities gave her, her own mind and it seemed to think that the male was very attractive, the rest of her could not argue with that either.

Finally finding a room she went in and set the dress on the bed carefully. Taking a deep breath she tried to calm herself again, getting the red to finally go away now that he was not shirtless and hair down in the room with her. She kept the towel around herself as she sat down on the bed, thinking to herself, wondering what the hell she was thinking, but all she could think was the look of his body and how badly she wanted to feel it. Shaking her head she tried to get those thoughts out before they progressed further. She managed to find some under garments in this room and carefully removed the towel from around her body, once again not being as modest as she should have been she left the door slightly cracked, accidentally not closing it all the way as she slipped on the panties, and then the bra, finding that both fit she smiled and looked in the mirror, sighing as she saw the scar on her ribs from the night she was attacked and nearly killed, had it not been for her master she would have been dead and not walking around as she did now. For a moment she enjoyed being in the room, cooling off as her body had decided to heat up at the thought of Dagon. She sat on the edge of the bed before laying back and running a hand through her hair, wondering what to do. She could leave and go to a cave, but she did not want that. Maybe she could avoid him all together to keep him out of her thoughts, but she doubted that. Closing her eyes for a moment the blushed seemed to creep back to her cheeks as she remembered him walking toward her with the dresses, she wanted to yell at herself, but she could not help it, even given what he was she was not too worried about it. She stayed like that for a little while, enjoying just being in the undergarments for now, figuring he would go back to his desk and do what ever it was he did in this place.

Dagon had of course noticed the way a she had flushed and the way her voice seemed forced more into that even tone. He was after all a skilled hunter and so noticing shifts in behavior or small signs that hinted at reactions or motivations was all part of his trade. The fact that her skin actually blushed only made it that much more obvious to him since he did not have to rely on subtle shifts in breathing or body language. He did not however know what to make of it. He was not blind and so he had of course noticed how lovely she was but he still was not sure if he could trust her and so the concept of entertaining such thoughts was not one he could easily entertain.

He did not follow her at first though but instead made sure that his sword was close at hand there by his bed as was his habit. Though it was almost impossible to breach the security of this place as the armored outer doors were keyed only to respond to him he was not one who was prone to taking unneeded chances. He likewise kept his body armor on a chair close at hand and off against one wall was a wide brimmed had and a cloak with armored shoulders... his more typical hunter garb. He did not bother donning a shirt as he was comfortable here in his home and saw no reason to do so. He then stood and made his way down the hall meaning to check his storage for actual plasma tablets rather than the synthetics he knew he had on hand. He of course in passing noticed her door cracked and was passing just in time to see her lay there only in her undergarments and obviously flushed. He turned his gaze away though forcing himself to remember he still knew little to nothing about her beyond what she had claimed.

A short while later he was opening his most easily accessible storage cache in the stronghold, he had others hidden away in secret compartments or in the lower levels and in hidden rooms, and nodded when he saw he did indeed have several cases of condensed plasma tablets in this one. They worked the same way as the synthetic he had given her earlier... but the difference was they were made by processing actual human blood from medical reserves. In essence a safe way to transport and store human plasma long term... just add water. It was most commonly used for field medical procedures or long term storage at medical facilities but some dunpeals and even if rumors were to be believed the rare vampire had found they worked just as well being used as easily stored and transported rations for those who needed to feed on blood... and without the obvious synthetic tint of the emergency synths.

After taking a moment to calm herself and get her mind in working order she slowly got her dress on, slipping into it before she sat on the bed, iguring she would use this room as her own, despite that it needed her feminine touches to be more comfortable, but that would be for later, she knew the sun was up and she was growing tired now. Looking over the bed she removed the sheets and replaced them with clean ones, not sure if they were ever changed, but just to be safe. She moved to lay down on the bed and covered herself up with a blanket, finding that although she was not human she still got a little cold and it eased her worries. She sighed softly as she began to doze off in the bed, her hair draping over her neck, hiding one of the many bites that he left on her, not including the one down in her lower region on her inner thigh.

She slept rather soundly, but as usual she had nightmares, remembering what had happened the night that she had been turned. She had left her work, and was walking home her usual route, it wasn't a few minutes later when four human men she knew from around town came out of the local tavern and came her way, making half ass passes at the young girl, once and a while one trying to reach out to touch her, she had not been so beautiful then, her hair had not been brushed, and she was in need of a bath, but these men smelt worse and were far more disgusting than she was. When she told them to leave her alone they refused and took hold of her, pulling her into one of the alleys and then it started. She had been stripped, fondled, and just as the first man readied himself to rape her something ripped him off of the girl and threw him back against a brick wall, crushing the mans body and then in a blink of an eye the mans throat had been torn out. The other two men stepped away from her and walked into the shadows to try and find whom it was that did this while the fourth and last man took hold of her and used her body as a shield, and drew out a knife and put it to her rib cage, ready to cut into organs. The other two men dies just as easily and quickly as the first, and then it was just the girl and this man, and what ever monster was in the shadows. When Michael came out of the shadows she recognized him, but was not sure if she should be afraid or glad. The man holding Alice warned him not to come any closer or he would gut Alice, Michael however did not care, he intended to do just that so he came forward at a great speed, but the man had a twitch and his knife drove into her ribs and into vital organs. Michael killed that man as well but he did it slowly and then took Alice.

What happened after that was a blur, she remembered her master drinking from her as he took her body over and over again before changing her. When she woke she heard him muttering about her to someone, but she had never seen the woman and did not after that.

The dream being replayed made her toss and turn a little in her sleep, making no sound, but it was evident that she was reliving a horrible memory that she wanted to forget, or if she had control over it as she wanted she would have changed it to be something more pleasant.
